• Maite (6/5): Por ese precio en Londres no se puede pedir mucho más - Ubicación, tamaño y precio. Muy bien conectado con todo Londres a través de autobús, tren y metro. Restaurantes muy variados y diferentes precios muy cerca. Estuvimos 5 y tamaño suficiente del apartamento para escapadas breves Es cierto que se oye mucho el ruido de la calle, pero creo es bastante general en Londres porque muchos edificios no tienen ventanas buenas. Recomendable llevar tapones para los oídos. El apaño en la ducha que no se pueda mover y la cortina en vez de mampara, ha sido lo peor. Y falta alguna mesa y sillas para poder sentarse a comer.
• Victoria (1/5): Utter shit. Enclosed is a photo of our view… broken window with someone’s earrings left in… disgusting - Absolutely nothing. Dirty mop water left in bucket. No WiFi, no hairdryer, no working shower, literally nothing at all was any good. Everything. Shocking. Broken window with a massive hole in it. Felt like being in a refugee camp.

• Kevin (1/5): Trust me when I say steer clear of this place the actually flat itself is a dump the staff are horrible the worst people - Nothing this place is a joke. Everything especially the lying thieving staff.

• Robert (1/5): Broken windows and tampons - Nothing Broken windows, tampon on bedroom wall. Heating didn't work. I booked two weeks, and they wouldn't give me a refund even though they said the would on WhatsApp. Basically stolen my money. Avoid!!

• Mark (4/5): No WiFi, no heating. - Good location. No WiFi. No heating in 3 degrees. Host was polite over text but didn't resolve anything. No where to put anything, no takes or shelves. Shower is small. Shower chains are gross.

• Marianne (5/5): Great location but very run down - Really central location which is what we needed and cheap for London standards. Host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The flat was clean but very run down with thin, broken windows which made it too noisy to sleep properly. I expected some noise with us being central but this was another level. It suited us as a base and location. We didnt spend too much time in the flat as we had plans in the day so accepted it for what it was.
• Antwnio (1/5): - Only the location the window was broken in the leaving room so it was very cold! Toilet wasn’t clean i found hair in the bath small mans hair probably! both of rooms where very cold. In the bedroom where I stayed, a draft kept coming in through the window, and when I woke up in the morning I felt unwell. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and there was also a significant amount of noise coming from outside. i dont recommend it.
• arlene (1/5): This could be a lovely unit if a little effort and care was put into a proper clean and maintenance.if this was done it - The property was light and a reasonable size. Very handy if you are keen to be close to facilities as there are lots of shops, pubs, food outlets and grocery stores right down stairs. It is also really close to transport. Ours was a last minute booking and we booked at a reduced price making it very affordable We arrived and the property had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Dirty towels and bedding, dirty dishes and rubbish. Despite very polite responses we had to wait until the following day for fresh linen and I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen myself. The overall maintenance of the unit was poor with grubby walls. Many broken things and no internet or working TV

• Vanessa (9/5): In general it was very good and I’d go back to this apartment without any doubts. - It was a very cozy place and easy to access. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. Problems with WiFi. Sometimes we had to shower with cold water. There was no hairdryer.

• O'meara (5/5): Good location, but noisy street - The location is close to all amenities and the Clapham Junction train station. It was comfortable. The noise from the street was awful, barely slept while I was there, the place could do with a few more utensils, small saucepan, hairdryer, iron etc.

• Ana (1/5): This apartment is not suitable to be rented. It should not be on booking.com - The location was good but very noisy street and no curtains or windows that could help with that. The owner responses were fast. The apartment is equipped with all needs including washing machine but everything is in bad condition. The queen bed was broken so my husband had to place the iron board under the mattress to stop him rolling down during his sleep. There is a wardrobe in one of the rooms but we cant use it because the bed is blocking the doors. There is no place to accommodate the luggages. The bedding needs a proper washing. They are old and feel not clean. There was a lots of stains on the plastic shower curtain. No place to accommodate personal items in the bathroom. Lots of mold spots around the shower head. In general, this apartment is falling apart. But, the worst part was its bad small. A mix of mold and sewage issues. Horrible place. We paid for 8 days of stay but left the place after 2 days there. No refunds!!!!!

• Petra259 (8/5): Great location - Great location from Clapham junction station, shops and restaurants . Neat, compact apartment that is well equipped. The front bedroom facing the main road is (obviously) quite noisy and a blackout blind would help with the light pollution from all the shops/restaurants neo lights. A little reading light in the bedroom would be great.
• Sajal (2/5): Overall disappointing - Location, it was convenient for where I needed to be. The bedsheets were stained and did not feel clean, I had to lay clothes on my bed to lie on top of those because it felt dirty. The bathroom has no lock. The shower has no door and a dirty shower curtain with mould on it. The place needs updating, it’s quite dated making it overpriced. The fridge had a very bad odour, nothing felt clean enough to use. The cleanliness of the place was not up to standard and I would not recommend staying here for anyone who values a clean place to stay in.
