• Marin Markić (9/5): - Very good apartment, ultra clean, especially since we went with children. Kid friendly, lot of space and well equipped. Even couch is fine for two person and beds are very conformable. Easy to park and easy to enter building, garage and easy check in. Bus 11A is near and after 3-4 stops you can reach U4 metro and continue journey to center with single ticket. Bus also takes you near prater so you can make full circle. Windows are good since there is construction nearby and you cannot hear anything in apartment. Awesome coffee with great food in street, and there are tabak and bila shop near. No problems, everything was good. Suggestion to improve would be window blinds or shutters, since there where only curtains and at around 6 AM there is plenty of sunlight that woke up kids super early, but no big deal.

• DAS Farm Solutions SRL (7/5): - Cartierul linistit ,a fost relativ aproape de metrou si statia de autobuz, billa la doar 5 min. Patul era descentrat,efectiv scârția din toate incheieturile! Lenjeria pentru canapeaua din living era pătată de sânge sau vopsea rosie! Nu am gasit capsule pentru cafea , am cumaparat si am lasat câteva si pentru urmatori turisti. 😀

• Micescu (9/5): Modern apartment with excellent secure parking - ​The overall experience was quite good for our 2-night stay. The apartment is located in a new building, which felt very modern and safe. The biggest advantage was the secure underground parking, which is a huge plus in Vienna and gave us great peace of mind. ​The only minor issue was a stale/musty smell inside the apartment when we first arrived. A bit more ventilation right before check-in would have made the first impression perfect.

• Danijela (10/5): - We had a wonderful time in Vienna. Accommodation was as presented on the pictures - Basic, but it had everything we needed and it was clean, which we prefer over unnecessary amenities and details. Garage within the building was a huge bonus for us as finding parking in Vienna may be quite challenging and expensive. Property location is fine, close to the U4 metro line which takes you to the city centre. Using public transportation in the city is a must since it’s exceptionally organised and will take you anywhere you’d like. Communication with property owners was excellent and response is immediate in case you need anything or just a piece of advice to get around the city.

• Justyna (9/5): - Ładny, czysty obiekt, świetny dostęp do parkingu w budynku co było znacznym ułatwieniem, mieszkanie zapewnia wszystko na krótki pobyt, bliski dostęp do przystanku autobusowego, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem Poduszki bardzo wielkie i miękkie, nie da się na tym spać.

• Irene (8/5): Good place to extended stay if travelling by car. - Apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. Convenient parking underground and the location relatively close to the centre. Well maintained building, quiet neighborhood. Hosts well communicated with us, very polite and responsive. A bit thin on dishes and cutlery.

Clean and warm apartment with dishwasher.The couch was big enough for our two children. all in all is a great choice There are a few things missing like more kitchen equipment, some more glasses since two of them where broken, a couple of chairs in the balcony, a little More decoration

• Adonis (10/5): The most suitable apartment! - I liked everything. The apartment is very nice. Clean, neat. Close to the bus station, close to cafes , Lidl/Hoffer,Spar. Actually everything is at hand. Very very warm. Large balcony. Very comfortable bed. Nothing here.

• Kolevski (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and always is warm inside in winter, and it's new. The place is quietly to rest and sleep The apartment have own parking spot in garage ,but it's little difficult to park when there's a car next to you. I didn't like the bathroom because to go to shower you must go to bedroom and if you are 4 people and not a family is little disturbing. The apartment have one bedroom and one sofa bed and is not good for stay for 4 people. There aren't enough utensils in the kitchen like forks, knives, spoons and after every eat you must wash them but didn't have dishwashing sponge and you must buy. There is no trash can in the toilet😡

• Magdalena (7/5): Good enough. - The apartment is in a new building, and looks to be newly furnished. Having a parking place in the garage is a big bonus. Bus stop is about 3 minutes walking distance. 2 stores at about 10min walking distance. Public transportation to the city center is frequent (every 5-10 minutes), it takes about 25 min to Stephansplatz. The host provided coffee, shampoo and soap, which was really nice. Kitchen equipped with a toaster, microwave and coffeemaker. The place was booked for 3 people, and upon arrival, the couch hadn't been made for sleeping. Perhaps it's too much to expect, but it would have been a nice gesture, especially when the arrival was announced to be late at night. The bed sheets in the bedroom had a dark spot, as if something previously dragged on the floor had been placed on them. Very limited selection of glasses and cutlery. No recycling bins or instructions. The toilet room could use a mirror and additional hand soap. No A/C, and the fan was broken - it seems to have been like that for a while.
• Kaja (6/5): Vienna is wonderful, but the apartment not so much. - Clean bathroom and confortable bed. Garage There are almost no dishes in the kitchen, the cutlery is missing, there were a few spoons, knives two forks in the drawer. It was very hot in the apartment, there is no air conditioning, and the fan was broken. The apartment is too expensive.
