Le personnel a été très accueillant et investit jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Ils ont su communiquer de façon efficace et avec respect. Je recommence fortement cet établissement ! Le seul bémol est que les murs ne sont pas très bien isolés et que donc on entend un peu les autres résidents. Néanmoins cela n’est pas si dérangeant dans la mesure où tout le monde est respectueux et se tiens au silence dans les heures prévu.

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by other guests who did not respect the accommodation’s rules. They were making a lot of noise after 10 PM and early in the morning — slamming doors, speaking loudly, and sometimes even playing music. It made it difficult to rest and enjoy the place fully. Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but I think guests should be more respectful.

- Merit (8/5): Wonderful short stay - Wonderful location, great price, got everything you need. It was quite hot outside but the room was provided with a fan which helped with cooling down the place. Very peaceful and quiet, no complaints.
- Kate (3/5): - Location. Definitely not a luxury apartment. More of a hostel. No air conditioning so had to open window onto very busy, loud street. Rooms are more rundown then they appear in photos. Rooms and bathroom not as clean or nice as would have liked.

- Bethany (9/5): Lovely hosts, amazing stay! Thank you! - It was clean, stylish, the bed was comfy and the tv pulled out. We also loved the fabulous mirror with lights all around it. Very glamorous. A tea and coffee and making facility would have been the perfect additional touch. Really the area was the only thing that let it down but it was exactly what we knew we were paying for. Location by the tube and amenities was super.

- Lucie (6/5): Poměr cena/výkon dostačují - Celkově velmi útulný pokojík. Bylo tam všechno, co člověk potřebuje. Oceňuji osobní kód ke všem dveřím. Postel byla opravdu pohodlná a ubytování se nacházelo kousek od autobusu i metra. V okolí je navíc spousta podniků, kam zajít na večerní drink a nebo pozdní snídani. Byl zde poměrně velký hluk od ostatních spolubydlících – dění na chodbě podle mě slyší úplně každý. Zároveň spolubydlící také příliš nedbají na čistotu ve společných koupelnách. Povlak na matraci by si zasloužil vyprat. Ubytování je trochu dál od centra (cca 30–45 minut). Výhled do zapadlé uličky se stavbou působil poněkud děsivě. USB zásuvky bohužel nefungovaly. Na druhou stranu je ale poměr cena/výkon celkem v pohodě.

- Juanda (1/5): I wouldn't recommend this place at all, not even to a back packer. - I liked that it was close to public transportation. I used to live in Hackney and thought it would be a good place to stay. I didn't realize upon booking this place that it had shared bathroom and stairs. The room wasn't as described or shown on Booking.com. Upon arriving at the place the smell of urine hit me and I thought what in the world why is there a smell of urine (its close to pubs and I guess lads tend to use the walkway as a toilet as it is in a darkened area) once we entered I was shocked at the shabbiness of the corridor. This place is a lie, it should be listed under Hostel not luxury rooms as the room we got wasn't luxury at all. We didn't even stay once we saw the state of the room, the pillows were dingy and had what looked like dried blood, there wasn't a balcony to sit out on (as in the room description) you could only get out of the bed one way as it was pushed up against the wall. There was some sort of stain on the "table" the place just very small and unpleasant. If you are looking for a hostel this is the place to go. I contacted the owners and explained that I'd recently had knee surgery and wouldn't be able to do the stairs and told them about the state of the place and they still wouldn't refund our money and still refuse to acknowledge that the place was a tip (see pictures) I and my husband were very disappointed with this booking.

Other guests were quiet and considerate but better soundproofing would be welcome, particularly with noise from street. Fridge would be useful for longer stay but was noisy so turned it off.

