• Barbara (5/5): We had a wonderful with our family, but it could have been significantly better. - The location was ideal. The pool was great once it was heated. The game room was great. There were no bath towels in any bathroom, hand and dish towels in the kitchen. I informed the property manager of the issue and it took almost 5 hours before the situation was addressed. This was a huge issue because check-in was at 4 o’clock, and my grandchildren were ready to get a bath and prepare for bed , but unable to do so. The towels that were brought were new from Walmart and had not been washed prior to bringing them to the property. Too, there were only three large trash bags for garbage and one small dish dishwashing liquid for the sink area. The stay was during Thanksgiving when items were needed to prepare for Thanksgiving meal, because of the minimum number of supplies provided we had to go to the grocery store to re-supply the VRBO. The movie room projector was unable to use since the bulb had to be replaced. The screen clearly indicated the bulb needed replacement. The pool was not heated when we arrived at 4pm. The property manager said he’d just turned on the heater and it would take a few hours to warm it. There are only 8 flatware settings provided and no kitchen scissors.

The property is beautiful just needs a few updates to make i - Beautiful property, it was perfect for a family vacation Water pressure could have been better. . Bolts was missing in at least 2 of the bathroom toilet. Would have been nice if the pool and jacuzzi were heated. Worst part of the stay were the mattresses. Very uncomfortable , master bedroom mattress has a huge sink in the middle.

• Raphael (10/5): Absolute Family Paradise - Fun, Luxury, and Outstanding Hospitality! - Our family stay at this spectacular oasis was nothing short of magical! From the moment we stepped into this expansive and beautifully updated home, we knew we were in for a treat. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create the ultimate family vacation experience. The kids were ecstatic with the themed bedrooms! The Frozen wonderland was truly enchanting, the Minions room with its own slide was a constant source of laughter, and the out-of-this-world space room with custom sleeping pods was an absolute highlight – our little astronauts are still talking about it! With 8 large bedrooms there was more than enough space for our entire family to spread out comfortably and have their own private retreats. The entertainment options are simply unparalleled. The private movie theater provided an incredible family movie night, while the space-themed arcade, complete with professional games, and the dedicated gaming center kept everyone entertained for hours. We made fantastic use of the stunning pool and spa – it was the perfect place to relax after action-packed days. At the outdoor entertaining area we made use of the complimentary grill for an unforgettable family barbecue in beautiful Florida weather. Adding to the perfection of the property, the host was incredibly attentive, and their service and hospitality were truly excellent. They made our stay completely seamless and even more enjoyable, ensuring every need was met with warmth and efficiency. Beyond the incredible amenities within the home itself, the location is unbeatable. Being so close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and other major theme parks made excursions incredibly convenient. We also loved having easy access to a wide array of great restaurants, shopping, and other family-friendly activities. This rental isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience. It provided the perfect blend of fun, luxury, and comfort for our family. We are already planning our return trip!
• Cherica (9/5): Superb - Spacious rooms. Plenty of room for a large family. Amazing kitchen with enormous island and 2 refrigerators. Game room is amazing with games for everyone. Movie theater room was large with very plush chairs. Themed rooms for boys and girls. Master suite off the pool. Tvs in every bed/room. Wifi was spotty

• Tiffany (9/5): We loved the house and all the amenities! We would definitely stay again. - The property is great and a wonderful cozy place for our family trip. Our only feedback would be that the air flow was very low. It was very warm in the rooms especially the theater. Even a ceiling fan would help with circulation.
• Cody (10/5): Perfect - We loved the house so much! Our kids had a blast and loved all the fun rooms and pool. It was close to everything and easy to access. We would stay here again! We didn't get access to the waterpark in the community which was a bummer.
