• Navrátilová (1/5): Fakt nedostatečné - Poloha blízko elephant&castle. Tohle jsme nečekaly. Bohužel ubytování nebylo úplně čisté, bylo extra stísněné, stav koupelny byl hrozný, z fotek na bookingu tohle vidět nebylo. Nejely jsme trávit čas na pokoji, ale chtěly jsme spát důstojně. Povlečení vonělo, ale tam to končilo. Ulámané nehty v šuplíkách, opadané zdi a celé vybavení bylo za tuhle cenu opravdu nedostatečné. Šly jsme se ubytovat jinam, škoda propadlých 50% z ceny, ale ani to nás nedonutilo zůstat jedinou noc.

I will just mention the hotel across the street was 736£ i payed 46£ at this accommodation only diffrence was we had a fully equipped clean kitchen and thus accommodated 3 adults

• rogilej (2/5): na szczęście nie było nas często w hotelu przez to że zwiedzaliśmy bo tam się nie chciało wracać - lokalizacja syf na każdym kroku. w pokojach było jeszcze znośnie (biała, czysta pościel, ręczniki również białe, reszta pokoju mogła by być lepiej wysprzątana np. podłogi i szafki ale na ogół było okej) uwagi mam jedynie do ścian w pokojach które nie były do końca zadbane, za to reszta hotelu to masakra. nie opróżnione szafki w kuchni z zepsutymi produktami, obdarty stół, odklejająca się wykładzina PCV na podłodze, sprzęt kuchenny też nie był w najlepszym stanie (np. czajnik), brak udogodnień które miały być dostępne (zgodnie z opisem hotelu) - suszarka, zimne podłogi też nie najczystsze (generalnie w całym hotelu było zimno), toaleta i łazienka obskurna, kamień na bateriach, pozostawione puste produkty (zużyte rolki papieru, kremy, żele pod prysznic). W wannie, kiblu, umywalce i ogólnie całej łazience i toalecie były włosy łonowe. jeżeli czyta to osoba która chce się tam wybrać to uszanuj to że są tam inni goście.
• Kathleen M. (4/5): - Good location. A short walk to two different tube stations, allowing you to be in central London within 25 minutes. Straightforward entry and good communication about how to access the house and room, easy to find with a large house number in front, clear house rules and guidelines. The room was comfortable and broadly met expectations. The house has a number of guests, but they observed the quiet hours. The bathrooms were often occupied - many people sharing the main bathroom. The shower panel, rather than curtain, meant that the bathroom was often very wet after someone showered. The shared areas were not up to the standard of cleanliness I've experienced in similar guesthouses in the area. There were a lot of hard surfaces in the house that meant normal household sounds like doors opening and closing travelled through the house. Be sure to bring slippers with a sole to keep your feet clean and dry in the house, as shoes are meant to come off at the door.

The curtain on the window was too dirty and maybe the luck of the window was broken which was not working so my baby was nearly falling from the window. The toilet bathroom was also not tidy.Heater was not working so at night time I felt too cold and could not sleep properly.

• Mihaela Oana (1/5): Very dirty and strange. Do not recommand. - Nothing We couldn't sleep in there. We arrived at the location at 22:00 and the host was in our room cleaning, we just stood at the door for 15 min. When he opened the door, he came out with a luggage, a mug with some drink in it and a laptop, like he was living in that room. When we finally managed to get into the room we've noticed that there was mud and dirt on the floor, the bedsheets weren't clean, they were even stained, we've been told to take our shoes off and our socks were sticking to the floor when walking and the host was wearing outside shoes inside the house and the room. The male host was walking around the house just in shorts and made us feel unconfortable, he was talking very strange and acting very strange like he was drunk or even on drugs, we were barely able to understand what he was saying, and kept on swearing everything around and kept on dropping things and barely able to stand on his feet. We just left the property, couldn't sleep there. Very very very disappointed, would not recommand.

• Davide (7/5): - La posizione è buona in quanto vicino alla fermata del bus di Bricklayer's arms: tramite questa fermata è semplice raggiungere abbastanza rapidamente le zone più centrali come Soho e Covent Garden. L altro aspetto positivo è il prezzo: per gli standard di Londra è veramente molto buono. La pulizia non è certo impeccabile, anzi; il lato a mio avviso più negativo è la pulizia delle stanze.

Inoltre il bagno è risultato di fatto inagibile per gran parte del soggiorno, poiché costantemente occupato. In particolare, una sera non ci è stato possibile lavarci perché un coinquilino ha occupato il bagno per circa 45 minuti per fare la doccia, per poi rientrarvi immediatamente subito dopo. La situazione di sporcizia era generale: dal bagno alle stanze fino agli spazi comuni. Non si tratta di un problema dovuto a un “vecchio ospite”: ho scritto più volte all’host per segnalare la situazione, ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta

• J (2/5): Not good at all. - I liked the location. Shops were nearby. Great spot for local transport and shopping. I didn't like that when I arrived, a family of 4 were on my bed and in my room. and I had to explain to them they were in the wrong room and had to wait for them to vacate after they'd been all over the bed etc. They were very loud, as they were a family of 8, so they were up and down the stairs every 5 mins or so and the floorboards need replacing because there noise was so bad. I also didn't think the place was clean at all. The stairways and doors were horrendously loud, creaky and noisy. I was kept up all night on night 2 with people checking in at 11.30pm, running up and down the stairs, cooking in the kitchen and taking showers at 3am (I saw and heard this) , more noise at 4am and 5am and loudly checking out at 6.30am.

