• Ana (6/5): Für ein Wochenende in Ordnung - Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung. Es gab eine Parkgarage in der Nähe was mit einem ausländischen Kennzeichen sehr wichtig ist. Unser Zimmer war zur Straße hin ausgerichtet - es war ziemlich laut. Zudem ging die Lüftung in dem Zimmer nicht.

Et les voisins de la chambre d'à côté on fait beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit, c'était affreux. Salle de bain très petite, il n'y avait pas de place pour le lavabo qui était donc dans la chambre

• Elisa (9/5): Tornerei ad alloggiaare qui! - La struttura è davvero graziosa, curata nei particolari e dotata di tutti i comfort, compresi un piccolo frigo in comune e il necessario per una colazione con caffè, thè e biscotti; lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile da prima ancora del nostro arrivo; la posizione è comoda sia per San Siro che per il centro città. Tornerei ad alloggiare qui! La camera risultava poco insonorizzata rispetto ai rumori esterni del traffico automobilistico e del tram.

• Elena (10/5): - Struttura molto bella, arredata in modo superlativo e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e piuttosto vicino ad un piccolo centro commerciale. Accoglienza davvero perfetta, Emanuela è stata gentilissima e premurosa. La metro dista circa 10-15 minuti a piedi, se si hanno molti bagagli, è preferibile prendere l'autobus 91 che porta direttamente in stazione.

Zona comune fornita del necessario per tè o caffè, fette biscottate, biscotti, marmellata e Nutella monoporzione. Vicinanza delle fermate di tram e bus che in poco tempo portano sia in centro che allo stadio. Check in semplice con indicazioni dettagliate. Nulla.

• Georgia (8/5): Very good - Extremely clean room. The whole appartmenr was very well equipped. The shutters remained closed even in the morning because the were covered by plastic coverage (some renovations were taking place outside the building).
• Menezes (5/5): It was ok – great communication, beautiful space, shame about the cleaning/upkeep. - The host was very responsive and offered us good recommendations for meals. Location is good. Communication from host was really good. I was very disappointing that the kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned on the 2nd day, which is unsatisfactory given how much we had paid. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough for the space, and it got quite stuffy and hot at night.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Great place to stay in Milan - Very cozy and stylish apartment. Everything looks super new and clean. Styled as if Vogue Home is coming for a photoshoot. But it’s not just beautiful, it is also very comfortable: bed, pillows, shower, hair dryer. There’s everything you need. There’s also a shared kitchen, where you can drink coffee and eat cookies. Host is very nice and helpful. Check-in was easy and fully remote. You can easily get to city center by walking or public transport. If I ever come to Milano again, I will definitely stay in Ca Bela. Check-out is at 10, it’s very early. In the other countries it’s usually at 12:00. I guess it’s a normal practice in Italy. But still, if check-out would be at 11:00-12:00, would be great :)

• Adrienne (10/5): Exceptional - I absolutely loved everything about this place! It's easy to reach from the city centre. The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern, and feels brand new. The bed was comfortable, and the little treats like cookies and marshmallows were such a thoughtful touch – really appreciated. It's obvious that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Communication with the host was perfect – quick, kind, and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — you can tell that every detail has been carefully thought out. I especially loved the large balcony — it was a pleasure to spend the evenings there, enjoying the view and fresh air. The staff were absolutely wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It was a real pleasure to interact with them — you truly feel welcome. The only thing to keep in mind is that it takes about 25 minutes to reach the city center by public transport. But overall, the experience was entirely positive. I would gladly come back again and highly recommend this place to everyone! 🩷

• Dzmitry (4/5): Disappointing - The property has a pleasant interior, located in a great area, and fairly clean. Our stay was frustrating – we got a room that effectively had no window. It felt like being in a windowless basement. Due to renovation work on the building, the façade was covered in scaffolding, and the external shutters were blocked, preventing any natural light from entering. To make matters worse, the window itself was sealed off with plastic film. Obviously, such important details were not mentioned in the description. The support was really unhelpful, as they were neither responsive nor seemed to be trying to find a solution.

• Rosie (10/5): Beautiful place to stay with great facilities - The apartments are in a beautiful building - the photos actually don’t do it justice! The apartment itself is incredibly clean with great facilities - big bed, lovely bathroom. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The tram stop is just outside the building. Nothing! If you have accessibility needs, it might not be ideal as it’s on the third floor of the building - there is a lift but it’s an old style cage style (it did work fine on the two times I used it).

Although we were there for just one night, I would definitely choose this property again for a longer visit. After a day of exploring Milan, which can be quite exhausting, Cà Bèla provides the perfect sanctuary. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tasteful, soft decor made the space feel like a peaceful retreat. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the biscuits, spreads and the selection of coffee and tea. The property is spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. While it's a bit farther from the city centre (about an hour with the bus ride including the wait time; waiting for buses in Milan can take up to 30 minutes based on my experience), it's conveniently located near train stations. The time it takes to get to the centre, but it isn't the property's fault

The room is quite noisy, even with the windows closed we could hear a lot of noise from the main street, especially the tram. This is quite annoying during the night. We'd highly recommend changing the windows.

• Danilo (6/5): If you would like to sleep, go elsewhere. - The room itself is really nice, well renovated and well designed, including the nice bathroom with bathtub. The location of the apartment is terrible, an ugly zone of Milan, right next to a very large and busy road, in an apartment complex that seems to be falling to pieces. Albeit the room I occupied faces an internal courtyard (that is barely to be seen because of scaffolding right by the window), it was anyway noisy until late at night because of people talking loudly etc. The whole apartment is not at all insulated against noise: you can hear any single use of the bathroom by the neighbors upstairs, when they walk, when they talk. All in all, an uncomfortable stay.

The rooms were super clean and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location was good, with easy access to the city centre via tramway or bus. Nothing!

• Diana (8/5): All in all a pleasant stay - Very nice room, cosy, the design was very beautiful and it also had a comfortable bed. The noise. The room it was extremely loud. We had a room with balcony and it was so loud until late in the night and starting early in the morning. Because of the traffic and the trams. You could hear the noise as if the window was open. Maybe the noise issue should be added in the room description because it’s not something you can easily get by. In the evening outside the area seems a little bit dangerous. We didn’t have any problems but it was just a feeling. A little bit far from everything but with public transportation we could easily get to the city centre in about 30 minutes.
• Sevde (9/5): Superb - The room looks exactly like the one in the photo. The cleanliness and the prompt assistance of the staff were simply outstanding. It’s also very easy to reach and conveniently located. While some reviews mention that the rooms are small, we stayed in a double room and found it very comfortable without any issues. It's a highly recommendable hotel. The only downside I can mention is that, due to its location in the city, the hotel can be a bit noisy. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Communication with the hostess was quick, easy and relaxed. We could help ourselves to complimentary coffee and cookies. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the modern design of the rooms, as well as the beautiful building that reminded me of the roaring 20s! Location was great for us as it was only a 40min walk to the stadium, so we did not need to use the metro. Overall, a great experience, we will be happy to recommend this place to other travellers! /
