• Dahlan (1/5): Bad - None We weren't aware the house has many occupants in many rented rooms. When we arrived after 9pm..they wanted to charge £30 for late check in.. We did normal check in thro keys in locked compartments as we did at other rentals..no fuss. Why charge when the process is standard elsewhere? The furniture are soiled with wear and tear. Carpet is dirty. We don't feel safe sytaying in the unit. I wish the info fm booking.com are more open and accurate in future.
• Astri (8/5): Perfect location and nice place to stay.. 👍 - The location was perfect, near to (between) the train stations (sheperd's bush stn & wood lane stn), a bus stop (shelter) very close to the house (50 mtr), and especially located next to Westfield Mall, you need only crossing the road infront of the house.. ☺️ Many stores and restaurants nearby. The wifi was OK, and we can watch netflix and others movie's platforms, so entertaining while just staying in the house. The room was big enough, I like it, and the water heater was OK too, no problem what so ever during our stay here. I wish that the laundry & dryer machine can be used free of charge (included with the package). We stayed for 10 nights here, but we just only used 1 bath towel per person, we wish we could get the new clean at least every 3 or 4 days without any charge, or perhaps I didn't get the message properly, coz I read one of the point was, more extra charge for it (?) I also suggest to add some more clothes hanger. ☺️
• Zhuobo (3/5): Could be a good stay, if landlord is aware of how ridiculous his agent is. - Not bad during stay. It's horrible, and if you're unfortunate enough to book this accommodation, beware in the living room there is a dirty and precious carpet. the property deducted 180 pounds directly from deposit without notifying, and said that I had stained his carpet. which is already so dirty before we check in. I noticed it but didn't say anything because I think it’s acceptable. Now I cannot have this 180 pounds back just because I accept their dirty carpet. But who intend to rent please be careful with your deposit when you order in the future. haha
• Marina (9/5): Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Great location. - Lovely apartment. It was a bit cold. The heater didn’t work.
• Mostafa (10/5): Great space and location. - The space and location are just great. I was there for business nearby so the location made sense. Super close to 2 tube stations. Westfield being right in front of you is also a massive plus. The place was quite spacious by London standards. Having to pay a deposit in the beginning. Although this was written in the property description, this is not something that I’m used to do when booking a place for a few days. It is also quite big for a deposit.
