• Margarita (9/5): Октябрь 2025 года - Хорошее месторасположение. Близко к центру, пешком 15 минут до основных достопримечательностей. Сервис - молодцы. Отвечают и решают проблемы быстро. Благодаря видео инструкции легко справились с электронным замком. Квартира полностью соответствует фото и описанию. По утрам немного было слышно шум. И из минусов - матрас на диване немного продавлен, но спать можно.

• Laura (9/5): - El personal del alojamiento es muy atento. Es un apartamento situado a escasos 10 minutos de la Piazza del Duomo y de Navigli, muy bien conectado en metro con todos los principales lugares. Tiene muchos amenities: jabón y crema corporal, aceite y sal, muchas cápsulas de café, toallas de sobra, zapatos de hotel… Tiene una cafetera muy buena hasta con espumador de leche, el pequeño balcón es muy agradable y también la amplia cocina. El apartamento necesita más lámparas y lamparitas, puesto que en el sofá cama si quieres leer tranquilamente la luz no funciona practicamente. Los cojines son muy duros y no resultan cómodos. No hay microondas, y estaria genial. Tampoco tazas para hacer desayunos. Faltaria papel de cocina también. El sistema de cerradura nos dejó de funcionar y tuvimos que usar el código, aunque atendieron el inconveniente no consiguieron solventarlos.

• Aksel (9/5): Clean great location - Very clean, comfortable, very easy to use apartment The main bed is on a low sealing part of the room where you have to go up a stairs so for a 50 yr old 190 meter tall guy it wasn't easy so I slept on the sofa bed. Also there are no hangers for towels in bathroom.

The duvets were filthy, and no covers were placed on them—just a sheet. Other than that, the bathroom and sink were clean. It was a nice touch to have an extra single-use sponge. There were plenty of napkins and toilet paper available. The availability of multiple trash bins was thoughtful, considering quick disposal. However, we were constantly harassed via messages about check-in and check-out. They insisted that check-in couldn’t be before 3 PM and tried to have us check out earlier than 11 AM. • Polina (9/5): Superb - Although the apartment is located in the center of the city, all the windows look out onto the courtyard and it is really peaceful during the night. Citylife does not disturb the sleep. The lock system is also very convenient, you can open all the doors with the mobile phone There is no dishwasher in the apartment
