• Federico (10/5): Struttura accogliente , pulita , in una posizione strategica - Struttura pulita e accogliente , vicino al centro di Vienna con tutti i servizi come supermercati, panificio e farmacia in loco. L’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Raccomandata per un breve soggiorno. Nulla da segnalare.
• Nino (10/5): agréable - L’appartement était excellent : très propre, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des transports et des commerces. Le propriétaire était très accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Le séjour s’est très bien passé et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

• Rosemarie (3/5): Ungemütlich, Laut, Ärgerlich, wenn Basics nicht funktionieren - Einzig die Lage zum Seminarort Späte Antwort von Vermieterin wegen geänderter Ankunftszeit Hauseingang, Lärm von Straße, Partymeile, Heizung und Warmwasser hat nicht funktioniert, deshalb umgesiedelt in neue, größere und schönere Wohnung. Leider auch dort die ganze Nacht Discobeat Werde ich nicht mehr buchen.

• Adrián (10/5): - Ideal para dos personas (creo que incluso tres personas podrían estar en la habitación ya que había una cama supletoria). Incluye todas las facilidades necesarias para el baño y la cocina, salvo un microondas pero esto no es un problema ya que se sustituye fácilmente con el horno o los fogones. Parada de tranvía a un minuto con buena conexión con el centro de la ciudad. Resulta difícil sacar un punto negativo al apartamento, quizá los vecinos ruidosos pero entiendo que es culpa de factores externos más que del apartamento en sí mismo.
• NATHALIE (10/5): - L'appartement est très agréable et accueillant. Les explications de Lilly pour le check in ont été très claires. Bien qu'il donne sur une grande avenue le logement est calme. Nous avons apprécié les commerces au pied de l'immeuble et la boulangerie juste en face. L'arrêt de tramway pour gagner le centre de Vienne se trouve juste en bas. Très bon séjour à Vienne. Nous recommandons ce logement sans soucis. Rien.Tout était parfait !!

• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very clean, cozy and has all amenities what a guest would need. There are several shops and public transportation options nearby as well. The only negative thing wasn't related to the apartment but to the club below. It was very loud during the evenings because of the music and the guests on the street just below our windows.
