• Ewa (6/5): - Było czysto, była suszarka do włosów i żelazko do prasowania - potrzebowaliśmy tego na konferencję na której byłyśmy z koleżankami. Lokalizacja - teoretycznie blisko stacji metra i miejsca konferencji - Auditorium della Tecnica, ale droga prowadząca do obiektu jest bez chodnika, nie jest tam bezpiecznie przejść pieszo, w nocy nie chodziłyśmy wogole, tylko taksówką.
• Manuel (7/5): Alloggio comodo e confortevole - Ho alloggiato alla Badia del Cavaliere 1 per lavoro (ho frequentato un congresso in zona). Appartamento molto grazioso, confortevole, è dotato di un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli posti su un soppalco. C'è una cucina attrezzata dove potersi preparare qualcosa (ci sono anche il bollitore e la caffettiera e c'è il frigo). Il bagno è ampio e la doccia molto spaziosa. La cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario sono eccellenti, ci ha permesso di fare il check in fuori dall'orario convenzionale ed è venuto a prenderci in macchina alla fermata della metro. La posizione dell'alloggio è comoda alla metro ma il problema è che si trova in un angolo piuttosto isolato, su una strada trafficata non dotata di marciapiede, e occorre attraversare due sottopassaggi per raggiungere la fermata della metro; soprattutto di notte non appare quindi molto sicuro. Altri piccoli problemi che aggiusterei: nel bagno c'era un po' di muffa, non c'è il bidet (c'è un doccino attaccato al water); l'alloggio non è ottimalmente insonorizzato quindi si sentono in parte i rumori negli appartamenti vicini; inoltre si trova vicino ai binari su cui passa la metro per cui si avverte anche quel rumore ad ogni suo passaggio.

É a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata eur Magliano e 15 minuti a piedi dall'auditorium della tecnica, utile se segui un congresso. La padrona di casa è stata disponibile a rilasciarci la fattura Utile la cassetta con codice per lasciare le chiavi Il salotto comunicava con un altro appartamento, nessun problema ma avrei voluto essere avvisato. La strada per l'auditorium ha un piccolo tratto in cui devi camminare a piedi senza marciapiede, un po pericoloso. Investirei su dei piccoli lavoretti utili per il doccino e in un phon nuovo

(La Badia del Cavaliere 2) Original location was difficult to reach without a walking path and you have to walk along a busy road with cars lining side of street.

La casa all’interno inoltre è molto bella e pulita, addirittura è pr - Struttura accogliente, con tutto il necessario ed anche di più. Posizione eccellente rispetto alla metro, perché si trova davvero a 5 min a piedi. Unica pecca è il raggiungimento della struttura, soprattutto durante le notte, in quanto bisogna camminare su una strada senza marciapiedi ove passano e ripassano macchine ad alta velocità.

• Stefano (9/5): - Appartamento molto carino, ben attrezzato. La host è una persona squisita, estremamente gentile e disponibile!! Non consigliatissimo per chi ha il sonno leggero, a causa della vicinanza dei treni.

• Olivia (10/5): - After facing some personal issues, the host, Mario, was absolutely fantastic helping out. The facilities suited our needs very well for the week.
• Olivier (10/5): The hosts, Greta and Mario were excellent! Everything was top notch! Would recommend! - The hosts, Greta and Mario were excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure I am okay and comfortable. Their communication was amazing even late at night. I made use of their airport shuttle and Mario was so kind and carried my bags. He sent very good and clear instructions which was easy to follow. I felt safe with them. The room was super clean and I loved my stay. The room had everything I needed and there are even coffee pods available to use to make a nice coffee when you arrive. I will recommend any accommodation run by Mario and Greta!
• Peter (9/5): Superb - The room is absolutely beautiful, clean, and equipped with all you need. The location is perfect for meetings at Auditorium della Tecnica (5min by car) although not easy to find (in particular at night), so best arrange to meet in front of "Admiral" (you cannot oversee this). Due to my plane schedule I arrived around midnight, which was charged 24€ extra.

• Carolyn (9/5): Perfect for our couple of nights in Rome to see the Ryder Cup. Such a lovely host and very comfortable room. - Once at the accommodation it had everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The host has so friendly and helpful and the food provided for breakfast was very generous - in fact more than we could eat and we had some for lunch too. The room is lovely and clean and the bed super comfortable. Full cooking facilities if you wanted to cook dinners. Walking distance from the Metro. The only downside to this accommodation is the walk from the metro which is very hairy with no footpaths for most of it. No fault of the property or the owner but something to consider depending on your circumstances.

• Martin (6/5): Good choice for modest people. The apartment would be better choice. - Mario is very nice and helpful host, also nicely communicating in advance, incl. early check-in. The room was clean and offered almost all what needed for couple of days. Good price and suitable location for access to metro and city center. Good internet connection (comparing to initially mentioned "No internet" - nice surprise). First impression from the location, between highway and railway. And complementary breakfest here was something different that we usually expect. Used photos are from the apartment but we ordered just room for 4. Not enough space for drying of umbrellas and wet clothes in the rainy days. Shared area (kitchen) - hard to imagine to use it more together with people from the apartment (good luck they did not use that at all). Minor issue - no slippers available (but who cares?).
• Alain (5/5): Passable for one night stay - I liked the host and their support , they were nice and kind and willing to do their best. Mario and Gretta were really accommodating . The Description in booking is not accurate as the Room is in a shared renovated house , where the house has 2 big rooms ( each one with its own bathroom) and a common room with kitchen for the two rooms - The room is on the Ground Level - The Road to reach the house is risky and has civil works and there is no pedestrian walk . it will require 10 minutes walk from the Metro Station to the house . You cannot guaranty peaceful sleep if you land on noisy guests sleeping in the other room specially it is a Triple room ).
