- Helena (8/5): - Aardige mensen. Vlakbij bushalte naar Sarande, Butrint nationaal park en supermarkten. Strand is overvol. Wastafel afvoer lekte en toilet stonk. Rioolvliegjes gezien in badkamer. 2 pers bed kraakte en kuil in matras. 1 electrische kookplaat om te koken. Appartement heeft heel erg een renovatie nodig.

- .Luigi . (1/5): - Nulla , la posizione non era lontanissima però neanche vicino al mare ...... Siamo arrivati e dopo averci accompagnati in un seminterrato (dove dalla finestra si vedeva la ruota della macchina) , quando abbiamo fatto presente che questa non era la stanza dai noi prenotata, la risposta è stata che dopo due giorni ci davano la stanza che era già stata assegnati ad altri. Avevamo scelto questa struttura perché abbiamo girato in altre località e avevamo bisogno di una lavatrice, quando abbiamo chiesto dov'era la lavatrice (inclusa nell'elenco dei servizi) ci è stato risposto che la lavatrice non c'è e quella nella foto è la lavatrice così casa loro . Abbiamo deciso di restare perché eravamo arrivati la sera , durante la notte abbiamo chiamato urgente il personale perché abbiamo trovato il condizionatore che perdeva acqua sul letto. Il terzo giorno che siamo stati spostati nella camera prenotata . Parliamo di alcuni servizi presenti nell'elenco di questa struttura, il parcheggio ha posti limitati e per la metà del soggiorno ho tenuto la macchina in strada , prodotti per la pulizia non c'erano, cucina era composta da un mobile vecchio con un lavabo e una piastra a corrente per cucina (unico ambiente con la camera da letto) , lavatrice no , frigorifero vecchio e poco funzionante, Vasco o doccia? Semplicemente una doccia senza piatto (pavimento) , la TV con canali satellitare inesistente, un rotolo di carta igienica all'arrivo (sé fortunati uno già usato da altri) , tavolo tavolo da pranzo inesistente, barbecue c'era un coso arrugginito in un angolo del parcheggio (forse era quello) , terrazza condivisa con l'altra stanza, giardino solo per due stanze (il piano sotto il livello del parcheggio, , la sicurezza H24 ? Non ho notato telecamere e il cancello (una cosa arrangiata) era sprovvista di serratura (quindi potevano entrare chiunque di notte nel parcheggio)...... È stato un incubo che ha condizionato le nostre vacanze

Majka, domaćica, izuzetna žena koja nam je održavala sobu čistom, mijenjala posteljinu i ručnike svaki treći dan, prala naše rublje i uvijek s osmjehom dočekivala i ispraćala. Svaka preporuka za apartmane ove divne obitelji.

- Noelia (1/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación. La experiencia en este alojamiento dejó mucho que desear por la falta de profesionalidad y de trato humano de los propietarios. Desde el primer momento no ofrecieron ninguna solución al aire acondicionado, que goteaba constantemente, dificultando la estancia. El espacio anunciado en las fotos tampoco corresponde con la realidad: es mucho más reducido y resulta agobiante para una estancia larga. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud de la dueña, que mostró un trato poco educado y nada cortés. En lugar de aclarar con naturalidad la confusión sobre el pago en efectivo —un detalle mal indicado en la página de Booking— reaccionó de manera defensiva, negándose incluso a despedirse y a dialogar de forma respetuosa. En definitiva, una gestión carente de empatía, sin saber estar de cara al público y sin la mínima educación que se espera en la atención a huéspedes.

The property was clean and warm. The bedroom in which I slept. It was for kids and also when I lay down, the mattress was too soft for my weight

- Valérie (9/5): Emplacement idéal à Ksamil - La chambre est confortable et l'emplacement est idéal pour tout visiter à pied. Le parking est juste au pied de la maison, ce qui est très pratique. La dame qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique, je recommande ! Les rideaux et la porte qui laissent entrer la lumière

- Selin (9/5): Superb - Daniela was incredibly helpful and kind. The outdoor space was nice for a late night chat. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. There was enough hot water. Overall, for it is great value for the price. We had a few mosquitos keeping us awake at night. The shower didnt have a screen or curtain so the entire bathroom got wet. The location is close to a supermarket but kinda far from the center or the beach.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again! Nothing but if we had to be picky, it could be nice for the kitchen to have salt and pepper as well as some cooking oil.

- Mahmoud (9/5): The host was very kind and sweet and the apartment was perfect for a stay of 5 people for 5 nights! - The apartment was very spacious, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was very clean. There was airconditioning in all rooms. It was close to the supermarket, the beach and some restaurants. It had private parking which was very nice. The apartment had multiple balconies from which you can see the view of Ksamil. The host was so kind. Our friends were also in Ksamil and had their own car. She allowed them to park in her parking to make things a little bit easier for us. At arrival she really took the time for us to gave us a lot of amazing tips about Ksamil and Sarande. She checked with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Overall amazing place, host and location! There were some small inconveniences, but the host was overall very approachable and came up with solutions. For example: some of the basics were missing in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper. We asked for it and the host kindly offered it to us. Unfortunately, the previous visitors broke the washing machine, however the host offered us to use the washing machine in another unit, which was convenient.

The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily beach visits. The apartment itself was well-equipped with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. It also provided towels and everything we needed for the kitchen, making our stay very comfortable. There was WiFi as well and the parking was free. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The hosts were friendly and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the beach. There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

Anytime we needed something we just asked them and they were everytime here for us (transport, beaches, what to visit nearby...). The apartment is located in "center" of Ksamil and is about 3 minutes from bus station and about 5 minutes from beach. Also grocery store is very close (located nearby bus station). Nothing
