• Michael (9/5): Great stay at Palm Cove - Great location, good sized apartment with kitchenette and laundry. Access to huge pool and gym. Dedicated parking on-site and a great balcony to relax in the afternoon. Great communication from the team with clear instructions. Little touches like beach towels, pool noodles, coffee pods and toiletries were much appreciated. Second bed was on castors and couldn't be locked in place so tended to move around during sleep. Vents in bathroom don't seem to work well.

We will be back - Absolute perfect location, phenomenal price, great facilities at the bottom of the complex as well (cafes, hair dresser and lovely staff at reception). Very easy to find, great communication regarding directions and making sure we were settled comfortably. Spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, great kitchen utensils and able to easily cook. The place has slight wear and tear cleanliness signs, it wouldn’t deter us from staying again (and we have a baby) but in case you are ‘pedantic’, you could look elsewhere if needed.

• Mark (8/5): A convenient family space - Location was good, right on the Esplanade, close to great options for food and coffee as well as the supermarket across the road. the facilities were as expected. The pool and spa are excellent, aircon is spot on, kitchen facilities very usable and the space is generally comfortable. The apartment is starting to show its age a little. Some fixtures were a bit loose, doors a little difficult to open and close, the showers are on the small side. Nothing that is a deal breaker. Whilst the communication is thorough it verges on excessive.

• Ezhilarasu (9/5): Awesome stay for family. - Beautifully decorated property, with a nice pool. Next to beach and super market. Worn out furnitures in balcony, bed in the second room was constantly moving, it doesn’t have a firm base, causing discomfort most of the times. Kitchen Sink is blocked often have to wait for water to drain, which takes hours.
