Guest Reviews
- Best (10/5): - sehr sauber und man halt absolut seine Ruhe
- Raelene (10/5): Lovely getaway, with luxury of a hotel-without feeling cooped up. - I loved the camping feel, with a he luxury of a hotel. solid floors, nicely equipped bathroom, microwave fridge toaster and jug - and although we didn’t need it, ceiling fan and air-conditioner. Loved sitting by the campfire. Lovely garden and quiet setting . Would definitely stay again. There was nothing not to like.
- Mary (8/5): Good value for money and great location. - Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff were lovely and offered lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Traffic was very noisy.
- Sofia (10/5): -
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Fanny (1/5): Disappointed, rude owner - Disappointing experience and poor customer service from the owner. Found out after booking that their pool is out of action for 3 months. We never heard anything from them in terms of checking in so I presumed there would be someone available (website said self check-in). We arrived late and there was nobody there, it was dark and all we could find was a messy storage shed near the entrance left open (the owner later referred to this as “reception”). We tried to call and didn’t hear back, at 10.30pm at night, the only choice we had was to book the only hotel open nearby, which cost us $300. We eventually heard back from the owner the day after, she said she thought she had emailed us the code for the key lock, but then blamed us for not letting her know what time we were arriving. (No attempts were made from the property to contact us at any point, before or on our day of arrival). She begrudgingly offered a $100 refund, but refused to refund the whole amount, again blaming us for getting an expensive hotel (nothing else can be booked that late at night on the island, is very quiet). We never saw anybody during our stay, the place felt abandoned, although I would say it was comfortable and clean in the tent. I would not return as there are many other places on the island with way better customer service and accommodation.
- Beckie (10/5): lovely owners and comfortable luxury tents! - we absolutely loved our stay here! the tents felt so lovely and the owners where so kind and caring!
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (10/5): Almost on par with a holiday to Bura Bura - Location was so easy
Bed was super comfortable
Trees surrounding area gave a very nature dominated holiday feel
Wildlife are cute That the AC would only turn on if it was over 25 degrees.
- Narelle (7/5): It was nice convenient, probably not a place I will return in a hurry. - The bed was very comfy. You need some blackout cuetain options, as those curtains do not block out the lights especially as I was directly across from the pool and those stayed on all night.
Also once the sun starts to rise is not necessarily the time I want to be awake lol.
Also maybe inform guest that the tents are not soundproof and what you do in yours people beside you can hear it.
- Aspinall (10/5): We loved Maggie and our glamping retreat topped off a great few days - Easy and well appointed. Nothing
- Braedy (10/5): Exceptional -
