• Sarah (8/5): Easy to find, cosy apartment. Great for short stay/somewhere to rest your head - Very cosy/comfy stay. Stay for attending concert at Tottenham and was perfect location. House out the way and behind added security door. Very helpful host. the bath looks like it could use a good scrub and oven instructions would be helpful. But nothing that affected our stay.

Clean and quiet Very thin curtain in bedroom where people can see though the window in eye- level so had to get dressed in the dark so that no one could see me and no blinds in the bathroom window so felt awkward. Other than that apartment was perfect

Woodgreen has large Vue cinema, lots shops, restaurants, take aways nearby. More pillows on bed would been better. No normal TV.

• Bernáth (7/5): Jó helyen egy olcsó szállás. A név megtévesztő :) - A szállás közelében a szolgáltatások nagyon könnyen elérhetőek. A közelben van egy nagy bevásárlóközpont, üzletekkel (TKMxx, Primark, SportDirects, Lidl, stb), rengeteg étterem és a metró is kb 300 méterre van, a buszmegálló szinte egyből a szállásnál. A lakás felszereltsége kiemelkedő és hosszabb tartózkodásra is alkalmas (hűtő, mosógép, mikró, vízforraló, elektromos sütő). A szállás megtalálása nem egyszerű, mert egy elzárt udvarban található és utána a lakásba jutás is kicsit nehézkes (a kapukód beírása nehézkes, mert nincs világítás, nincs a lakásnak számozása igazából csak a kulcsdoboz miatt gondoltuk, hogy jó helyen vagyunk.). A lakás bejáratához vezető lépcső mellett a korlát ki van szakadva a falból és balesetveszélyes és nagyon meredek szűk a lépcső. A lakás inkább 3 főnek megfelelő, mint 4-nek, az ágynemű és a törölközők száma is csak 3 db volt pedig 4 főre foglaltuk a szállást. A nappali ajtajának a kilincse nem volt rögzítve és leesett.

• Petra (9/5): - It was nice apartment,clean, big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids,good communicatipn with the owner, near to the underground station. Grocery shop veru close to the apartment. There were windows oriented to the main street with traffic,so if was quite noisy especially during the summer,when your want to sleep with opened windows.
• Urban (8/5): Dobro opremljeno stanovanje na dobri lokaciji za primerno ceno - Pripravna lokacija za obisk Londona, blizu je postaja podzemne in avtobusna postaja. Stanovanje ima vso opremo za pripravo hrane in je dovolj prostorno za počitek. Oprema je nekoliko starejša. Ograja pri stopnicah pri vhodu je razmajana. V stenah so razpoke in manjše luknje. Pokrov in sedež WC školjke je bil slabo pritrjen, kar bi lahko bilo nevarno za starejše osebe. Dostop je nekoliko neroden zaradi skritega vhoda in strmih stopnic. Okolica stanovanja je zanemarjena, okoli so smeti in odpadna oprema.

• Benedicta (8/5): Great hosts and flat it did the job - but the entrance external environment let it down. - The location was on the high street walking distance to where we needed to get to, the station and also many food shops which gave us a large variety to chose from. The flat itself, cleanliness facilities is very okay and fit for purpose. The hosts were also great! Very responsive and accommodating to our needs I wouldn't fault them at all! The entrance to this property really let's it down, going through a small dark alley climbing up narrow stairs and crossing/walking on top of a roof to get into the property was not great at best but in my opinion possibly not safe. The immediate neighbours also were playing Loud music all evening/night on our first night that we stayed - Thankfully it was only for one day Additionally you could hear constant footsteps from the flat above and the people inside who seemd not to sleep during the night. Once again I will reiterate that the inside of the flat and the hosts were great there are just a few external things (which you may argue the hosts can't do much about) that let it down. It's about a 30 minute walk away although the walk up from Alexandra Palace station is not for the faint hearted! The flat was well equipped for a 2 night stay with lots of places to eat in the vicinity and an easy 10 minute walk in either direction to a tube station. We were given really clear instructions on how to get in the flat. It was spotlessly clean and felt really secure Nothing particularly. It was exactly what we expected

• Gregor (8/5): Would recommend - The communication with the owner was excellent, replies on inquries were prompt no matter what time of day. Everything inside the apartement was as described, functional but not luxurious of course. We liked the location of the apartment, but it IS in a lively area so expect some noise during the day and morning. We did not mind that at all. Many many good streetfood places all around the area which is really excellent to get a quick breakfast or dinner. Alexandra Park right around the corner as well as well as the tube and Bus station. The neighbour turned on music on the weekend once (we stayed for 12 days), but it was quiet otherwise. Nothing wrong with a guy partying every now and then, but be aware that it could happen if you stay over the weekend.

• Shantel (3/5): Would not recommend or stay here again. - The host was very nice The location of this property was not ideal. We had to open the windows to get any airflow and the street noise and smells from cigarette smoke and restaurants were unbearable. We did not feel safe leaving the windows open at night in the bathroom or bedroom area either. We ended up only staying one of our three nights and went elsewhere (losing our other two nights we paid for property). I read all the reviews prior to staying there but none mentioned these issues. When you arrive you have to go down a side street, through a gate and then up a very narrow staircase. The terrace mentioned is also not somewhere I would actually even sit on. There are other tenants that have apartments above and they had their door open all night.

• Angelique (8/5): Very good - It's my second booking. The flat is very clean. And this time the stairs just got painted. I like that there is coffee tea sugar salt which are obvious basics but doesn't seem to be the case for other places I've been to. It's a busy area. But the bedroom is relatively away from the street noise. The bed is comfortable. There was a lot of shampoo and conditioner bottles but no shower gel which was a bit inconvenient for people travelling by plane. There was no bed light and night stand. I had to take the lamp in the living room to the bed room.

• Ellie (8/5): Wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Wood Green, North London. - The apartment is really spacious and a gem in the heart of the town, accessible to lots of shops. Loved the separate bedroom, kitchen and living room - home from home. It also has all the facilities, such as wifi and a hot shower. Enjoyed the little extras such as tea and coffee, including coffee machine. A hairdryer also available. The host is very accommodating and communicative, thank you!
• Maria (10/5): Alright. - Very very gorgeous place. Facilities were nice too. I didn’t really like the stairs to gain access to the flat. It was scary. There were like two steps that were broken and every single time we went past them, we said a little prayer (I was also wearing heels, so I was petrified). Also, we couldn’t work Netflix and every single time we tried to contact the team, we were met with confusion, so we just decided to leave it. Ngl, the bed was super hard too. But honestly, I’m nitpicking at this point. Overall, it was alright.

Entrance was via a gated alley. We next had to open another entrance which was not well maintained and the bottom step was about to give way but once inside felt very safe. Unfortunately you can hear the people in the flat above.

• Pamy (9/5): Huge and cozy - -Close to the tube (7min walk), nice and quiet area, close to the shopping mall and various other stores -The place was huge, cozy and clean -A lot of supplies (coffee pods, instant coffee, tea, toilet paper, kitchen towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc.) -Host very friendly and responsive -Huge bathroom -Easy check in, clear instructions -We didn't realize the gate code was wrong, when we came back at night we were unable to get in, however, a neighbor helped us and the host helped clear it out the next day -Highly recommend the place and the host -The stairs were in poor condition and looked shady -Night stands would've been helpful -Fridge was very loud and the freezer was leaking

The access ( via a backyard ) to the apartment is a little bid tricky to find ( especially at night ) as it is not directly on the main street. I would recommend to plan arriving during the day ( and then you are used to it )
