- Carly (5/5): We did not end up staying for unforeseen circumstances. - A little more heads up on the reason for accommodation is unavailable. The automated messages were not helpful, and not the hosts fault.
While the hosts did offer to try find alternative accommodation we had to find our own as airbeds were offered but no discount for the inconvenience.
This is a rare occurrence as this is an unforeseen circumstance. the process to find alternative accommodation and communication can be improved and hope the host understands this.

But if we had known that we couldn't have the tv volume above 8 during the day or night, as they have neighbours that work. Therefore, we received a noise warning through text message.
So I contacted the owner to ask what the message was about? That's when I was told about other people living in the block that work? I was watching tv with my family...
Also when booking I was lead to believe there was parking, unfortunately the parking is based in the shopping centre next door charging £25 a day.
We also had to go to another hotel 1st to collect the keys, no parking and on a main road , hard to find.
Wheelchair access around the carpark and shopping centre is terrible.
Plus side the apartment is beautiful, and staff and owners are helpful

- Denise (8/5): Great apartment in a great location. - Great location, 5 mins walk to bars, restaurants and large shopping centre. 20 mins walk to ABBA Voyage. Apartment is large and had everything we needed. Having to pick up the keys at another location. The property would benefit from black out blinds.

- Samantha (7/5): Perfectly located, tastefully decorated apartment close to the Westfield shopping centre and LAC - Location fantastic, lovely and quiet considering where it was. Only two pillows per bed was a little on the light side. Also the window in one of the rooms was broken and stuck down with tape. This kept flapping all night which led to a disturbed nights sleep, not great when we were there for a swim event at the LAC.
