• maria cristina (9/5): - Esta é a segunda vez que ficamos neste apartamento. A localização é excelente proxima a estação de trem e as linhas de vaporeto. O Cristiano sempre atende aos nossos pedidos com prontidão, ele é realmente muito atenciosos. O apartamento é grande, muito confortável e bom gosto e tem tudo o que precisamos. Ficamos hospedados 6 dias no apartamento e acho que deveria haver limpeza pelo menos após 3 dias de hospedagem. A ducha é boa, mas o banho quente tem que ser curto porque a água esfria, falta tambem um suporte no box para colocar sabonete e shampoo. A cafeteira não funcionou dessa vez...

Во время прогулок хотелось пораньше прийти и быстрее в квартире красивой посидеть. Хозяин супер, всегда был на связи, помогал. Очень понравилось, когда в след раз будет в Венеции, надеюсь, попадем в эту квартиру)

• Michał (10/5): A truly magical stay in a historic Venetian apartment, with an unbeatable location, beautiful canal views, and a wonderf - * Exceptional location. The apartment is in an incredible spot, close to Ponte degli Scalzi , the canal, and nearby small bridges. * Beautiful canal view. One of the best parts of the stay was waking up in the morning, opening the window, and drinking coffee or tea while watching gondolas pass right under the window. * Very atmospheric surroundings. The area feels magical and very Venetian, with narrow streets, small bridges, charming corners, and beautiful local places nearby. * Wonderful neighbourhood. There is a 700-year-old little church nearby, as well as nice local restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar serving affordable Aperol, and an osteria with fish dishes for example: Osteria Trefanti, La Zucca, Tratoria Antica Besseta, El Fradeo * Historic character. The apartment is located in a historic building, close to the old Granedigo Gardens. The building is a part od Granedigo Palazzo and is said to have hosted Napoleon or his son when visiting Venice, so you really feel the history of the place. * Clean and well renovated. Even though the building is old, the apartment itself is nicely renovated, clean, well kept, and pleasant to stay in. * Very comfortable for a family stay. I stayed there with my parents. They had the bedroom, I slept on the sofa bed, and each of us had access to a separate bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. * There is a very good supermarket nearby, well stocked with seafood, cheeses, pasta, vegetables, and other useful products. My mom loved to go there for a morning shopping. * Fantastic host. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. He recommended places to visit, where to eat, and what to buy, and every recommendation turned out to be excellent. * A very memorable experience. The apartment is not just a place to sleep, but part of the Venice experience itself. - Not for people expecting a modern hotel feel. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and beautiful, but guests should come prepared for an authentic historic setting rather than a perfectly polished modern interior. - The apartment is atmospheric, but not especially bright or warm.

• Jenny (10/5): Fabulous place to stay in Venice- a real treat. - Location, beauty of the apartment and facilities. Cristiano the host was also a delightful gentleman who made us feel most welcome guests. He was exceptional with his communication and accommodating. Nothing it was great!

O apartamento é muitoo perto da estação e isso com certeza é uma facilidade importantíssima para quem está com malas numa cidade que o transporte é complicado. O checkin foi um pouco complicado. Não tinha ficado claro na mensagem que precisaria fazer o checkin às 15h em ponto e a nossa internet às vezes não funcionava muito bem, então tivemos um desconforto no checkin, mas depois deu tudo certo. Além disso, é importante se atentar que você não poderá deixar as malas antes do checkin - precisamos pagar o depósito de bagagens na estação e acabou saindo caro, pois estávamos com várias malas.

