La habitación está bien pero es muy difícil encontrarlo, se me complicó porque está dentro de un edificio. Igual el muchacho me escribió. La zona da miedo de noche pero si planeas apenas dormir y no salir a cenar para disfrutar unas vacaciones está bien. O sea, viaje de paso para no dormir en un autobús o un tren. Cumple lo básico. Que me tengo que levantar para ir al baño fuera de la habitación y me daba cosa...Igual el baño según entendí lo usaba solo yo...no sé. igual fue para un día, pero si vas a Venecia vas a querer salir...esto es apenas para estar de paso. yo pagué 40 euros así que el precio estaba bien...creo que ahora se están pasando

Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de la hora, cosas que agradecimos un momtón. El chico que nos dio las llaves fue super amable. • Welisarage Rochelle Crishani (10/5): Close, clean space to Venice Mestre. - Just 150m away from Venice Mestre, we absolutely love the property. The rooms were new, very spacious and clean with an equally clean and big private bathroom. Had everything promised including a very clean shared kitchen space. There is a big Spar supermarket and some other smaller supermarkets nearby if one wants to buy prepped meals or ample of restaurants within minutes if wanting to dine out. Highly recommend to stay in the accommodation when you are visiting Venice if wanting to save some money rather than staying in the island as the trip to Venice mestre to Venice St. Lucia via metro is only 10 minutes and trains run every 10 minutes or so. Within 10 minutes you are at grand canal. No complaints

• jose (9/5): Excelente sitio, ubicación y relación calidad-precio. - La relación calidad-precio es excelente, es un sitio ideal para alojarse fuera del núcleo central de Venecia pero muy cercano a la estación de tren, así que muy bien comunicado. Es ideal también para ir al día siguiente al aeropuerto, el autobús sale a 50 metros del alojamiento. Todo muy bien.

Lokalizacja świetna - bardzo blisko dworca, z którego jeżdżą pociągi na Wenecję oraz autobusy na lotnisko. Czysto, cicho. Wielka zaleta jest wspólna dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże co było bardzo wygodne. Polecam bardzo ten nocleg! brak :)

Vi fick checka in redan 5h innan incheckningstiden vilket var väldigt generöst! Otroligt trevligt bemötande. Rekommenderar starkt för de som vill ha en övernattning nära tågstationen. Tar 10min in till Venedig. Lät väldigt högt när man var i köket. Det ekade mycket så man försökte verkligen göra allt väldigt försiktigt. Annars var rummen väldigt bra!

• Thomas (7/5): Modern Clean Room. Conveniently located for Venice Mestre Station. - Modern family room that was clean. Conveniently located to Venice Mestre Station. We were 2x parents & 2x children staying in the Triple Room with Private Bathroom. There were ongoing renovations inside one of the other rooms in the property. The workers started before 08:00, but didn't appear to work passed 10:00. Lots of loud noise meaning no sleeping in. We were also charged Venice Tourist Tax for 4x adults. However 1x of our children is younger than 10 years old, so I believe that they are exempt from this tax. Our other child is between 10-16, so I believe they only need to pay 50% of the adult tax rate (we stated their ages in our original booking).

• Nadiia (9/5): - Розташування біля залізничного вокзалу дуже зручне. Всюди було чисто, все як на фото. На загальній кухні був посуд, чайник, мікрохвильовка. Спілкування з господарями було приємним. Нам дозволили залишити валізи в помешканні, хоч ми приїхали дуже рано. Усе було чудово. Будемо раді повернутись сюди знову.

• Lin (8/5): The room is comfortable, the staff was helpful. Except for the check-in process, it’s a nice place to stay. - Very close to the train station and bus stations. Lots of restaurants nearby. 1. There was no hotel sign on the street to help us locate the place. I had to text the staff and he came outside to get us. Hadn’t seen any “office” at all during our 2-day stay. The guy took us to our room and finished the check in there (took pictures of our passports, gave us the keys, and took the cash for the city fee —- no receipt at all, unlike other hotels we stayed, which was unprofessional to me. 2. The room is newly renovated but the building is under some kind of construction. We were woken up by the noice early in the morning. Since we planned to get up early, it didn’t really matter to us but it might be annoying for those who want to sleep longer. Other than that, the room was clean, there was also a shared kitchen area to use.
