• Marina (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family stay in Rome - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Roma per 8 giorni in famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. È perfetto per 3/4 persone, comodo e tranquillo, con letti molto confortevoli. La posizione è ottima: autobus e metro vicini, oltre a tanti bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. Il bagno è molto comodo, con una doccia grande, e la cucina è ben attrezzata. Avevamo qualche dubbio perché alcuni dicevano che fosse un seminterrato, ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema: l’appartamento è silenzioso e ben insonorizzato. Lo consigliamo davvero alle famiglie. Se torneremo a Roma, lo sceglieremo di nuovo. Grazie di tutto, è stato un piacere! —- Excellent apartment for families, very comfortable, well connected and in a great location. The host was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Niente da dire! Tutto molto bene. Everythink perfect!

• Pedraza (9/5): - Dispone de todos los muebles necesarios y está bien equipado Barrio bueno y tranquilo, además cerca del metro y de supermercados El sofá cama es un poco incómodo, pero se puede dormir en él.

• Raluca (8/5): - Dotat si utilat ok cu tot ce ai nevoie. Paturi comfortabile. Apartamentul este la demisol, ceea ce nu e specificat nicăieri in descriere. Se aeriseste foarte greu si e un miros pregnant de umezeala mai ales in living. Căldură nu prea există, caloriferele nu au fost nicio secunda calde si erau si blocate, astfel încât nu puteau fi setate mai sus de 3.

• Julia (7/5): - Generell ist die Wohnung gut, und mit allem notwendigen, ausgestattet. Wichtig war für uns die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station, mit Fußweg ca. 5 Minuten zur Linie B, womit 90% der Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar sind. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ist, durch die Öffnung für die Klimaanlage, sehr hellhörig und die Bar gegenüber hört man bis 22/23Uhr Nachts recht gut.
• Binbing (5/5): Ne recommande pas - - Lit plutôt confortable - Assez proche de l’arrêt du métro - L’appartement se situe en -1 (comme dans une cave) avec les petites fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue - Bruyant car il y a un bar qui fait la fête en face des fenêtres - Ça sent fort cigarettes dans l’appartement - 3 échantillons de gel de douche pour 3 personnes et 4 nuits - Personnel malhonnête : nous avons demandé s’il est possible de retarder le check-out car nous avions le semi marathon le matin, il nous a répondu que ce n’était pas possible car les prochains clients allaient arriver à 10h30 alors que l’appartement est disponible sur Booking et Airbnb et que le check in est à partir du 15h normalement. Le refus peut être accepté mais pas avec une raison malhonnête. - Le personnel ne répond rapidement que quand il lui faut du virement ou des informations, nous n’avons reçu les informations de self Check in que avec la relance vers 18h avant l’arrivée.
• I. (7/5): Ondanks dat de app. In de kelder zat was het prima voor een stedentrip - De grote van het app. en de gemakken van een vaatwasser, koffie machine en wasmachine. Ze hadden gelukkig wat poets en afwasspullen laten staan. Ze appte dat we de vuilnis mochten laten staan, heel fijn. Vaatwasser zat nog vuile vaat in bij aankomst, de slaapbank was slecht van kwaliteit, handdouchekop i.p.v. douchekop. Geen theedoeken…
• Martine (10/5): Nagyon jól felszerelt lakás - Nagyon szép, tágas volt a lakás, ami mindennel fel volt szerelve. A metró, és a buszmegálló is közel van, könnyen el lehet érni minden fontosabb látnivalót. Tőlünk a maximális pontszámot kapják, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom.

• Ela (9/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The appointment is in the basement and you can't see out the window. There was no detergent for the dishwasher.
• Radu Nicolae (9/5): Very nice neighbourhood and place to stay if you like a quiet and friendly space. - I liked about the property that everything you would need, like wifi, washing machine, cook-wear and much else, were at out disposal and very convenient. The place is well lit and there is no problem associated with the fact that it is a half basement level. Very nice accommodation, and especially nice bathroom .