• Shirley (10/5): Excelente ubicación y encanto veneciano junto al canal - El departamento está ubicado en el barrio de Santa Croce, en un primer piso, muy cerca de la estación de tren Santa Lucía y de la parada de vaporetto Ferrovia, lo que lo hace muy conveniente tanto para llegar a la ciudad como para desplazarse dentro de ella. El barrio nos pareció seguro y agradable, con un supermercado CONAD a pocos pasos y varios muy buenos restaurantes en los alrededores. A nuestra llegada nos recibió Sofía para entregarnos las llaves. Habla perfecto español, fue muy amable y nos dio recomendaciones muy útiles para nuestra estadía. El departamento es hermoso, ubicado justo al lado de un canal con parada de góndolas, lo que le da un encanto muy especial. Conserva el estilo veneciano, pero está renovado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Además, dispone de lavadora, lo que resulta especialmente práctico para viajes largos. Utilizamos el sofá cama; si bien no tiene la misma comodidad que una cama tradicional, permite descansar bien y cumple su función. También queremos destacar la excelente disposición de Cristiano, quien respondió de forma rápida y muy amable a nuestras consultas, ayudándonos eficazmente a resolver un pequeño inconveniente eléctrico. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente. Nada, todo me pareció perfecto
• Juliapawby (10/5): A beautiful, authentic Venetian stay with thoughtful hospitality and a canal-side water gate balcony - We stayed here for my best friend’s birthday and it ended up being one of those places that really shapes the whole trip. The apartment was very clean and clearly well looked after, with everything we needed. Small things like the quality of the coffee capsules actually stood out, it’s rare they’re that good. The owner was genuinely lovely and gave us some excellent local restaurant recommendations, which made a big difference and helped us experience Venice beyond the touristic spots. The highlight though was the water gate balcony. Being right on the canal made it feel very specific to Venice rather than just another apartment. We ended up using it every morning for coffee and again in the evening with wine. It became part of our daily rhythm. Overall it was a very authentic Venetian stay. Would definitely come back.

Uroczy Pałac z XVI w. Wnętrze wyposażone nowocześnie z elementami o charakterze zabytkowym. Przez okna sypialni i salonu widać mały kanał i przystań gondoli. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne na kilka dni pobytu. Bardzo miły gospodarz Cristiano, pomocny we wszystkich sprawach. Bardzo dobry kontakt. Zgodził się na zostawienie bagażu na kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo chętnie skorzystamy ponownie z wizyty w Pałacu Gradenigo. W pobliżu mała kawiarenka - dobre espresso i pączki z kremem. Niebo w gębie. Haczyki do ręczników w łazience - przydałyby się.

I loved being on the canal and having that experience to be able to sit on the enclosed patio and watch all the boats and gondolas go by. The location was great it was close to the grand canal, which made it easy to get to the train station and other public transport stops, about 5-10 minutes respectively! Cristiano was also very friendly and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. We got in early and messaged to let him know that change and we accommodated and was there when we arrived to shows us all the ins and outa of accessing and using the property. N/A

• Jason (10/5): - Location: excellent 5/10 mins from train or bus stations making easy access to the airport. Within 15mins walk to Rialto bridge, 25 mins of St Marks Sq. Plenty of restaurants and shops very close by too. Accomdation: large in size for a holiday apartment. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Fab views of the canal just outside the window. The kitchen had all mod cons to prepare a meal or make a nice coffee. Bathroom had a great shower and plenty of towels. Underfloor heating throughout made the apartment nice and warm on the chilly February nights. Overall highly recommend this apartment and it's host Cristiano who was so helpful

• Richard (8/5): Incredible, gorgeous apartment, bad bed - Very tastefully restored palace. Even the hallway was nicely decorated. Just enjoyed watching the gondolas go by from our kitchen window or sitting area. Gracious host will meet you. Convenient to the train station, restaurants, bakeries, attractions, churches and a well-stocked supermarket. Hate to say anything bad about this perfect place, but the bed was like a rock. The worst we've stayed in. We tried to use a coverlet which helped a bit. Not sure if those are washed after each visit. Please just get a better mattress.

• Kok Seong (8/5): A good and convenient location. We had a comfortable stay - Without breakfast. Location is good, near to train station and many supermarkets and eateries in vicinity. Windows overlooking a canal. A very nice 15-20 minutes walk to the main tourists and sightseeing areas at San Marco Main door to apartment fronting a narrow and very busy passageway. Can hear people talking very loudly across the canal till late at night.

Me pareció muy lindo que las ventanas daban al canal, se veía pasar las góndolas. El baño afuera del cuarto era algo incómodo para las personas como yo que me levanto de noche para ir al baño. También las almohadas podrían mejorar estaba algo duras .

