• Natasha (10/5): - The landlord is really nice, I arrived later than expected and he was very patient with waiting for us and showing us the room and even providing a water filter and water for us. He also recommended some restaurants or places we can go while we were there.
• Kostyantyn (9/5): Definitely recommending - Place and flat are great. There's everything you may need. Something may be little bit old and used, but it's not negative, just informing.

• Jaye (10/5): Great place for a family or group of friends. - Owner met us at property. Very friendly guy, wanted to make sure we were happy. It’s a full apartment, 2 bedroom, sleeps 7-8 people. Had everything we needed. In between 2 very nice restaurants. Walking distance to pedestrian areas, beach, shops. Street parking avail, owner bought us a parking permit. Owner very good about explaining the area to us. Nothing, really. It was not fancy but very clean & comfortable.

• Silviya (5/5): Passable - The host was quite responsive and polite. The property was not cleaned well, doors were with stains, sink was dirty and bathroom as well. Perhaps the host was in a hurry but we were not let in earlier than 3 as per plan so I expect at least cleanliness to be there. Location was a bit far from the beach for small kids.