• Lola (7/5): The place is good, it’s small but still bigger than a uni flat - Good location, good sized kitchen and amenities. The room has a good size. Needed a proper dusting and the sheets had some stains on them and a cigarette burn mark. The only real issue was the other guests that did not respect the quiet hours or the taking off your shoes.

O aquecimento funciona muito bem, chegavamos e o quarto estava quentinho. Do facto de o quarto estar sujo e os edredons da cama estavam sujos, as casas de banho sem condições para tomar banho.

• Jan (5/5): Better places to stay but it was discounted - The location. It was a quiet area, no traffic noise and only 20 minutes walk to London bridge. The bed was comfortable. The price was good as I got a discount. Would not pay full price for it though. Not worth it. Better places in London for a few £s more. Thankfully I just needed a bed to sleep in while visiting my daughter. Good WiFi. Arrived just before 3pm and it was very cold.. 2° outside and no heating was on inside. I asked if it could be put on but had no response. Heating kicked in early evening but only mildly. Thankfully I brought thick pyjamas with me and doubled over the duvet. Could hear every movement other people made and creaky stairs. started to get cold again in the morning as the heating was off. The bathroom could do with a makeover. Sink was blocked. Hair on floor. Floor felt sticky to walk on and my slipper socks got filthy.. Just needs a lot of TLC in places.

Owner give respond but not always Price is good for end of year During winter, it was cold place to stay. They do turn on the heater, but only at certain time and at the lowest heat. At night or midnight, the heater will be off automatically. I had a cold night and lack of good sleep because the room is too cold. So I woke up not because I feel fresh, but because it is uncomfortably cold.

• GUERINEAU (1/5): Cauchemar à Londres - Rien du tout ! Nous sommes arrivés à 14h car le check-in était à 14h et à notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas du tout nettoyée. J'ai donc contacté le propriétaire indiquant que la chambre n'avait pas été faite et une personne est donc venue 1h après à 15h pour nettoyer la chambre. Nous sommes ensuite parti et à notre retour (22h), les draps n'étaient toujours pas changé, le sol était sale, de la poussière partout sous le lit, un soutien gorge d'une personne inconnue sous le lit également pour couronner le tout. (voir photos) Donc j'ai recontacté la personne afin qu'elle revienne immédiatement changer les draps devant nous pour qu'on puisse au moins dormir dans quelque chose de propre même si la chambre restait très sale. La personne est venue le faire (22h50), je n'ai jamais vu aussi peu de précautions d'hygiène pour changer les draps (voir photos) Nous avons ainsi pu dormir dans des draps corrects (propres serait trop fort) mais humides ! Donc nous avons du faire preuve d'ingéniosité pour les faire sécher avant de dormir (voir photos) À savoir qu'ils lavent les draps dans la même machine à laver que celle mise à disposition aux clients donc forcement même lavés, les draps peuvent se retrouvés avec toutes sortes de peluches venant de vêtements d'autres clients. De plus, lorsque j'ai réservé la chambre il était indiqué "Baignoire ou douche" donc je pensais que c'était privé vu que ce n'était pas précisé salle de bain partagée. Or, à notre arrivée nous avons découvert que c'était une salle de bain partagée ! Bien évidemment très sale elle aussi. Il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur à disposition alors que c'était indiqué sur l'annonce, donc nous avions acheté quelques produits afin de manger le lendemain matin, nous avons du laisser nos produits dehors afin que cela reste au frais vu qu'il n'y avait pas de frigo.

Добираться только на автобусе,пешком нереально, идти больше часа. Очень много чужих вещей в ванне, это напрягает. Надо выкинуть половину)) Страшно скрипучие полы и тонкие стены, чужой утренний секс -это феерично.

• Denis (8/5): Бюджетный вариант для ночёвок в Лондоне. Я рекомендую, если вы спите крепко - Близко к центру города. До Вестминстерского дворца 30 минут пешком, до Тауэрского моста - 15-20 минут пешком. Есть микроволновка, холодильник, шампунь, гель для душа, быстрый Wi-Fi. Тихий район, удобная постель. Ежедневно убирался мусор, обновляли туалетную бумагу. В первую очередь это чистота. Да тут было не совсем грязно, было терпимо, но всё-таки стоит уборке уделять больше внимания. Как минимум пылесосить и мыть полы. И второе - это шумоизоляция. Для нас это не было проблемой, но вот остальным это может быть важно. В описании написано, чтобы не пользовались душем с 00:00 до 08:00, но это невозможно, если у тебя весь день расписан с 6 утра и до 10 вечера! Когда спускаешься по лестнице, то очень громко скрипят ступеньки и как мы бы не пытались тихо это делать - этого не получалось. Так что ткем, кто чутко спит - вам не сюда.
