• JayKat (7/5): Suitable choice for your vacation at Rome - - Accommodation: Fully equipped apartment exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but up to 5 beds, making it very suitable for families or groups of friends. Household items and kitchen supplies were also well provided for daily use during the trip. - Location: The apartment is conveniently located near restaurants and bus stops (around 2 mins walk). A supermarket is also located right next to the building. - Host: Friendly The only issue I experienced was that I could not enter the building following the self check-in instructions. I was only able to get inside because someone happened to open the door while leaving the building.

• Loide (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious, with extremely comfortable areas. There were six of us, and we had beds for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine and all the necessary utensils. The location is perfect for visiting tourist areas, with public transport right outside and within a short distance. There is a mini-market at the door, as well as a pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants nearby. I had some issues making my reservation, and the hosts were tireless in helping me. They answered all my questions at any time, giving attention and solutions. I was absolutely delighted and very happy with my stay.
• Haithem (10/5): Logement confortable, bien situé et très pratique au quotidien. - L’établissement est une excellente option pour un séjour à Rome. L’appartement est particulièrement spacieux et confortable, ce qui le rend idéal aussi bien pour un court séjour que pour des vacances plus longues. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, avec suffisamment d’espace pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Un autre point très appréciable est la présence d’un supermarché juste en bas de l’immeuble, extrêmement pratique pour les courses du quotidien. De plus, la proximité du métro Cornelia facilite grandement les déplacements dans la ville et permet de rejoindre rapidement les principaux sites touristiques. Rien

• Ian (9/5): - Size of apartment, location to tube station making it easy to travel around the city. Not much really. Maybe its a little dated or retro depending on your point of view , but dont let that put u off..
• Skałka (5/5): - Dobre połączenie komunikacji do centrum Rzymu, mieszkanie duże, balkon. Mieszkanie stare i zaniedbane. Wiele rzeczy było zepsutych. Drzwi od jednej z łazienek się nie zamykały. Do tego kaloryfer był cały zardzewiały. W drugiej przeciekała rura od prysznica. Roleta na balkonie się nie otwierała, udało nam się ją podnieść tylko do połowy. Dodatkowo nie było zbyt czysto. Mieszkanie również znajduje się przy głównej ulicy i chyba niedaleko szpitala, więc przez cały dzień jak również w nocy jest bardzo głośno i ciągle jeżdżą karetki na sygnale. Mieliśmy też problem z wchodzeniem do apartamentu, ponieważ ciągle zacinała się aplikacja otwierająca drzwi, był błąd kodu albo klamka nie chciała się otworzyć.

• Din (8/5): Overall, place is good and I would stay here with my family again. Close to Metro and bus stop. - They have sent me clear instructions on “how to” for an easy check in. They even send me a link to open the door remotely. In 1 room A/C is not working, but we have a fan.

• Kevin (1/5): Filthy overpriced apartment. - Nothing The apartment was very dirty and very tired. Showers leaked out onto floor and screendooris off tracks, shower in main bathroom is taped to the wall and the head is broken and the shower curtain is a health hazard. The kettle leaks when turned on, freezer section of the fridge is totally iced up. Walls are filthy with marks everywhere, curtains stained and mouldy. The worst apartment we have stayed in during our 9 weeks travelling in Europe.

• Mohan (9/5): you get what is promised, the location is very nice and the apartment is very spacious - the host provided very detailed information about the process and it was very easy to follow. it's just a comment, people who stay here should be ready to go and buy some basic amenities for the stay as the house only has a bare minimum. luckily there is a store right bellow the house.

• Alexandra (5/5): Besides the cleanliness issues(biggest minus for me was the bedding not looking clean),we enjoyed it - I loved that it has 2 bathroom, it was a requirement when choosing the location. It has enough options for sleeping. I loved the matrace (about medium level of hardness) and pillows in the bedroom that has the private bathroom. They were very comfortable also in the livingroom (I would say soft hardness level for that matrace). For longer stays/if needed, you have in the flat a washing machine for up to 8kg, and even detergent for it (as shown in the picture I added). You also have a dish washer (just consider you need to buy your own detergent for it). You will find in the flat also 2 hair dryers, an iron, a vaccum cleaner if you want, and all you need in the kitchen (including detergent for washing the dishes by hand). I loved that it's close to multiple bus stops and to the metro line a. It is also very close to a bus stop of the Sit Bus Shuttle, which gets you to directly to Fiumicino. Depending on trafic, it can be only about 25 minutes to get from the airport to the flat. You have closeby several shops, supermarkets, restaurant and a bakery. From a 1st glimpse the flat looks very well. And it fits very well 6 or 7 people. Though once you look at the details (pictures added), it shows it definitely needs some works and cleaning is clearly not its top point. In the bathroom from the bedroom in the back there is water leaking from somewhere. When we came home from a day of visiting, therw was water close to the sink. And then some water also close to the door, so just be careful to visually check the floor, not to slip on it. Probably because of these leackages the wall in this bedroom with private bathroom is a bit destroyed on the lower side (see pictures). No mold yet, but maybe the wall is cleaned with special substances. Some of the towels were a bit stained. The bedsheet had some small hairs of it in this back bedroom, and looked dirty. We added towels on the bed to sleep on them, as they seemed slightly cleaner. If the bedding and towels were spotless, I would have definitely given a higher rating to the flat. The courtins and chairs in the livingroom are quite dirty (see pictures).
• Henggang (10/5): very pleasant stay, feels like home. - The place is clean, fully equipped, good location, local good restaurants nearby, SIT airport shuttle bus within walking distance! More importantly the owner/manager let me drop off my backpacks before the check in time, was very nice!
• Edna (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the location, the building and apartment entrance system and the amplitude of the apartment. It accommodated our family of 5 wonderfully. The staff were available for questions and to resolve an issue with one of the shower heads in the hallway washroom. The apartment has great light and ventilation. I think even in the summer season this would be a comfortable place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa beds. The kitchen has everything you need for a good family vacation in Rome. Great local breakfast bakery and small grocery store within steps from the main entrance. The metro system is a short 5 to 10 min walk depending on your walking speed. But there are bus stops within a short walk too. It can be a bit loud at night since it is a busy street. Otherwise it's a calmed location.

