• Barbara (1/5): TERRIBILE! - NULLA! La struttura non corrisponde alle foto e a quanto descritto al momento della prenotazione. Non era indicato che il bagno fosse esterno alla camera e, una volta ricevuta la conferma, ho richiesto la cancellazione appena ho notato questo dettaglio, ma non è stata accettata. Il bagno si trova di fronte alla camera e non all’interno della stessa, il che risulta poco pratico, soprattutto durante la notte. La camera inoltre non dispone di servizi essenziali. Ho riscontrato anche alcune criticità nella pulizia, sia della doccia che della stanza. Il bagno non ha finestre e la finestra della camera dà su un edificio molto vicino, riducendo luce naturale

• Annet (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf op toplocatie en appartement zeer modern met heerlijke bedden. - Strakke moderne schone kamer met waterkoker met thee en koffie en een fles water. Badkamer was zeer ruim met o.a. een regendouche. Je mocht de bagage achterlaten voor en na inchecken wat een super service is. Echter, wat daar nu de procedure voor was was niet duidelijk en lukte na het stellen van een aantal vragen. Zou goed zijn om een stukje tekst te appen nadat een klant dit vraagt. Ook was het niet duidelijk dat er een office op de verdieping was en hoe laat onze contactpersoon daar dan aanwezig was. Dus communicatie kan op dit vlak beter. Maar we kregen wel snel antwoord na onze vragen :-).

• Santos (9/5): - I had a really nice stay at Design 18 Charming Rooms. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were always willing to help and made us feel welcome during our stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It’s very close to the tourist spots and many places are just within walking distance, which made getting around very easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, modern place with helpful staff and a great location.

I don’t think this should have happened, especially since it had already been reported by previous guests. This is a very basic standard that should be properly maintained.

Room was small but looks exactly like pictures and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, staff cleaned the room daily. The drain had a slightly bad smell from the sewers but that was the only minor issue.

• marine (9/5): Nous conseillons cet établissement, - L’emplacement est idéale, nous avons tout fait à pied. De plus il est au 4 eme étages de ce fait il y a très peu de bruit. Nous sommes restés 5 jours, le sol a été fait uniquement le dernier jour à notre demande. Nous conseillons de faire le sol tous les jours ou tout les deux jours.
• Jana (10/5): Pokud bychom cestovali do Říma znovu, určitě bychom se vrátili. - Oceňuji milou komunikaci s přesnými pokyny, čistý pokoj, kde jsme měli vodu, kávu a čaj a na chodbě také kávovar. Každý den uklizeno. V dobré lokalitě blízko Andělského hradu i dalších památek. Žádné výhrady nemám.

• AstaSR (9/5): Lovely room in a charming location - We got a lovely room with a large window, which was clean and comfortable. Daily room cleaning service was also a great. The communication with the host was smooth and easy, she really made sure that we felt most pleasant during our stay. The location is great for exploring Rome and Vatican on foot, for visits to the city center or outskirts - public transport stops are close by. There are lots of nice bistros and restaurants around, so it's also a great plus. The WiFi was down for one evening, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

• valentina (8/5): Raccomandato - La stanza si trova in un appartamento molto bello e antico, centralissimo, vicino tutto sommato alla metro (15 min da Spagna). I proprietari gentili e c’è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check out. Non c’è colazione ma ogni camera ha un bollitore con a disposizione tisane o caffè e anche cialde. All’ingresso sempre della ciambella per tutti. Per l’uso che si fa in vacanza di una camera non ho avuto assolutamente problemi e la consiglierei sicuramente come struttura. Essendo centrale la sera si sente il chiacchiericcio dalla strada perché gli infissi sono datati ma io non ho problemi a dormire per cui non è stato un problema. Se posso dare un consiglio ci sono stati dettagli apprezzati come le ciabatte monouso piuttosto che l’acqua in camera o altre attenzioni però alcune parti della struttura sarebbero da sistemare per esempio il silicone ormai nero del box doccia oppure i mobili bagno scheggiati e usurati. Nel complesso penso che sia una bella struttura per cui perdersi per questi dettagli é un peccato.

La ventana de la habitación no cierra bien y el primer día nos dio frío. Ya después pudimos manejar la calefacción y no nos volvió a dar frío. Otra cosa es que se escucha mucho ruido de afuera.

Appreciated also the coffe, the cake for breakfast and battle of water. We would have appreciated to have the AC activated (not sure whether this was due to a Municipality decision), better shower head holder, higher quality soap and more comfortable bed sheets

• Giorgina (10/5): If you are in Rome, stay in Design 18 Charming Rooms! You will not be disappointed. - My family and I love staying in Design 18 Charming Rooms whenever we're in Rome. In total we've stayed here for three times already and it never disappoints. Its prime location allowed us to join the Jubilee 2025 celebrations with ease, especially those held in the Vatican. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to go there on foot. There is also a good selection of cafes and restaurants in the area, so we were never out of options. The place itself was exceptional. It was modern and cozy, and was always clean. It was secure and accessible, and the elevator was particularly helpful for transporting our luggage to the apartments. There was a coffee machine and sweet treats in the common area as well as maps and helpful information. Wi-Fi was also strong. Our apartment was great - cozy beds, free water, a fridge, and a clean bathroom with a few toiletries provided. View was of the streets, and you can't hear the noise at all from outside. Best of all, the staff! Communicative and always ready to help. I cannot recommend it enough to stay here. Surely, we will be back in Rome and we will choose to stay here again! As with all sofa beds, the one in the living area dips in the middle. More pillows would have helped, but no complaints!

• Helene (6/5): Zimmer ohne funktionierender Dusche - Die Lage, der einfache Check In, Parkhaus in der Nähe, schnelle Rückmeldung und gute Erreichbarkeit des Personals, bequemes Bett, alles sauber, kostenloser Kaffee und Kuchen im Flur. Die Dusche hat 2 Tage lang nicht funktioniert. Das heißt kaltes Wasser und kein Wasserdruck. Das Personal war uns gegenüber nett aber hat dann auf italienisch schlecht über uns geredet. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass die Dusche öfters ausfällt. Es sollte ein Teil der Übernachtungskosten zurück erstattet werden, aber wir haben bisher noch nichts erhalten.

• Carolina (9/5): - Clean and nice room. I had a short stay but definitely helped me. The private bathroom of the room was also very clean but was in the corridor. Overall was a great experience and I recommend it. The external bathroom.
• Helena (10/5): Jättebra ! - Skön säng och stort luftigt rum för vi utan problem sov 3 personer. Även ett fint badrum . Bra gångavstånd till centrum . Inget alls att klaga på! Toppen boende för en rimlig peng .

• Michal (9/5): - - výborná poloha blízko andělského hradu, Vatikánu i historického centra - vynikající poloha, pokud jedete z letiště FCO autobusem SIT BUS (zastávka Via Crescenzio je 400m) - v okolí několik zajímavých restaurací a bister - velmi přátelský personál mám jen dvě výtky: - noční hluk při otevřeném okně. Náš pokoj měl okno do pavlačového dvora, kde hojně hučely klimatizace a dole rachtala kuchyň jedné z restaurací. - koupelna je taková italská :-) Záchod občas potřebuje domluvit, aby přestal protékat, sprcha má opravdu malý průtok vody a navíc poměrně brzy se vyčerpá teplá voda. A nakonec na obkladech ve sprše bylo něco, co připomínalo plíseň. Nezkoumal jsem to, ale nevypadalo to dobře.
