• Arevik (9/5): Great stay in Rome - The apartment is modern and really clean. Though on the second floor there is a lift for suitcases. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Kitchen is really well equipped for cooking. Bedrooms are spacious and so good to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The location suited us well. Walkable to many major attractions and 10-15 min walk to Roma Termini. The living space is a little small when the sofa bed is set up, but there is a big dining table with six chairs so it didn't really bother us.

Very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with convenient check-in, access via phone, air conditioning, kitchen, etc. and a nasoni right outside the front door. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the apartment was disappointing in several ways. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and old. It was hard to get a sleep. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the bedroom, which was very inconvenient. The shower was outdated and difficult to use, and the sink was extremely small — almost unusable. Overall, the amenities did not meet expectations.

I would highly r - Great central location walking distance to many of the famous sites. Very responsive management that answered questions quickly. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in time, which was so helpful! Everything about the apartment was great!

The host was incredibly helpful; when we encountered an issue with the door upon arrival, he responded immediately and assisted us promptly. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Rome.

Would be great for a small family or two couples who want to cook. On the second floor but has an elevator which worked well for my MIL who recently had knee surgery. Communicative and kind host. Easy to access. Home could use some TLC/upkeep/deep cleaning.

We were traveling 4 adults and 2 babies, so we were using all 3 available beds. Sofa bed is very big and also very comfy. Host also prepared baby cod and chair.

We were with children- we felt there safe. Close to train station- great if you need to get to the airport in the early morning. I can only recommend, it was great stay at Rome. We missed only microwave.

• Boon (1/5): Dirty apartment and unfriendly owner - Apartment is dirty when my guest arrive, there are stains on the white chairs, food left in refrigerator and stains on the kitchen stove. My guest did not see the owner or anyone even though he claimed there is someone seeing us. The owner refused a partial refund when my guest offered to move out and pay for only the first night. The communication with the owner is unfriendly with him demanding I have to send videos and pictures via Booking app even if I am simply unable to do so. Dirty apartment, unfriendly communication.
