• Валерий (10/5): - Очень большая и ухоженная квартира! полностью оборудована и готова как длительному , так и к короткому проживанию! очень близко к центру. рядом с домом маленький магазин продуктов , в 300 м. расположен огромный MALL c BILLA. Если мы в следующий визит решим остановиться в Софии, то непременно выберем эти же аппартаменты! Рекомендуем и другим гостям обратить внимание на эти аппартаменты!

• José (5/5): - Máquina de café e algumas cápsulas. Máquina de lavar louça, apesar de só ter uma dose de detergente disponível. Cheiro na casa de banho proveniente da canalização. O exaustor resolvia, mas ao entrar havia sempre cheiro. Edifício degradado a precisar de pintura de paredes interiores das escadas e renovação de pavimento. Precisa de cortinas corta-luz. Não tinha pano da louça, nem toalha de mesa ou base de prato individuais. Cheio de decoração miúda desnecessária e que nada acrescenta a ocupar prateleiras. Não nos atrevemos a usar o elevador dada o seu aspeto antigo.
• Manuel (9/5): - El anfitrión es muy amable y preocupado por que la estancia sea muy buena. El apartamento está muy limpio y cómodo. Supermercado muy cerca y centro comercial. El baño huele mal, no tiene microondas y está un poco lejos del centro. Por suerte los taxis en Sofía son muy baratos.

• Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - The place was great. Large rooms, all the facilities and good location. The central heating was broken. The host did give us a "heads up" and said the air conditioning could still heat the place. However, it was only in the lounge and both bedrooms were freezing with outdoor temperatures below zero. We had to sleep in our clothes! I know it wasn't your fault but you should provide portable electric heaters if this happens again. It spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay and I am giving a score of 4 instead of 9 or 10.

• Anna (10/5): An awesome house - How clean and comfortable it was. Very cozy and all renovated. The building was old but apart from that everything else was perfect.

Nice area right by a shopping mall and supermarket. Very reasonably priced couldn't have stayed anywhere better in Sofia. Nothing
• Michel (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Quiet but close to everything. Nice neighborhood with stores, cafés and a shopping mall nearby. The appartment is quite big, modern and very clean. Good communication with the owner, easy check-in and checkout
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional! - This apartment was amazing! It was spacious and had great amenities. You can tell it is well looked after and cleaned well between guests. The communication from the host was great - they provided clear instructions for check in and even photos to assist. The location is a little distance from the centre (25 min walk) but there is tram and bus stops very close by that are on time and cheap. Would highly recommend!!
• Elena (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The property is a short bus/tram ride from the centre which we liked as we used public transport. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nice bonus was that we found coffee for our first morning. We had a small issue with the lock but within 30min it was resolved. There wasn't anything.
• Димитър (9/5): Superb - Would visit again. Cute 2 bdr apartment with a full kitchen and a dining room. Good value. AC in the living room. Clean sheets. Mattresses were softer than I'd prefer but slept very well. Near a busy street with road noise but closing the windows helped a lot. Good location. Uncomplicated check in. Connected phone to TV without issues. Good internet. A shopping mall with a grocery store steps away. A small convenience store next to the building. Not exactly downtown but close with a lot of interesting coffee shops and small businesses around. A very quirky district of Sofia. 4th floor with an old lift that's been updated and felt reliable. Finally, kitchen counters and a sink that don't require me to constantly bend down. Street parking is difficult. Free after 19:30 if you find a spot. The whole building suffers from a pigeon infestation. Never saw them but there was a distinctive smell the first time we entered the building. Stopped noticing it the second day. Host has installed a protective net on the balcony and warned us not to open the bathroom window as pigeons fly in and make a mess.
• Iliya (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, fully furnished and cosy 2 bedroom apartment in an excellent location connected with all means of transport in walking distance. A great shopping mall is nearby, plenty of nice restaurants and cafes too. The communication with the host was easy and professional, the check-in/outs were flexible and arranged to our convenience. We have really enjoyed the comfortable mattresses and top notch bed linens.A truly deserved 10 rating. Nothing,all was perfect.

• Kaccat (9/5): Very comfortable and relatively close to the center! - The apartment exceeded my expectations! The price is very fair, and the apartment was very comfy. There's a big mall just 5 minutes by foot from the apartment, so that is a huge bonus. The center is also just about 15 minutes away by public transport, so the location is great! I only have a minor complaint, and that is that there's a lack of cups and mugs in the apartment.

• Katrin (7/5): Overall a nice stay, very nice and reactive host. - The flat was nice and clean and corresponded to the description. The flat itself is great, even though we were a bit surprised about the outside area. The host was really nice and reactive to all requests. Thanks! It was indicated that the flat has a parking. This was the reason why we booked it. However, there was no parking at all and public parking in the area was not easy, it is a restricted area during day time and during night all public places were busy.
