- Karen (10/5): Modern fresh property - Lovely fresh and modern
- Jamaica (10/5): Favourite place to stay every time I travel to Sydney, easy access to shops and other places I neede -
- Ashika (1/5): Terrible Service – Would Not Stay Again - We stayed at a 2-bedroom apartment recently and, while the rooms were acceptable, the service was absolutely terrible and caused us unnecessary stress-so much so that we ended up missing our flight.
From the start, there were no clear instructions for self check-in. The building is divided into four sections, and we were told to park in B4. However, nothing was clearly explained in advance. We had to struggle our way through unfamiliar surroundings, trying to figure it out ourselves. There was no one onsite to assist and no response when we called the contact number provided.
Things got worse on the day of checkout. Our allocated car spot was taken by someone else, so we parked in the next available space. Unfortunately, another car blocked us in. We called the listed contact early in the morning, explaining that we had a flight to catch and needed the car moved. The woman on the phone was completely unhelpful, saying the building manager was on leave and that there was nothing she could do. She refused to provide any alternate contact or assistance and had no sense of urgency or responsibility, even when we told her we would miss our flight.
There is no proper backup support or contingency in place for guests. The lack of clear communication, support, and care from the management was shocking. We were left feeling helpless, frustrated, and stressed, ultimately missing our flight due to something that could have been resolved with basic customer service.
This stay was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere especially if you’re travelling with tight schedules or need even minimal help.

- Hatem (1/5): It completely ruined our holiday - we’re extremely dissatisfied, and it’s still causing us stress - Nothing - VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. The property was misleading and unacceptable. I strongly warn others - do not book this place. Stay away at all costs. This room ruined my holiday and is still causing me stress. It was advertised as brand new, but it was filthy — stains on the beds, couches, and pillows. The AC made loud noise, and the room felt like it could blow away with the slightest wind. After a long 10–12 hour trip, I couldn’t even sleep properly. The “bed” was just a thin mattress on a metal frame that left my back in pain. I paid over $2,000 for a 1-star room — no service, no support, and a place that shouldn’t pass inspection. The host was responsive until I complained, then they went silent. I told them I would check out the next morning, which I did, and booked a hotel at a similar price with far better service and cleanliness. I asked for a refund for the remaining nights and agreed to pay for the one I stayed. They took days to reply. They asked for photos, which I emailed, but they claimed they couldn’t open them. They gave me a number to send them to, then said it was the wrong number, and this went on — passing me between five different contacts, all of whom stopped answering unless I called from a different phone. One woman I’d been messaging on Booking.com even claimed she wasn’t the same person, denied knowing about my issue, and acted clueless. It was clearly a tactic to avoid responsibility. They eventually apologised and offered $200, then turned around and falsely accused me of stealing their key and lockbox — even though I have proof I returned everything properly. They now say they’re going to charge me for it. They lied about the listing, lied about the lockbox, and this entire experience has been a nightmare. I suspect they’re operating illegally from China, as their number is Chinese and their English was extremely poor. These aren’t real serviced apartments — they’re residential properties being misused for short-term rentals, and I seriously question the legality of what they’re doing.
