• Leonie (9/5): Loved its - Everything We liked everything about the actual property but for a 2 night stay at premium price I think the cleaner could tidy up after us as regard kitchen bins, dishes, coffee maker etc. I fully understand there are domestic pigs out there (🤣) but at the price I think maybe the cleaner could attend to these things. My only whinge🙄

• au chun (9/5): Enjoyable stay to rest and relax in a modern well located apartment. - The apartment was modern, spotless with 2 lovely bedrooms w own ensuites. Beds comfortable. Showers hot. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils n crockery you could use plus excellent cooking facilities. Generous w coffee pods n dishwashing pods. Lounge great. Generous private deck w bbq + spare gas bottle. Location was within easy walking distance of Margaret River main shopping strip n great cafes….The Bakery and need to book Japanese restaurant Miki….well worth a visit. Surfers Point was 15 min drive. Leeuwin Estate and yummy lunch was also easy 15 min drive. Quick response from host. Excellent accommodation. Will book again Nothing to complain about.

The property was within walking distance to beautiful trails, restaurants and shops. The property was clean, tidy and peaceful. I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend. No complaints here.

• Alexandra (6/5): Great location but prescriptive rules - Simple lock box at door. Very beautiful property with great outdoor space and garden. Very easy walk into town. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds. Under cover car port, which is vital if you rent a car. The place has really prescriptive rules about cleaning and how to leave it when you check out. They have a giant booklet with all the rules. I hate when you have to wash and put away all dishes before checking out. We had an early flight and I find that very inconvenient. Loading and putting on the dishwasher as you leave is fine, but having to make sure it’s all put away is a bit much. We also had to put away everything in the exact same spots as we got it from, which is very hard to do when you don’t know the property. A bar chair broke with my partner on it, which was very dangerous. It was very flimsy bar furniture. Luckily he wasn’t hurt. There were only four dishwasher tablets left for us, which was not enough. I am coeliac and so we obviously had to eat all meals at the property. That’s why we rent places with kitchens. Also a very small amount of clothes washing powder provided. All very stingy. And the rules are that you’re supposed to replace everything you consume (such as washing machine powder and dishwasher tabs). I don’t want to spend my holiday doing domestic admin for the place I’ve paid to rent. Labour and materials need to be included in the price. I’d happily pay more not to have to act as personal shopper and cleaner. They make clear in the info that it is a holiday business, so it needs to behave as one. There were also only two wine glasses in the whole place, and they were giant red wine balloon glasses that were comically big, which is so weird for a rental in a wine region. It made it hard to enjoy the white wine we purchased at a local winery.

• K Lung (10/5): Clean, spacious, and well equipted house at convenient location and affordable price. - Clean, very spacious, and two en-suite room is particularly useful for two families staying together. Well equipted kitchen. There are even seasonings. Host is fast in replying messages. Walking distance to town, restaurants, and supermarket. Heater in the rooms The drive way is a little narrow. Shouldn't be a problem for normal size cars but may be a little tricky if you have a very big one. Only one room had desk and drawers (both rooms had closet with drawers). With the best if both rooms had drawers and desk for us to put personal stuff at a handy place.

• Emilie (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Gorgeous place, surrounded by high ceilings, green spaces and privacy. The two bathrooms off the bedrooms made the stay even more comfortable while travelling with friends. The rooms were very generous in size and me and my friends felt special with the small attentions to detail. Great location too. Would stay here again Wouldn’t change anything Our hosts even put out plastic bowls/plates for the little one. Very thoughtful hosts and well planned and located accomodation

• Richard (10/5): Fabulous spot in Margaret River. - Beautiful townhouse in Margaret River. The house was located a very short walk to town. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. High quality linens and homewares. Very quiet & peaceful with nice outdoor living.
