The neighborhood is wonderful, the historic building is beautiful, and everything inside is modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time in the private, enclosed, very beautiful garden. The hosts were also extremely helpful, responded quickly to all our questions, and were flexible with check-in and check-out.
• Stacy (9/5): Comfortable space for everyone. Clean. - Location was nice and quiet, safe neighborhood. Had a little trouble adjusting the temperature controls. The cleaning person was able to come to the property in the second day and turned in the heat in the second bedroom which is why space could not warm up.

• Florence (9/5): - L emplacement est idéal : découvrir un appartement typique de Kensington, dans un quartier privilégié, au calme, à 2 pas des transports, à 30 min du centre de Londres. L appartement est grand, confortable, bien équipé avec 2 salles de bains. C est très accueillant avec vue sur le parc. La communication avec le propriétaire est très fluide. Un léger bémol : le lit de la 2nde chambre est un peu petit pour accueillir 2 enfants. Penser à prendre un adaptateur pour les prises si vous venez de France.

Bathroom each for wife and myself was convenient Good coffee & Tea making facilities but some fresh milk would have been appreciated Functional blackout curtains, bed firm but comfortable The apartment has ‘good bones’ but needs better investment/maintenance for these prices Host has good response time and provides useful local info - if the host thinks this is “stunning” I hope they don’t organise a blind date for us -Timed heating not ideal but worked ok for us, as we opened a window for better ventilation if it got too warm - Carpet condition bad in both bedrooms and bedroom hall - needs replacing - Small bed in guest bedroom, would be next to impossible to fit 2 large adults - lighting cannot overcome privacy sheets/drapes = gloomy interior - 2nd bathroom light had wrong bulb?voltage/fault, was like a strobe light and unusable - some Dishes, glasses and shelves need a deep clean - Shears are dirty and torn - Towels smelled ok but look old and, at these prices,need replacing - walls are damaged/marked in places and tiling/grouting/skirts are tired

Many local pubs, eateries & supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Very good instructions from the host. Would definitely book this apartment again rather than a hotel. Nothing.

Location was on a quiet street and within walking distance to restaurants and transportation. The 2nd bedroom bed was small and uncomfortable for our other couple. Other than that, no complaints!

Super silenziosa, appartamento accessoriato in tutto (ha anche washer/dryer che con dei bambini ha fatto comodissimo). Il proprietario sempre molto responsivo e accomodante. Appartamento pulito. Lo consiglio vivamente e quando torneremo a Londra soggiorneremo di nuovo qui. Ha un giardino che potrei definire condominiale enorme con anche area giochi e pic nic. Super consigliato!!!! Niente

• David (9/5): All in all a very quiet comfortable stay away from the more touristy areas of London. - The location was very quiet as was the apt itself (no noise from other people living there) and the area was walkable. It was a nice hide-away from crowded London. Very clean. There were several eateries within easy walking distance. The apt was generally spacious and both bathrooms appeared updated. Owner/mgr (?) was generally responsive. There was also a hospital nearby (we made a brief visit). We didn't cook any meals but the kitchen appeared adequately stocked with utensils. The larger bedroom's carpet needs replacing - carpet nails were showing through (painful to step on). The queen size bed mattress also needs replacing. And it would be nice if there was a bedside table in the smaller bedroom. The owner/mgr told us they would get us a lamp for the living room so we could read in there but we never saw it.

The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious and has everything included. We used the small kitchen and the bedrooms are perfect sizes. If we had any questions, we liaised with the hosts who couldn't have been quicker in responding. Our stay in London was made all the more special by staying at this apartment. It exceeded all our expectations.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property was quiet and cozy, a nice retreat from sight-seeing all day. Also close to Underground stations and a few good pubs and grocery stores. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Could have used a few more pillows and extra blankets. When we asked they got them to us right away.
