Alex (7/5): It was an ok experience. - It has somewhat a modern design. The shower was nice. It’s noisy. You can hear the neighbours talking as if they are inside your room. No proper wardrobe space. The building is not well maintained.

Sanja (10/5): Good value for money in very beautiful but very expensive Florence - We spent several days in this room in September/October 2024. The room looks exactly like photos, providing every modern convenience, including air conditioning in the room, wi-fi, smart TV with internet connection, little elevator, and access to the staircase leading up to the apartment. It is fully furnished in modern style. The bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower and the window. There was a little bit of noise from the guest staying at the next-door apartment. They should invest in some acoustic panels and make better soundproofing with connecting doors... For a room in the condo, without rating and with reasonable prices, our experience was very good and this room is much better than many other hotels with better ratings and much higher prices in this city. Last but not least, the room is located within walking distance from the main sights and railway station, many bars and restaurants nearby. They should invest in some acoustic panels and make better soundproofing with connecting doors... We haven't got extra towels even if we were stayed 7 nights, and we asked for. One small fridge could be nice to have in the room for cool water.
