• Głowacka (10/5): Great location and comfortable accommodation – highly recommended. - Our apartment was very nice and perfectly fine. We had a wonderful view of the City through the large windows. The location was excellent – there was a metro station right next street, with a line that goes to the most important places in London. I highly recommend this place. The only things we missed were a vacuum cleaner or a small broom (with a child, you could sweep three times a day 😆), as well as a frying pan and a larger pot.

Apartamento limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Londres. La cocina bien equipada y con detalles como cápsulas de café y leche. Por decir algo, hacía mucho calor en el apartamento, al llegar estaba la calefacción puesta y aún quitándola se pasa calor

• Andrea (5/5): Per 2 notti al massimo ok - Posizione comoda , a pochi passi a piedi da London bridge e dalle fermate metro principali La struttura presenta un self check in poco chiaro dato che mi sono stati inviati i codici d’accesso 3 volte , con il primo codice siamo finiti in una camera già occupata. La struttura nel complesso è sufficiente , non vengono fatte le pulizie ( e lo capisco in quanto appartamento) ma non c’è né una scopa ne niente per provvedere autonomamente. Alla richiesta di lasciare le valigie per le ultime ore prima della ripartenza mi è stato indicato un deposito a 21 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Considerando che eravamo con passeggino e quant altro , non la vedevo una cosa così efficiente

La vue de la chambre était particulièrement agréable mais c'est bien le seul élément positif. A peine arrivée dans l'établissement que les problèmes ont commencé. Vol de sac et impossible de voir les caméras de surveillance, aucune aide de l'établissement, pas de rappel du manager pour nous accompagner, salle de bain et ensemble de l'appartement sale et le comble de tout cela : puces de lits ! La police et le service sanitaire de la ville ont été alertés. J'ai noté 1/10 parce que je ne peux pas mettre 0. Expérience négative absolue. La pire location jamais vécue. A FUIR !!!!

• Alan (10/5): - The apartment was in an ideal location for what we wanted. It was a short walk to two tube stations (Aldgate and Tower Hill) and a DLR (Tower Gateway). There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and small supermarkets nearby. Tower Bridge and the Tower of London are within walking distance as well. The apartment was clean and spacious with good facilities. The kitchen had a fridge , toaster, oven and hob as well as a coffee machine. A large TV and sofa were ideal for relaxing between sightseeing. The housekeeping staff were really helpful and friendly. They checked if we needed anything else and provided more coffee pods. Overall a great stay and helped make our stay easy and enjoyable.

Falta menaje de cocina básico para el uso de la cocina del apartamento, como tenedores, algo de papel... Hice peticiones al propietario y no las trajo, como una cuna de bebé, el menaje de la cocina...
• Soufyan (1/5): Avoid this accommodation at all cost! - Nothing Where do I start? - there's a disgusting smell in the hallway (combination of curry and detergent), everytime you step inside you're confronted with it - customer service is non-existent. They spam you with messages about if they can do anything for you and when you ask for something (towels, garbage bags, etc.), they reply with that they can't provide it. - room code didn't work so we had to wait at the door with a child until they replied and resolved it. - and the most ridiculous thing is that they confirmed they would provide a baby cot for our 2-years old. When we arrived they gave a cot WITOUTH A MATTRESS (see picture). They wanted her to sleep on the iron frame! When I confronted them with it, they said they couldn't arrange a mattress. Our child couldn't sleep at night and neither could we. And the worst part is that after our complaint they ordered a cot with a mattress and GAVE IT TO OTHER GUESTS. This is by far our worst stay ever, very rude and incompetent customer support. Don't waste your money, you're better off somewhere else.

• Jeanette (8/5): Londres en familia - Lo más que nos gustó fue la ubicación a muy pocos metros de Tower Bridge, Sky Garden y estaciones de metro. Zona tranquila. Echamos de menos cosas como: sal o aceite ya que para estancias cortas no es algo que se compre y hubiese sido útil al igual que bolsas de basura (por decir algo) porque en general estuvo genial.

Entriamo e manca la tessera per l’elettricità, chiediamo e nulla, dopo due ore abbiamo provato ad inserirne una a caso del nostro portafoglio ed è andato ma loro non hanno assolutamente risolto il problema in tutti i 4 giorni del soggiorno. Lettino per la bimba inutilizzabile e loro ci hanno risposto che “era fatto così”, assolutamente non vero, perfino le immagini esplicative nel lettino mostravano la parte mancante. Follia! Tenda rotta, rischiosa, che non si poteva muovere in nessun modo, quindi si giorno buio in casa. Pavimenti sporchissimi!

Ubytovanie bolo fajn, čisté. V podstate nám skoro nič nechýbalo. Štýlový apartmán kde sme sa pohodlne traja vyspali. Kúpeľna vybavená všetkými druhmi vlasovej a telovej kozmetiky, fén, dostatok uterákov. Kuchyňa je veľmi minimalistická, možno by nebolo od veci nechať tam pre hostí aspoň základ ako soľ a cukor, olej. Panvica a hrniec boli už značne opotrebované. Na veľké vyváranie nie je prispôsobená.