- James (8/5): If you are in town for a visit I would recommend this place to anyone staying a couple of nights in London 😀 - The property was exactly what was on the tin, two beds and a lovely mirror with a nice tv and other features. Perfect for two people I reckon anymore than that would be a squeeze. I liked the design and everything that came with the room, I had no problem finding the property with the lovely directions I was handed and guide. I would recommend to anyone that is in this area for a cheap and comfortable room. The sheets we had were stained, but I’m sure they have been washed but never got the stains out. The bathroom would be nice if it had hand towels as you couldn’t dry your hands unless you had taken your towel. Other than that the room was spotless. And the bathroom was also clean even being shared most people are respectful.

Es war zwar ein Mini-Lüfter vorhanden, der machte aber Knackgeräusche bei jeder Drehung. Vor dem Zimmer ist die Hauptstraße, daher konnte man auch kein Fenster öffnen. The main entrance was dirty , the entrance hall was dirty .The room was very hot , we had a furn but it wasn't helping much , we opened the windows and the noise from the traffic was a nightmare. Would suggest for them to invest in AC.The banging of doors was a bit too loud.I would also suggest if u have a small kettle for teas or a small microwave, since there is no accesible kitchen for guests and since the rooms are said to be kids friendly, . It would also help to have extra refuse bags in the small bins and extra linen, i.e., pillow cases and bed sheets.

- Tj (8/5): Good value for one night stay! - It was easy to check in and we got what we paid for. Clean and bed was fine. Nice to have a balcony. The room is small but we did not expect anything else.
- Anna (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts very nice and accommodating. Location is convenient to reach and roomd were clean. The hotel is on a very loud street. As it was warm weather, the room small, and there was no aircon, we had to have the windows opened to have some air, but it felt like sleeping on a highway. Maybe the problem could be helped a tiny bit with installing aircon, so you can keep the window closed to minimize sound.
- Heather (6/5): Inexpensive and pragmatic but wouldn’t choose again - Proximity to overground train station, size of room, refrigerator, beds were comfortable. 1. Virtually impossible to find for us and for our uber driver. Even using the post code as suggested, every emap sent us to a location a mile away. Had they not mentioned Sang Bleu Tattoo in the description we would never have found it. 2. Luxury should mean more than one pillow per person. 3. One of the bathroom sinks was very slow draining. 4. The room we stayed in was hot and loud — street noise until 2 am, cars, lorries, emergency vehicles and loud people. The doors in the property are impossible to close without slamming and each one sounds like a gunshot.
- Sandy (9/5): Great spot and clean but noisy neighbours - Easy to find, close to amenities and transportation. Really clean and comfy room. It was exceptionally hot so the fan was a very pleasant surprise. Loved having a fridge to keep my water cold. I upgraded to a balcony but i didn’t use it in the end, but having a wide-open door was fab! I tried my best to be kind to other staying in adjoining rooms, not slamming doors and had headphones in. The others weren’t as thoughtful. Prepare for some noise late into the night and morning. Missed having a kettle and an iron.
- Malwina (6/5): Very good but not during a hot weather - The contact with the hosts was excellent. They provided extra advice on the luggage storage as there was no option of leaving the luggage in the property for a few hours after the check out. The location is good with easy access to the main London's attractions. Also, we tried a local pizzeria which happened to be excellent so a point for that. :) The room and bathrooms were clean. The room was equipped with a small fridge which was a bonus. We stayed at the property diring the very hot days and unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning. I am sure that any other time it would not be a problem, but this time it really was - the temperatures were unbearably hot and we did not dare to leave the main window open at night due to the way it oppened up (from the bottom up) and it being not high from the street level (about 2.5m - the room was on the first floor). There was a small window that we kept open but it did not provide enough air. The room was equiped with a fan but it was not enough at these high temperatures. It would be nice to have an access to a kettle/bottle opener/knife - basic kitchen stuff - it was not there. As the rooms are not cleaned daily it would be nice to have an access to a brush to clean the floor - it was not available.

