Deborah (1/5): - The place smelled of fish. It was dirty. No internet. Disgusting place. Should not be rented out.
Patricia (8/5): Our stay here was perfect for what we wanted - We have stayed before and once again we're happy with the accomodation. Close to cafes, supermarket and transport. We could see some changes - an iron and ironing board and new flooring in the lounge which were both appreciated. The pillows could be updated.
Nicole (3/5): Tidy unit, although dirty - Location It wasn’t clean, bedding not changed, after it was cleaned the ‘clean cups’ in cupboard were dirty. Hair dryer didn’t work. Carpets stained & very dirty, lounge & chairs stained and very dirty looking. Called at 3.30pm on arrival the unit was dirty and not cleaned, was cleaned by 5pm. Had travelled all day interstate, I was very tired it was very disappointing to find the unit not clean.

Narelle (5/5): Location was good, beds quite comfortable but could have been much better equipped. - Very difficult. Photo misleading...down to guesswork and luck. Dirty underclothes left in one room. Main saucepan was dirty and unusable, and despite contacting owner there was nothing done about this. One bedroom only sliding doors, wardrobes stuffed with mattresses. Lounge chairs the most unusable I have seen.

Maureen (7/5): Good - the place, the location The lack of communication on how to get in was very disappointing. Arrived with no details of how to get in. A long time taken to be able to contact some-one. Even then, not easy to find the place where the key was located. Also the number on the door needs to be clearer/bigger.

Patricia (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay in Bowden. We were able to message and speak promptly to the property manager. We would reco - Bowden is a growth area with nearby cafes, IGA, and ease of access to the tram and train. The property was spacious and comfortable, we felt secure and it was quiet at night. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, but we would suggest an iron could be added.
