• Emiliya (10/5): Чистота и спокойствие за чудесен престой във Виена - Изключително чисто, удобно легло, много добра шумоизолация и плътни завеси за добър сън. Имаше всичко необходимо за един приятен престой. Лесно получаване на ключовете - от сейф до вратата. Няма необходимост да чакаш собствениците, за да го получиш. В отсрещния блок има пекарна, което осигурява закуската. И пицария, ако не сте успели да хапнете преди да се приберете. Наблизо има и Била. Придвижването до стария град и центъра е около 30-40 мин. Транспортът е много добре организиран и удобен. Препоръчвам апартамента.
• Eduard (10/5): - Ein Appartement nicht weit weg von einer Bushaltestelle, ins Stadtzenrum sind ca 25 min. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für eine Stadtreise. Inklusive einer Tiefgarage. Preisleistung super! Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren für uns bequem. Alles war sauber.

• Xavier (9/5): Super lieu de séjour pour visiter Vienne - L'appartement était très propre, bien équipé et au calme, proche du métro pour accéder au centre ville rapidement. Les + : le lave-vaisselle (pastilles fournies), la literie confortable, les serviettes et les draps fournis et le ménage compris dans le prix, la place de parking en sous-sol qui a permis de laisser notre voiture en sécurité. Très facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute qui arrive du Nord. Très bons échanges avec le propriétaire, les consignes étaient très claires et tout correspondait à ce qui avait été annoncé. Seulement des petits détails que nous formulons pour que notre hôte puisse améliorer l'accueil des suivants.. Même s'il y a des rideaux occultants, des volets seraient les bienvenus. Malgré le chauffage éteint, nous avons eu un peu trop chaud, bien penser à aérer matin et soir avant d'aller dormir. En cuisine, ill manque des plats pour faire cuire au four. Pas de micro-ondes. Précision pour la machine à café, c'est une Nespresso, il faut prévoir ses capsules. Penser à ajouter un ouvre-boîtes, ça peut toujours servir.

• debeli1979 (9/5): Excellent apartment, all recommendations - Very clean apartment, has its own parking space in the garage, which is very important in Vienna. Due to very good city transport, even though the apartment is far from the center, you can reach the center in 20 minutes. The rating is not 10 because of the "emptiness" of the apartment in the sense that some things are missing, for example the liquid soap was almost empty, there was no coffee at all...and of course a big problem with the toilet, because the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom in a room where there is no ventilation. You get used to it but it's really weird. Everything was correct, we would come back again.

• Gerekli (10/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Grundausstattung war gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Ruhige Lage. Der Garagenplstz ist von Vorteil. Wir und unsere 2 Kinder würden das Apartment empfohlen und noch mal buchen.

• Piotr (10/5): Polecam, bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. - Przestronny apartament, położny w pewnej odległości od centrum, ale dobrze skomunikowany, bezproblemowy dojazd komunikacja publiczną. Dużym atutem jest miejsce parkingowe pod budynkiem. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Czysto, kompletne wyposażenie.
• Jelena (8/5): Good - The apartment is close to a bus stop, which is well connected to the city. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and it has the advantage of having its own garage. There are also markets and bakeries nearby. The heating is also good; even though it was February, the apartment was quite warm A downside is the lack of towels and the absence of a dishcloth or paper towels. The hand towel is too small and is more suitable as a face towel, so I would recommend either bringing your own towels or that the owner provide more.
• Marcin (10/5): Nowoczesny apartament z wygodnym garażem podziemnym w dobrej lokalizacji, polecam. - Największy plus apartamentu to bardzo wygodny garaż podziemny z dużymi przestrzeniami do manewrowania. Kolejny plus to bardzo wygodne samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez konieczności czekania na kogokolwiek. Informacje od gospodarza bardzo precyzyjne i konkretne. Trzeci plus to fakt, że apartament jest względnie nowy więc wszystko jest jeszcze świeże.

• Piotr (10/5): - Super miejsce. Proste, konkretne instrukcje jak wjechać do garażu, jak odebrać klucze. Mieszkanie czyste, bardzo ciepłe, kompletnie wyposażone. Wszystko widać nowe, bardzo miło spędziliśmy cztery dni. Na miejscu podziemny garaż, blisko do metra, autobusu, tramwaju. W pobliżu jest Lidl itp. Polecam.

• Stanko (6/5): - The location had the garage that was very helpful. Location had good connection to the center with the tram no 2 or combination bus a11 and underground u1. It was clean with basic kitchen utenciles and even a dishwasher if needed. It had shower gel and shampoos, as well. The extra toilet tissue was on the floor next the toiled bowl. The bed was 160x200 so if you have a small child prepare for that. It was nice and warm for the winter period, if you come on summer it might be a bit uncomfortable as it has no ac in the location.

• Dunja (10/5): Great location near the metro station and comfortable apartment. - We easily entered the garage and apartment with just a few simple instructions from the host. Flat was extremely comfortable and clean! Everything was perfect.
• Natalija1983 (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a good location, with easy access to public transportation. The self-check-in process was easy, and we had no trouble finding and entering the property. It's great that the property has a garage. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and has a pleasant fragrance. The temperature inside is comfortable, there is a towel dryer in the bathroom, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and thick blackout curtains in the rooms. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the sound isolation is excellent, giving us the feeling of being alone in the building, which allowed us to rest well. There is a great bakery-café nearby. There is nowhere to hang towels in the toilet, no soap, and the toilet paper is placed on the floor. Additionally, only one towel per guest is provided, which is something I have never seen in other apartments. There are no paper towels in the kitchen, and the bedroom lacks bedside lamps, which are greatly needed. I read other reviews and saw that I’m not the only one who has complained about these things, and I find it surprising that the owners still haven’t addressed them, as these are easy and inexpensive items to provide, which would make the stay much more comfortable for guests.

• Ilie (9/5): A modern and comfortable apartment - The apartment is located approximately 30 minutes from the city center. Access to public transport is very easy - the bus station is nearby, which made traveling very convenient. The area is quiet and safe, within walking distance of grocery stores. Another great advantage of this apartment is the included parking. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen is equipped. The dishwasher was a big plus and the WiFi works perfectly. -

There is everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, comfortable bed and sofa, hair dryer. It would be more convenient if there was a microwave and a holder for toilet paper. And one more pan.