We had a balcony which was very nice. The property is clean, also the bathrooms even though they are shared. The owner let us check in early, which we also really appreciated after a long early flight. The doors slammed very loudly, waking us up a couple of times. The same with our own door, so I probably also woke up other guests if I accidentally did not close it very slowly. There are only a few hangers to put your clothes, no drawers or closet. It would be great to have some drawers under the bed to put things away, because the room gets messy fast when it's that small.

- Katarzyna (8/5): Modern apartment in great location. - We loved the location, the check in process was easy and host communication wss excellent. Room with balcony was lovely. Tv with various apps. There was also a fridge in the room which was a nice touch. The kettle with tea and coffee facilities is standard nowadays, so it was surprising there wasn't one. The walls are paper thin an you can really hear everything so need to be really respectful of neighbours.

The decor was modern and everything was in a good condition The location is very good for Dalston centre but not too noisy. The owners communicated well with me and responded quickly. The bathroom was also clean and there were 2 available, which was good. A balcony was an unexpected bonus! A kettle would have been great and also the light switch by the bed didn’t work so I had to get out of bed to turn it off. Otherwise, it was all fine.

Not super clean, small bathroom used by other people so not always clean and very wet. You can hear very easily the noise from the street and the people on the other rooms make a lot of noise with the doors.

- Danielle (1/5): Horrible noisy smelly room - The room was clean The room temperature was set at 25°C, which made it too hot to sleep. We had to open the window, but outside it was much cooler, and unfortunately, the window faced a noisy street with heavy traffic. None of our family was able to sleep. There was a fan provided, but it’s not an air conditioner and only added to the noise. On top of that, the accommodation smelled strongly of weed from the neighbors, and their rooms were very noisy as well. It was a terrible experience. We sent a message to both the owner and Booking.com asking to cancel the remaining nights, but were told this wasn’t possible due to a no-cancellation policy. At the very least, you expect a clean room with a bed where you can sleep, but even that wasn’t the case here. Unfortunately, we had to stay because we had already paid and couldn’t afford to pay for another hotel. The owner stopped responding to my messages, apart from saying they would bring us an extra fan – which was just as noisy as the first. Booking.com didn’t help us either. Do not book this room!
- Laura (7/5): Good - The balcony was fantastic to sit and have a coffee or a drink The place was warm and inviting and hosts did answer questions quickly via WhatsApp Security is good as you have pin codes for each door you enter Location is great If bathrooms are shared then just regular checking guests are leaving it clean for others. The WiFi connection wasn't great but they did try to help just the connection was weak Perhaps some toilet wipes or bleach for the bathroom as waste was left in the toilet bowl by another guest

- Ricardo (5/5): Not for light sleepers, acceptable otherwise - Room was comfortable enough and clean. The walls are paper-thin and anything happening in the corridor (including fellow guests closing bedroom/bathroom doors) sounds like it's in your room. It's also basically impossible to close the bedroom doors quietly because of their automatic locking mechanism, which is extraordinarily loud and sounds like doors slamming everytime someone leaves or enters a room. Not recommended for light sleepers.

- Saida (8/5): I had a lovely stay and great for someone site seeing in London for a few days . Great price too!e - The location and cleanliness of the room including a balcony. Bathrooms are very clean too and maintained. Shops and restaurants are minute's away from the hotel. The only facilities that it lacked is the kettle and cups inorder to allow you to make a cup of coffee. Would be much better if included
- Riven (9/5): Great value for money - Rooms were nice and beds were standard Shared toilets were good, clean enough for shared toilets. Property had no lift so carrying suitcases up the stairs was a pain but you get what you pay for, great choice on a budget

- Catriona (8/5): Immaculate. Very comfortable. Great value. - Newly refurbished. Immaculate. Great communication from the landlords. Lovely bedlinen and comfortable beds. Great sound-proofing from the busy street outside, by the superb, modern secondary glazing. There is no access to a kitchen and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Not a deal-breaker but just a wee bit disappointing and worth remembering for next time.