Tuvimos un cambio de última hora con el apartamento porque el que habíamos reservado tuvo una avería y nos lo cambiaron por otro más grande.

Eine Frechheit! - Wir haben ein Apartment für drei Erwachsene Personen gebucht. Die Länge der Sofa war allerdings 170 cm… Bitte nehmen Sie Stellung dazu, wie es sein kann, dass Sie so eine Schlafmöglichkeit einem erwachsenen anbieten??? Dies hat zur Folge geführt, dass man nicht ausruhen konnte, weil man andauernd von der Sofa im Schlaf gerutscht ist. Mein Körper hat mich voll darauf gepasst (ich bin 170 groß und wiege kaum 50 Kilo). Das ist inakzeptabel und wirklich sehr unfair Eiren Kunden gegenüber. • Vincenzo Failla (10/5): Soggiorno stupefacente - Appartamento davvero ben arredato e con tutti i comfort possibili. Posizione favorevole e ben servita e appartamento collocato in un bel palazzo. Ottima TV, cucina e lavastoviglie. Siamo stati bene. L'unico inconveniente è non aver ricevuto in tempo i codici d'accesso all'appartamento ma abbiamo risolto subito

• Barbaros (7/5): I stayed 7 days, generally I was satisfied. - I arrived early, and they asked me early check-in fee. However, the passcode did not work. ı waited outside for a while and in the building afterwards. I entered around 12:15 hrs and although the check-in time was 15:00 hrs, they paid all the early check-in fee back to me. Air condition vent propeller was noisy like a truck engine. I have a video record. It was a bit funny. But sometimes annoying. The spare blanket in the cupboard is dirty.
• Ericson (5/5): Close to financial district, a bit far away from other tourist areas (except for Tower Bridge). - We had a great view of the financial district and 10 mins walk to Tower Bridge and Tube line. There is a kitchen and water percolator. Close to a bus stop (literally just across the apartment). We were at the top floor, so no issues with noise coming from upstairs. There is a good size elevator as well. A bit far from other tourist area if that is a main thing for you. We also got some bites on our skin. We initially didn't see any bed bugs but something was biting us as it was itchy and had bumps. There was also very limited cooking utensils, pots/pans. There was a very small pan and a medium size pot. One night, there were a group of people drinking at the entrance as we can hear them from our unit, the next day there were trash and broken glass of beer. These were removed when we got back home at night. There is a dryer/washer combo, but the dryer doesn't dry clothes much. They provided a clothes hanger though. Also, when it's drying the clothes, you will feel the whole apartment vibrates, so I am not sure how the downstairs neighbor are able to sleep or rest :)

• Sabrina (3/5): - Leider wurden wir 3x umgebucht von Kula selbst. Einen Tag bevor wir angereist sind aufgrund von Schäden im Zimmer. Am Anreise Tag selbst, weil abends um 20 Uhr vergessen wurde unser Appartement zu reinigen. Es war komplett dreckig von den Gästen vor uns. Wir mussten uns selbst ein Taxi organisieren, dies war Kula nicht möglich zu übernehmen sowie die Kosten. Das 3. Appartement konnten wir beziehen, da war aber nach nur 1. Nacht das 2. Badezimmer nicht mehr erlaubt zu nutzen wg. einem Wasserschaden.Wir warten bis heute auf Antwort vom Management von Kula zwecks Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten sowie der versprochenen Übernahme der Taxikosten.

A Bien que l'on dispose d’une cuisine, il n'y aucun ingrédients à disposition (sel, poivre, huile) ce qui empêche donc de cuisiner car il n y aucun intérêt d'acheter ce genre de choses pour un petit sejour... la cuisine n'est donc pas vraiment utilisable...

• Carlo (4/5): London wunderschön. Aber nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft - Lage war gut. Schnell bei der Tower Bridge Keine Putzkraft. Niemand der den Müll entsorgt. Wir waren 5 Tage drin und haben angegeben, dass wir ein Baby haben. Als die Windeln logischerweise zum stinken angefangen haben, mussten wir den Müll rausstellen. Der Müllbeutel wurde wieder vor unser Zimmer gestellt. Der Vorraum hat dadurch zum stinken angefangen und der Müll wurde nicht entsorgt. Es gab dort keine Mülleimer sonst hätte ich es selbst gemacht. Des Weiteren wurden wir 30min mit Baby in der Kälte vor der Unterkunft stehen gelassen. Dann haben die Codes nicht funktioniert um ins Zimmer zu kommen. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein Late Check out angeboten.

Appartment schön geräumig u wir hatten Glück, auch mit Aussicht auf die "Zigarre" the Gerkin (floor 5, App. 14). Ausstattung ausreichend, aber auch keine Extras. Betten bequem für uns, Schlafsofa Recht fest, aber für unseren Sohn wars ok Sauber, aber nicht super clean, man hat paar Ecken wo man nicht so genau hinsehen sollte (Dusche, Toilette wirklich unschön unten im Fuß, da darf man nicht eklig sein). Küchentûren bissl wacklig, Töpfe stark zerkratzt, alles eben so wie in einer Küche, die sehr oft versch. Nutzer hat.
