- Maxazman (10/5): Convenient Stay within the city - The unit was clean. Located at level 20 facing the city. The unit was nicely decorated. They have all the basic utensils for cooking, washing machine, etc. The water pressures is good. Nice comfy bed. Nearby shopping mall. Near to cafes, restaurants. There is one name LEPAK just infront of Suasana. I recommend this place.
- Silas (10/5): Nice cosy environment - Always like Suasana for its location and fuss free collection of keys. Turns out to be our 2nd time in this unit. I like this unit because it uses the electronic key card instead of manual key. The unit is also on the higher floor and further away from the lift lobby. They have a nice tv box too with nice app, compared to some where they only have netflix and you have to enter your own account to use it. There are no dislikes. There are some paint off the walls but that generally do not affect the overall staying experience. Raised an issue about the kitchen tap when we left. Hope they can fix it for future users.

- Shi Hui (5/5): Place was ok, good location - Location was good. Very very spacious for 2 people. Simple checkin and checkout. Toilet was dirty. Bidet spray beside the toilet was leaking, so toilet floor was wet when check in. Sink drain cover was stuck so water could not drain. Bed was too soft but this is personal preference. Overall place didn't feel very clean, possibly previous occupant left it that way.

- Charlotte (10/5): Clean comfortable stay, handy location, easy check in! - Spacious, clean, modern with all the amenities I needed for a couple of nights. Washing machine yay! Dry cycle doesn’t work and there wasn’t anything to hang clothes on to dry. Just went to local laundrette with wet washing instead.
- Bianca (8/5): - Very good location - very central to everything. Short walk to JB City Square and JB Sentral. Staff helpful in helping us locate a few places we needed to go. Apartment was very spacious, bathroom was clean. Apartment had an area near the entrance that was completely bare. There could have been an extra sofa for sitting seeing as the sofa bed had already been set up for sleeping.

- Dinima (10/5): - Clean,Comfy Room Recommended for Healing,Rest n Relaxs. Food is never a problem.. Spoilt for choices with nearby restaurants. So far all good 👍 Maybe..a bit bigger TV..hehehe

- Islinda (3/5): Wifi was not working - The listing title promised Wifi, but the Wifi was not working at all. I asked the host and they said the internet was down. Did not update me when it would be fixed. I basically had zero wifi for the stay, and the TV wasn't working as well since it needed wifi. I had to buy roaming data and it was so expensive.

When I provide my feedback , that's where the customer service highlighted the property that already listed this water heater issue in description which I may missed out. So lesson , never get entice with low price..... Always check the description.
- Silas (9/5): Convenient, pleasant, fuss-free - Location is the top priority as it was very near to CIQ. Place was well kept and sufficient pillows were provided (spare kept in storage in the room). Although I have stayed in this residence before (but in another apartment), I did not realised the music from the shop downstairs were so loud and it lasted past midnight. We stayed on a Friday night.
