• Dave (7/5): Melbourne city apt - Great location and great facilities. Gym and pool good. No air con in the rooms. Poor crockery and cutlery supply.
• Etham (8/5): Great location, service and experience. - I loved the location! Central to the stadiums where my concerts were being held. The Flagstaff Trainstation is also super close and you can get pretty much anywhere. I also loved the shower - an appropriate amount of pressure. One big factor of the stay that I’d like to point out is how outstanding and amazing their customer service was - great communication, very accommodating and overall super friendly. The WiFi speeds were a bit slow - I was in meetings and I’d often cut in and out. I didn’t like the air con as it felt weak - left running, however, and the room will eventually cool down. Having a washing machine and dryer is something I always look for - this property has a machine that does both which I wasn’t too keen on. The clothes feel slightly damp still after drying.

• Luke (1/5): - Location. It was not clear that this was a private listing. Conditions were communicated after the booking had been confirmed and paid for. The conditions are not reasonable. We had to retrieve the key from a location that was too far away. The smoke alarm kept on beeping very loudly every 15 minutes.

• Leonie (3/5): Poor - I could not leave my luggage at the hotel; I had to walk about 2 km return with my luggage to pick up the keys. The shower did not work properly; the water just went against the wall
• Lynette (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent for a city shopping trip - just a couple of stops on the free tram and you are at the Bourke St Mall. Some minor maintenance is required. Second bedroom would be too small for a couple as there is no room for more than one small bag but it was great having 2 bedrooms for a weekend stay trip 2 people total.

• Karina (9/5): Melbourne weekend - Excellent communication prior about how to access the place (self check-in in) and details for the stay. Beautiful accommodation with comfortable beds, great facilities and amazing views. Great for a family! I appreciated the washing machine. Location was fantastic, and we loved using the pool, gym, and even the library. Would highly recommend It caught us off guard that we had nowhere to store our luggage for the day we checked out, while waiting for our flight that evening. Ended up with a bit of stress finding somewhere that didn't cost the earth as we had a number bags/backpacks. Might be a good mention from the outset to give people a heads up, and even better, a suggested option for luggage storage should people need it :)
• Kirsten (8/5): The location of this apartment was perfect for us in regards to tram, food options, CBD - I chose the location of this apartment quite specifically and it was fantastic for tram transport to Queen Vic markets, children's hospital, State netball centre and the Zoo. Easier/closer access to pick up the key would be good. In poor weather it would be a nightmare.

• Sandra (8/5): Great stay. The place is very convenient and centrally located in CBD. - Strategic and central location, within tram free zone. Walking distance to Queen Victoria Market, Southern Cross, and major shopping malls. Plenty of good eating place nearby.

• Peter (8/5): A well located hideaway. - Great position, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment, close to trams and train, very good outlook. Key collection was several streets away. We only needed one bed but the size of each bed in the bedrooms made access along each side extremely tight.

Beds great but would have been good away from cupboard as up against couldn’t use cupboard . Asked twice for late check out but no response so left at the 10 am exit time .everything else great 👍 Oops read above
• Anonymous (6/5): I enjoyed the booking, just wish we checked in at 3PM at least. - location was nice and it was comfortable On the first day we were told that 10AM was an okay check in time, then 3PM, we didn’t get into our apartment until 5:30PM. Made for a stressful checkin.

• Jo (1/5): Disgusting, smells horrible of cigarettes dirty stained carpet . Never will l be booking - The location It smelt of cigarettes. The smoke smell was right though out the appartments. I had headaches could not sleep and when l did manage to get a few hours l woke up with block noise and sore eyes . I did call and they gave a tin of Glen 20- so l either put up with the horrible stink of cigarette smell or stay up all night spraying Glen 20 every 20 minutes to mask the cigarette smell but then it smelt like a toilet.

• Ulrich (5/5): Location was good, apartment not so much. - There wasn't any breakfast and supermarkets were quiet a distance away. The beds were that close the cupboards that you couldn't use same. We were unable to stand between bed and cupboard. The balcony was dirty probably not cleaned for a long time. Cobwebs at the 15th floor on the balcony surprised us. The sofa was that low that you had trouble to get up again. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes properly. No coffee machine in the apt so we had to use instant coffee and the kettle.

• Kelly (4/5): Disappointing - Location Long trip to get the keys from a random business. Check in is at 3pm - should be earlier at least 2pm. Bathroom wasnt clean and shower head was broken. Very very small rooms, no room for bags or personal items in rooms.

Kitchenette was good and the location of the property was great for sightseeing. only one towel per person was supplied for two nights. Needed two towels per person and a second bathmat as four people were using the property. The rooms were small for the double beds and the beds were pushed up against the wardrobe. needed to remove the bedside table to move the bed to access the wardrobe.
