• David (9/5): Overall very good - The location and the river view are excellent. A few minor things. Door handles on a number of cupboards need repairing. Internal shelf in main bedroom needs repairing. The water pressure in the main bedroom shower is poor.
• roberto (4/5): Dissatisfied Satyer - Access information was good and easy to understand. Location was good for us, kitchen was new and well maintained, house and pool were very clean! Communication from owner / manager about reported concerns was inexistant , other than notifying client of the rules and what to do when leaving at end of stay. Front door lock need to be jiggled to turn key, my mother in law went down to pool and couldn't get back in, I had to travel back to let her in. TV had NO connection to aerial for free to air TV, might sound trivial but that's all my mother in law watches. Lounge and Beds were uncomfortable and should look to be replaced, the Garden path to pool needs trimming.

• GORDON (6/5): dirty unhealthy pool - Very clean internally and spacious Green unhygienic swimming pool that you could not use and a health hazard. Chinese lamps with non Australian plugs which didn’t work and faulty dryer