• Jd2024 (9/5): Great for families on a budget - Large secure apartment with lots of space and solid doors throughout which reduced noise and added privacy. Great location for a family on a budget with clothes washer, free parking nearby, nice market next door, and easy access to bus connections to the whole city. Only issue was with hot water in one of the bathrooms.

Plenty of room / space in the flat. No issues to find and access the property. Not enough glasses and dishes for 5 persons. Not enough chairs for 5 persons. Bath and showers leaking water on the ground and in the walls. Dirty marks on the walls. Visible moisture on room wall. No human contact, nobody present on site, might be a robot?

• Nadia (10/5): Good location, clean and comfortable apartment - Very good location, 2 metro stations in 3 minutes walk, big supermarket coop in 3 minutes walk, plenty good and not expensive restaurants, nice bar where you can take a good coffee and sandwiches just in the building and also a small supermarket. 25 minutes walk to the Vatican. Straight metro line to go to all the sightseeing. Clean apartment, need some work in bathrooms but everything works well. The person who manages apartment answers very quickly on messages and very helpful.
• James (5/5): Agent great, hosts appallingly bad. - The agent who managed the property was great! He compensated for the lack of local knowledge of the hosts, who had obviously never been to the property. In particular he helped me find a free parking space just across the road from the property, whereas the hosts had repeatedly given me inaccurate and misleading information re parking, which might have resulted in me getting a fine or worse. He worked out how to get the AC to turn off, which had been a problem and showed me how to use the remote which was so old that the writing had completely worn off! Altogether he saved us from a disastrous experience, which the hosts would have allowed to happen. It was in poor overall condition. Much was worn out or poorly constructed. The hosts misled us about local parking regulations. The entry system was crazily planned so that we very nearly got permanently locked out, it was only thanks to the kindness of a local Bangladeshi pizzeria owner that we were able to recharge my phone and regain entry to the property that we had paid in advance for. An entry system that relies totally on ones phone and the internet, rather than physical door keys is inherently prone to failure. When we needed help from the hosts they took so long to reply to messages that they were of no help at all. If it had not been for the excellent agent it would have been total disaster. When I challenged the hosts on their misleading parking advice, instead of apologising and attempting to make amends they showed no remorse, simply parroting the information which I had discovered for myself as though they were helping me. Unbelievable hypocrisy! The AC in one bedroom never worked properly. The lift was very old and rickety, I only used it when I absolutely had to for fear of getting stranded inside the overheated box. Oh yes, it was described as St Peters view, if that was an accurate description then every single hotel in Rio Di Janeiro could be described as Corcovado View!

• Gary (8/5): A wonderful stay with an excellent view of the Dome of St. Peter’s Basilica - Good location with an excellent view from the balcony overseeing the Dome of St. Peters Basilica. it was easy checking in and out of the apartment. Proximity to 2 metro stops and a bus stop. Hosts were very kind to allow us to keep our bags within the apartment before check in time of 15:00 hrs. Only feedback will be for the flush tank in the main bathroom. This would leak during refilling and create a small puddle in the bathroom area. Apart from this our entire stay was very pleasant.

• Miyoung (6/5): Accommodation not recommended - location close to the airport We stayed 5 nights here. I deliberately looked for a lodging with a kitchen, and I chose this lodging because it had a kitchen. However, there was no dishwasher detergent and washing machine detergent. I asked the owner where the dishwasher detergent was, but the owner did not answer. There was no extra toilet paper, so I had to buy it. There were no kitchen towels in the kitchen. Also, the house was not soundproofed, and I could hear the sound of the next door from the living room very well, and I could hear it until midnight. The most dangerous thing was that a wooden panel fell from the ceiling of the room and nearly injured my colleague.
• Dominika (8/5): Very good - Large and spacious apartment with a beautiful view. There are bus stops, the metro, the Vatican and the world's best coffee shop - Mató Street Food - Piazza Irnerio, just under the block. I recommend! Heating worked very slowly.

I could say great location, taking into consideration that 2 metro stations are very close (300 m), a bus station for the bus to the airport Fiumicino also very close. Several good restaurants near the appartament! The appartament would need some updates, but then, the price would be for sure higher.
