Miło, że gel pod prysznic i szampon były do użycia. Byłyśmy w grupie 7 osób i 2 osoby musiały spać na sofie, która nie była zbyt wygodna. Były tylko 4 kaps kawy do ekspresu...

• Thomas (8/5): - Nice peaceful location but close enough to the centre to walk or there is a tram stop at the end of the street. The showers need new heads as very little water comes through.

Ev sahibi antonio her konuda yardımcı oldu. Check in talimatları gayet anlaşılırdı. Birdaha gelsrm yine aynı evde kalırdım. Klimalar iyileştirilebilir

• Karine (9/5): Lovely, short stay with family, close to transport. - Very clean. Close to bus, tramway, convenience stores and to some lovely little restaurants. The beds were comfortable and surprisingly the main bed in the TV room was a proper bed too, not a foldable sofa, which was very nice. Lots of towels and the kitchen has everything we needed for self catering during our stay. We used the washing machine, air conditioner, fridge and gas cooker and everything worked. There is a small lift as well as stairs to get there. Owner had given us a useful instructions on what to do if we had any problems with any of the amenities. All good. I just want to clarify as I mentioned that there is a lift. There are a few steps (4 or 5, I cannot remember exactly) to get to the lift, so to consider if you have reduced mobility.

• Ben (9/5): Spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Great host - Location - size Lack of simple supplies. Coffee, dishwashing liquid Showers and bath both need better pressure and need maintenance
• Mirna (8/5): Reasonable - Location is nice, 10 mins walk to P. Romana metro and trams 24 and 9 are around the corner. Shops and cafes nearby Late check-in at 4 pm with no reason as check out is at 11 am, and cleaners finish cleaning before 2 pm. Also, there is a problem with leaving luggage before and after stay in the appartment; however, handy lockers are available in Milano Centrale train station. Otherwise, good. Some mould in 1 room; needs tending to.
• Julie (7/5): Comfortable - Quiet large size bedrooms. Close to restaurants. Good communication with host Too far from city centre.
• Mia (1/5): Avoid at any cost - Not sure if there was anything to like. This stay was a horror story stay. First to start is the entrance when the code was not working so the owner let us in remotely. This was scary that someone controls everything from remote so at any time they can open the door. Next was the overall dirt and dust all over the place. I am not talking about dust under the bed (which was as well) but about dust and dirt in corridor, rooms etc. The most disgusting thing were the layers of mold on windows in kitchen and in bedrooms. The amount for mold in one bedrooms was unbearable that we had to sleep with the window opened as we were afraid for our health and lungs. This bring us to the next set of problems, during our stay it was very cold for that time of the year so we asked the owner to bring us extra blanket so that we can stand the cold during the night as it was no option to close the window. In our three night stay, the owner was lying that he is trying to organize a simple blanket which was so irritating as he was promising it every day but nothing happened. So one of us caught cold from sleeping next to the opened window. Bathrooms had also mold in grouts and did not feel clean at all. Not to mention that somebody’s stuff was left in the wardrobe. The whole apartment was done in 2000s and since then nobody put penny in it so everything was falling apart (skiriting were falling apart, window blinds werent working etc). We decided not to use the kitchen as it did not look very clean. Also, regarding the door locking, we wanted the key so that we can enter when we want and avoid calling the owner, but he lied about the keys as the first said three locations in the apartment where the key was, and when we said that there are no keys, he said that the previous guest must have took it. Location is 10mins walk from the metro which was bearable, but everything else was from the nightmare and i recoomend that you avoid this place if you care about your health.
• Olaf (7/5): Good location to stay with friends to explore the city - Good location with nice surroundings. Three bedrooms is also very nice. It was very basic, the state of the appartement was in a medium condition, and still a lot of money.
