• Manuela (10/5): We had a wonderful time at your apartment in Dinkelsbühl and would definitely stay there again - Very good location, everything was in walking distance. Three grocery stores could be reached in less than 5minutes. To Old town Dinkelsbühl was a 15minute walk. The apartment was very clean. The communication with the owner was excellent.

• Ktravellor (10/5): - klasse wirklcih genial! Ich kann mir vorstellen mal wieder zu kommen - alles sauber und ordentlich! Der Gastgeber hat bei Fragen immer direkt geantwortet! Nach Dinkelsbühl kann man einfach laufen und erreicht das sehr schnell zu Fuß! -

• Maria Cristina (10/5): - Appartamento ristrutturato benissimo, ampio e dotato di ogni comodità: cucina attrezzatissima, doccia grande e molto comoda, bagno grande dotato di lavasciuga, due camere da letto matrimoniali, ciascuna dotata di computer con accesso gratuito a Disney+, finestre con tapparelle azionate elettricamente, addirittura zona esterna sulla terrazza con poltrone a disposizione e possibilità di grill. Tutto perfettamente organizzato e pulitissimo. Siamo state con una amica per 5 giorni perché in visita da conoscenti in zona e ci siamo sentite veramente a casa. Se dovessimo tornare sicuramente cercheremmo di prenotare qui (appartamento Kaiser Franz) Tutto ottimo. L'unica cosa che di primo acchito da un'impressione non bellissima è l'ingresso, non molto curato e con una scala in metallo piuttosto ripida per accedere all'appartamento. Appena si entra in casa, però, l'impressione cambia completamente e ci si trova in un ambiente veramente _gemütlich_

• Christian Lappen (10/5): - Sehr schönes Apartment. Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett. Die historische Innenstadt von Dinkelsbühl ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
• Claudio (9/5): Super - Super pulito, arredato con gusto e luminosissimo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene Cuscino un po’ troppo alto e letto un po’ morbido ma è questione di gusti. Non esattamente centrale ma il centro è raggiungibile a piedi

• Thomas (10/5): Sehr schönes Appartement - Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen und man war schnell in der Altstadt. Auto konnte man auf dem vorgesehenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Unsere Enkelkinder haben sich über Disney Plus sehr gefreut.

• Barbara (9/5): Highly recommend the property, but be prepared that everyone staying must give personal information. - This property was absolutely beautiful and well thought out. The property had everything one needs. The beds were excellent and the light from all the windows was fantastic. The only let down we had, was the amount of personal information, of every person staying in the property, requested before we could get the key code. For us it was a little too invasive.

We did enjoyed a stay in a friendly place and our kid enjoyed the small facilities (Playstation and Disney+). We have been offered small amenities (tea, coffee) that made our stay even more pleasant. Having the whole place for us packed and ready was saving us a lot of effort and offered a relaxed time when we needed.

Short walk to supermarkets and just a little further into the lovely old town. Lots to see in the town and very pleasant walk around the walls and through parkland. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent. Wifi good. Nothing really. Parking space was a bit tight maybe but fine.
