• ALESIA (8/5): Близко к Ватикану - Классное расположение. Удобно добираться на электричке от Рома Термини. Рядом также метро. В квартире хороший ремонт, отличная душевая комната. Есть фен, капсульная кофемашина, чайник. Есть кондиционер и телевизор. Посуды кроме стаканчиков для эспрессо нет, поэтому вам нужна своя кружка, если вы хотите пить чай. Также нет утюга. В здании нет лифта! Также на улице достаточно шумно.

• Marcus (10/5): - Sehr nam Vatikan gelegen. Aussicht auf dem Petersdom. Super sauber. Checkin lief problemlos. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe in verschiedenen Preisklassen. Funktional eingerichtet. Das Licht im Flur schaltet sich zu spät an (aber mal ehrlich: kein ernsthaftes Problem)

• Guest (9/5): - Posizione ottima, vista cupola di San Pietro. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi.
• Paloma (9/5): Excelente ubicación y muy acogedor - Tuvieron un problema con el A/C y lo resolvieron de manera magnífica dándome un cuarto superior. El unico inconveniente es que no tiene ascensor. Personal muy amable, localización única. Que no tenía ascensor
• Jorge Bernardo (9/5): Ideal si tu prioridad es visitar el Vaticano - Excelente ubicación, ideal si la prioridad es visitar el Vaticano ya que está muy cerca caminando. Nunca funcionó el aire acondicionado, aún cuando me dijeron que iría el técnico para arreglarlo.

• Doniz (4/5): disappointing - Location was perfect and the cleaning was alright When I entered the room, it smelled like an ashtray from 1cm. Then I tried to air the room, hoping I can heat it up later, but the heating panel simply didn't do anything, the temperature stayed at 18 degrees (I'm still sick since the weekend). Not mentioning that the host was kind until the payment was deducted. After I arrived, he answered 0/3 questions that I sent him, but obviously he had time to send 5 reminders about the 6 EUR tourist tax that I should not forget to leave on the table. If you still decide to book this place despite this all, be prepared with cutleries, glass and plates etc, because the room has a single teaspoon.
• Rafal (6/5): Pleasant - Generally ok for short stay, for longer stay I would choose something more comfortable. Prime Location Poor ventilation, Lack of heating, it's must have in cold season. Lack of AC, it's must have for hot season. Very small bed.
• James (8/5): Wonderful location, super clean, I didn't like the shower at all - Location was amazing. Super clean and modern The shower was too small for comfort.
• Kostiantyn (8/5): Good for Solo Travelers - Great location, nice view from the window, value for money. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Don't expect anything luxury, but it is comfortable and looks exactly like on pictures. There was a pump in the WC which was a bit loud, especially when it started working at night. No fridge in the room. It would be good to have a small one.

• Daniel (9/5): Perfect for a Solo Traveler - The location was awesome, close to a bus stop, walking distance to bars (cafés), restaurants, the Vatican, and with a postcard-perfect view of the Basilica di San Pietro. I was able to walk as far as Trastevere, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona (and beyond) from there. It was clean and had the essentials ready to go when I arrived (including shower gel and coffee pods for the coffee machine). I felt safe and secure there, thanks to multiple security doors. It also generally felt safe in the neighborhood, too. Admittedly, there is a bit of traffic noise that continues into the night and picks up even moreso in the early morning. The room does get hot and stuffy, but the tiny air con unit is only able to get the room to 'room temperature' or slightly above - even with the bathroom closed off to minimize the space. One night I tried running only the aircon unit with the room closed up, but in the morning, I opened the bathroom door and discovered that the air was cooler coming from outside. Ultimately - I found the fan more effective at keeping me cool, with the bathroom door and window open; the fan was like a cool summer breeze, and worked very well. I also didn't like the firm mattress and only one pillow to choose from, but it was okay for 3 nights.

• Briana (9/5): Superb - The location was great, absolutely stunning view of the basillica from the window. It was a small private space perfect for a single traveller and it looked exactly as the photos indicated.
