• Capuano (5/5): - La struttura è situata al centro di Firenze a pochi passi dal Ponte Vecchio . All' accoglienza nonostante ci fosse molto caldo,al nostro arrivo non ci è stata fornita neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua, che avremmo molto gradito! il bagno non è dotato di bidet,la struttura si presenta molto piccola , nonostante il piano cottura fosse ad induzione,la moka del caffè non era compatibile in quanto non possedeva il magnete,l'addetta al check in un po' superficiale nel dare nozioni, esempio più eclatante non eravamo stati messi al corrente che la connessione dati mobili del nostro smartphone fosse molto scarsa e quindi eravamo obbligati ad usufruire del WiFi, ma l' addetta non ci ha fornito la password, dunque ho dovuto chiamare la responsabile della struttura che però è stata prontamente reperibile e disponibile,non ci sono state fornite confetture per fare colazione come le classiche fette biscottate,e creme spalmabili, la struttura non presenta cestini dei rifiuti per buttare il pattume..

• Gerard (9/5): Superb - Style and architecture consistent with the city which provided an authentic experience.
• Knutton (7/5): Good - It was a great location, felt homely and we loved the balcony. The lady we were dealing with was helpful and attentive. The tap in the kitchen didn’t work, the bedside table was hanging off the wall, the shower was very low down and the water power was weak and the toilet would take hours to refill so we weren’t able to use it as and when.
• Janna (9/5): Superb - Everything It was a little bit dirty and showers water pressure wasn’t so great, but we could live with that and otherwise the apartment was great
• Carly (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely adored the spacious and shaded patio, as well as the super central location. Bed was comfy and suite was well equipped with a small kitchenette. The only really minor thing was a foul smell (moldy?) in the elevator - a bit claustrophobic in there!

• Victoria (6/5): Great location but almost no water pressure - The location is just great, couldn’t be better. You are basically in the middle between all the main sights, supermarket is just downstairs, another (better) one is around the corner. Elevator is a big plus as you don’t have to climb a lot of stairs as almost everywhere else in Florence. The balcony is another big plus, it is pleasant to have a morning coffee there. The huge minus is that there almost no pressure in water, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. It is hard to even wash your hands, I don’t even mention taking a shower. So if you plan to stay inside a lot or travel with a child than this place is definitely not for you (unless you don’t use water for anything lol). I haven’t stayed inside much so I dealt with the lack of water, otherwise it would be a problem for me. The place was not super clean but it was acceptable for me. Everything in the apartment is pretty used but working. It has it’s own charm that everything is so used/old. There is an AC. The bed is quite comfortable but I wish there was a better/warmer duvet. It was quite at night. The windows have good lids to block the light as well. To sum up: don’t expect an exceptional quality stay here, choose it if location is a priority. Fair price/quality ratio.

• Michael (4/5): Great location, small adequate apartment, staff were careless. - Great location. Should have a lock box with apartment key and a key code for exterior door. We had to wait to get in when we arrived and the exterior key that we were give was not the correct key—we were locked out and then given a code a day later. There was no toilet paper under the sink, where I expected it to be. Staff were apologetic but careless and refused to take any accountability.
