The location was great, with shops, bars and cafes nearby. A short walk to the canal. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Innenstadt schnell mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Leider ist das ein oder andere in der Wohnung nicht so ganz sauber bzw. könnte mal erneuert werden (Couch mit Flecken, nicht so saubere Decken im WZ und Lodgia, dreckige Lappen und Geschirr). Leider kann man abends bzw. nachts die Fenster nicht öffnen, da der Verkehr und das angrenzende Lokal doch sehr laut sind.
