• Eva-Maria (9/5): Schöne moderne gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung in die Wiener Innenstadt. - Top Verbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt. Gut ausgestattete Küche Es fehlten Garderobenhaken. Nicht tragisch, aber wäre praktisch.

• Pavel (9/5): Comfortable, clean, pleasant to live in apartment. - We spent four days in the apartment (a family with an eight-year-old child). The apartment is comfortable to live in, located in a quiet area with shops within walking distance and convenient public transportation to the city center. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living, with the exception of a washing machine and some kitchen essentials. We were also pleased with the comfortable bathroom. The apartment lacks a coat rack in the hallway, so coats have to be placed on the dresser. Some kitchen items are also missing.

• Ilshat (10/5): - Наличие в номере всех необходимых вещей для проживания включая бесплатную парковку в этом же здании. Также понравилось наличие большого дивана в зале. Не работал кодовый замок на главном входе в здание.
• Stoni (10/5): Moderne gut ausgestattete Wohnung - Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Geschirrspülmittel, Wischtuch, Essig&Öl, Salz&Peffer, Müllsäcke, Kosmetikartikel, Klopapier, Fön, waren auch vorhanden. Für jede Person gab es 2 große und 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Wohnung war Schallisoliert und somit war es total ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos und zwar durch eine Codeeingabe an der Tür. Den Code erhält man nach der Buchung durch Anruf beim Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ein paar Meter weiter und mit der Linie 1a und dann mit der U4 ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis hat voll gepasst. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. In der Gaderrobe fehlen Kleiderhacken, damit man die Jacken aufhängen kann. In der Küche wäre ein Schneidebrett und ein Geschirrtuch nicht so schlecht gewesen. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

• diana (10/5): Great! - Exact ca în fotografiile de pe site. Am fost cu mașina, deci parcarea a fost un mare plus. Comunicare clara cu gazdele, toate informațiile furnizate cu precizie. Ne-a plăcut, recomand cu drag. Nimic să nu-ți placă.

• J.P.M. (10/5): Toplocatie dat ons verblijf in Wenen top maakte! - Hygiëne was top! Eigen parkeergelegenheid in garage, daarbij ook de fietsenstalling in de garage. Ruimte. Badkamer met bad, uitstekend bed. Locatie erg goed. Wij hadden onze fietsen bij ons en fietste elke dag naar het centrum van Wenen (klein kwartiertje op prima fietsroute). Supermarkt om de hoek.

• Pitok (10/5): Vienna in generale è una città costosa. - Per raggiungere il centro di Vienna, il tram vicino casa ci impiega 45 minuti. Passano frequentemente ed è molto comodo. L'appartamento ha tutte le comodità indicate e ci è piaciuto. Non ho nulla da dire.

• Karine (7/5): Pratique avec une voiture - Le parking est pratique, à 15 mn du centre en voiture. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire. Manque d’équipements dans la cuisine (ex: pas de passoire ou de plat pour le four). 1 serviette par personne pour 4 jours donc insuffisant sans lave linge. Quartier peu attrayant.

• Piotr (9/5): Superb - A comfortable apartment in a good location (although nearest metro line was temporarily closed, it didn't take long to get to the city center). A big plus is the garage with a parking space assigned to the apartment. You've got two other balconies right outside your windows, so the curtains need to be closed to give yourself some privacy.

• Georgyana01 (10/5): Amazing apartment - I start by saying that the parking space is the biggest plus (that's why I chose this apartment out of so many), considering that most of the accommodations in Vienna charge for it, here it was included in the price of the reservation, we didn't pay extra, the parking space is in the basement, so the car is perfectly safe, out of the rain and out of everything. The apartment is spacious, can accommodate 4 people easily, it is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we didn't cook because we always ate out, but you can cook, there is a stove, oven, kitchen utensils, etc. It is on the 2nd floor, exactly the one in the pictures, it has a small balcony, the bathroom with bathtub is separate from the one where the toilet is, which I think is ok, because so when someone takes a shower, the other can go to the toilet. There are many shops in the area, even restaurants, about 15 min walk, the same is also the subway station, we often went by subway and so we could visit everything we wanted, not to move the car through traffic. Access to the garage is very easy, no need to leave the car in the street, also the instructions were very clear. The beds and pillows very comfortable, we could rest well. The owner is a wonderful man, we made a mistake with the key and he helped us immediately not to stay outside, without charging us any extra fee, and he responds extremely quickly to messages on booking. So overall yes, we liked and recommend this apartment! There was nothing not to like about the accommodation. The weather didn't really cooperate with us, although on one of the days it was warm and nice, on all the other days it rained and was very windy, but that's up to each person's luck.:)

• Sławomir (8/5): Nice stay in Viena - Clean apartment, equipped with most of the stuff that may be needed fort short stay, underground parking place is really big advantage. Close to public transportation.
• Péter (9/5): We enjoyed our time at this accomodation 😊 - It is a very cosy flat, with a great garage solution. The equipment is almost perfect - we only missed the microwave oven. The bathroom is clean - all of the rooms are clean and cool. Easy to reach the downtown or the Prater. Nearby there are a Billa, Bipa, Lidl and Hofer also. We missed a microwave oven, and a handtowel with a hanger from the small toilet room.
• Dan (10/5): We had a great time în Vienna - The apartment is very well equipped, clean, quite large, in a new building, quiet area, private underground parking, elevator, close to the bus station, grocery stores nearby. We felt wonderful! -
• Anna (10/5): Family trip to Vienna - The place is clean and well located. Contact with the owner was easy and they responded quickly. The apartment is located in a calm neighbourhood so it’s pretty quiet at night. It would be amazing to put a coat hanger near the entrance.

• Fabjola (9/5): Superb - The location is close to the public transport and very quite area. The garage was very good and the facilities in the house were all great. On the first arrive, we had issues with the heating and no ac in the house. In a few hours it was somehow fixed.
