Important Information
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Graham (2/5): Would not recommend this place due to the difficulties we experienced, - It was adequate for the extended family. We had to pick up the keys in town and it was difficult to park and find the office.
The property had an extremely narrow and steep drive. It was not close to restaurants etc.There were no instructions as to how to enter the apartment. The keys did not work in the front door (where the bedding and towels which we had to pay extra for were left). We eventually managed to enter via the garage door to an inner door.
We had to pay a damage deposit of $200 via our credit card. The instructions said that this would be refunded to our card on satisfactory inspection of the property . This was not the case and the $200 was debited from our card. We had a phone call from the agents saying this would be returned to our UK bank account which necessitated giving details of our bank account and an Iban number. It was returned but owing to conversion charges we lost a part of the amount.
The instructions for leaving were for 10am and to return the keys to the office at 10am. The office was not open so we had to put the keys through a letterbox.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - The house was great. Really clean and all the beds + the all the furniture was very comfortable. I couldn’t believe how well equipped the kitchen was as for as all the pots pans utensils and everything went. That’s always a bonus. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we’re back in the area.
- Madeline (10/5): Excellent family holiday location - Good location, lovely layout, well stocked. Excellent fridge. Excellent number of bathrooms. Pet friendly, thank you. Close to shops. 2 x lovely Queen beds, 1 combo double and single bunk with single trundle. Perfect for our family. Few things missing like oven trays so we got some from Coles. Also recommend maybe leaving some salt and pepper at the site.
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Great set up for a family with older kids, rooftop terrace was a lovely retreat. Overall a convenient location. Steep, narrow driveway to the property made access a real challenge. Beach is closeby but the hill up the road and the driveway make it too difficult to walk.
