• Soledad (8/5): Apartamento bonito y resultón en el centro - Lo mejor la ubicación. Estar cerca del centro y tener todos los monumentos muy cerca. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, era pequeñito pero muy bonito y resultón. Buena calidad-precio. La cama doble es muy cómoda, las almohadas también. No me gustó que huele a humedad, notas el olor nada más entrar aunque después te acostumbras. La cama individual era un poco incómoda y pensábamos que había cafetera pero no.
• Nil (4/5): - La ubicación es buena, la tv a pesar de ser pequeña tiene smart tv, el secador de cabello está bien, en general todo limpio. El colchón es malísimo, muy incómodo. El olor a humedad es muy fuerte desde el primer día. No se pueden tapar las ventanas e impedir que entre luz, no hay buenas cortinas ni persianas, no hay un mínimo de sal y aceite para cocinar, las ollas y sartenes están en mal estado. Poca flexibilidad del anfitrión sin posibilidad de late check out (10am) aún teniendo check in a las 5pm 1/3 del día para limpiar el sitio y sin posibilidad de usar el lugar.

• Mark (7/5): good location, water leak did take the edge of what would have been a good stay - Location Had a problem with two water leaks in the room where puddles formed on the floor, owner did rectify the problem the following day but don’t really want to be mopping up in my room while on holiday, also a tiled floor which made it very slippy.

• Melissa (8/5): Amazing location, comfortable stay! - The location was amazing (just off of piazza navona), there was life-saving air conditioning, the room was well-equipped for a comfortable stay! It was also nice that the room opens to outside- you don’t have to walk up flights of stairs. It does have a slightly musty smell when you walk in, but it’s not a big deal. We would stay again!

• Dávid (7/5): A pleasent place to sleep but dont expect too much. great price - the location is great, everything is in walking distance there are restaurant nearby which can be a bit noisy but we slept well anyways good price its a bit musty, the smell doesnt go away even with all day open windows the AC was smelly and moldy so we couldnt heat with it, we had to use the oil heater bathroom is a bit small and hard to adjust the hot water
• Luís (10/5): Comfortable and well located - The location is perfect to visit the centre of Rome walking. A clean and fresh place. We were there during a heat strike in Rome. Very helpful and flexible we were received with full attention and always available during our stay. The place was surprisingly calm during the night, dispute of the location right in the centre of the tourist area. No remarks

• Sandra (10/5): Casa dolce casa a Roma! - We liked everything! The apartment is nice, comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay in Rome and I have nothing to complain about. It is situated in the most beautiful part of Rome, in a small quiet street. We never took a bus or metro, just to go to Termini station, we walked a lot, in max half an our it is possible to get anywhere you want. Easy check in and check out, the owner very kind and helpful. Tutto benissimo!

• Ana (10/5): A gem itself in the center of other Roman gems! I’m coming back! - The host most of all. He made himself available even midnight and 5am. He was patient in explaining and didn’t raise his voice when we didn’t understand his initial instructions. The fully equipped property itself was a true gem—the host was so considerate to provide olive oil, tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar, salt, pepper. The location was a super close third. Turn right and you’re on a lively street where Frigidarium is—keep walking and Piazza Navona is there, along with Osteria da Fortunata. Forno Campo dei Fiori was fantastic for making our own sandwiches and the Bar Farnese owner is genuinely glad to serve you. I could go on and on, but long story short, I was so tempted to gatekeep this property, but the host deserves to be recognized for his kindness and attentiveness. Small bathroom but plenty of supplies and everything was strategically placed. We were also a bit worried about the kitchen sink being slow to drain but it did. I’m so sorry I left dishes unwashed as our train was rescheduled to 6am.

• Kateryna (8/5): The location is amazing - I had the pleasure of staying at this centrally located place, just a short 3-minute walk from either Piazza Navona or the Pantheon. Tucked away on a quaint narrow street, the ambiance was peaceful and serene. However, due to the street's size, the room lacked abundant natural light. Nevertheless, the room was equipped with all the essential amenities and even had a convenient mini kitchen. While the beds were slightly shorter than expected, it didn't pose a major issue as our stay was only for one night. Overall, the location of this place was unbeatable, with easy access to popular landmarks and attractions in the city center. Despite the minor drawbacks, I found it a comfortable and satisfactory choice for my brief stay in Rome.

• Anne-sophie (8/5): Great stay - it’s a very neat, tidy and spacious room in an old looking style . very cute bathroom is extremely tiny and uncomfortable. touching the sind while on the toilet and hitting the water tap while having a shower what turned the water hoooot. still good enough for a few days and nothing they can do about it really.

• Mami (8/5): Very good - Great location close to the center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. He was reachable even at night to ask questions. A bit dark as there were only small windows. We thought we had a room with two beds (one double bed and one twin bed) but the twin size bed was not made (it was a sofa bed), so we had to share a bed.
• Arvind (8/5): Amazing Place in the Rome city. - The direction of the house quite informative. Location was amazing, bus 40 has a very close stop which goes to Roma termini. There is small grocery store (Local Pan and Careforre express) There are some really nice restaurants and gelato shop within 200 metres. The house has all the amenities and enough kitchenware to make small meals. Most of the part of house was good, except the washroom which I think is bit small, and toilet seat was too close with washroom’s sink. But, this might be expected as there is not enough space in Rome for expanding the properties.