La ubicación inmejorable, cerca de la Estación de tren central de Santa Lucía. Esta estancia es un palacio veneciano que te hará sentir como en tu propia casa. Y la atención de Cristiano ha sido de 10, ayudando en todo momento, dando información y dando respuesta a nuestras peticiones. Ha sido muy gentil y un anfitrión más que excelente. Estamos muy contentos de habernos hospedados en Gradenigo y lo recomendaremos siempre. Y si volvemos a Venecia, con toda seguridad que volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Así es que si buscas un alojamiento excelente en Venecia con precio acorde a su calidad, este es tu apartamento. Un abbraccio fortissimo, Cristiano. Sei stato molto gentile con noi. Ci vediamo presto! Todo perfecto. Incluso la cama, te puede parecer un poco duro el colchón, pero la espalda lo agradece. Dormimos excelentemente bien.

A múltba képzelhettük magunkat a fantasztikus és ötletes kialakítással, ízléses berendezéssel. Nem volt olcsó, de örülünk, hogy ezt választottuk, hogy itt lehettünk! Venice is a walking city and you walk everywhere easily from here. Supermarket 1 min away. Gorgeous high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, feels completely new, good size bathroom with good adjustable shower.

Great location to avoid carrying bags very far and set off from there. The host was friendly, the apartment was very spacious, with good AC. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was attractively remodeled and comfortable. We watched gondola's loading and floating by from our ground floor windows which was an unexpected pleasure. Wish we could've stayed another night ;)

• Dorothy (10/5): Amazing stay in Venice - Location was great. Short walk over a bridge to apartment. Met by Cristiano who showed us around apartment. Great host. Quickly sorted settings on aircon. Beautiful apartment - photos don’t do it justice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Gondola stop just outside. Lovely view onto canal from windows. WiFi not great. But an old building so understandable.

• Eric (10/5): Best spot in Venice - Absolutely wonderful location and stay. Updated apartment in the most perfect location. Close to the train station so just one bridge to carry your luggage over and right on a canal with a gondola station across the way. Fantastic little patio to sit and watch the activity across the canal and enjoy the vibes of Venice. Wonderfully close to a grocery store and great restaurants. About 20 minute walk to Rialto bridge but also super easy to hop on the Vaperetto and get around the main canal. Only regret is we didn't have more than one night here

• Amy (10/5): Great place for a short getaway to Venice - The location was perfect-a quick 5 min walk from the train station to check in and drop our bags and we were on our way. Loads of space and a washing machine. Gondoliers right outside for a lovely trip as well. Grocery store a very short walk away for a break from restauraunts. Cristiano met us at the selected time slot explained how everything worked.
• Christopher (10/5): The location, size, and host were excellent. - The location was excellent Finding 767 was not easy. [From the direction we came it was not next to 768.] Could add something like this. 'Located in lane next to overpass bridge. We were saved by a call from host who saw our dilemma. A microwave oven would have been preferable to the oven.
• Tatiana (10/5): Comfy, clean, true to the pictures - Beautiful apartment, exactly as the pictures. Equipped with everything you might possibly need. Great location if you are traveling by train - 5 minute walk from the train station. Very helpful and welcoming host. The only downside is the noise from the outside - but I imagine that’s how every place in Venice is
• Christopher (10/5): Great location, near to everything. - Perfect location, 5 minutes from the train and bus stations and a good supermarket within a few minutes walk. The owner provided a lot of info about restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and you could watch the Gondolas floating by. Only a 15 minute walk to the Rialto bridge .

• Giovanna (10/5): Exceptional - Host was super helpful. The apartment is at the ground floor of a grand palace, its windows open right on a canal with a wonderful view. Rooms are very large and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is located very close to the train station and a walk away from bars, restaurants, and from the main attractions. We loved everything about this place
• Paraskevas (10/5): Excellent Experience - The apartment was an excellent blend between traditional and modern, beautifully designed with great Italian taste. Cristiano (the host) was absolutely perfect, forwarding useful information about Venice, all the required documents (tourist tax, entrance fee exception) etc . He was extremely helpful, accomodating, and made great suggestions about local authentic restaurants, which we absolutely loved. 10/10 recommended. Would book again.

We’re happy we chose this accommodation! - The location is perfect — just near the bus and train stations, yet the street is quiet and not crowded. The windows overlook the canals, which is a must-have experience when staying in Venice. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you might need.
