• Maria Jose (1/5): Es un timo, no reserven este apartamento - Nada, es un fraude. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad actual del apartamento. Las paredes están sucias y con agujeros. Los colchones tienen al menos 20 años, no hay agua en el baño de arriba, no funciona la calefacción arriba tampoco y cuando se lo comunicamos no hicieron nada por solucionarlo. En la descripción aseguran que hay un sofá cama que no existe por lo que tiene capacidad para menos personas de las que publicitan. Mi familiar tuvo que dormir incómodo durante 4 días a pesar de haber pagado 1500 euros por 4 días. El segundo día nos llevaron una especie de tumbona que era peor todavía que el sofá. No podíamos usar uno de los baños porque no salía agua y no respondían a las llamadas. Los muebles de la cocina no cierran….el horno daba asco de sucio que estaba. Vergonzoso.

• Ana Belén (4/5): Decepción tras decepción - La ubicación A la llegada las llaves no estaban donde debían, era muy tarde y íbamos con dos niños y un bebé. Nos tocó esperar un buen rato hasta localizar al dueño para que nos lo solucionase. Al entrar había una ventana abierta de una habitación por lo q hacia frío. Entramos en el baño y había una lata de un refresco en el lavabo. Para rematar, las camas incómodas y las instalaciones nada que ver con las fotos. Al día siguiente para rematar, nos encontramos un hueso en un radiador.

• Loyalty (9/5): Wonderful location and great space for our large group - The location was amazing-could walk to many of the sights. The space was very large with four bedrooms and an outside patio.
• Sass (10/5): - casetta su due piani autonoma e attrezzata. Gli standard inglesi non sono i nostri. Infissi, bagni (uno a piano) e spazi ridicoli per i nostri standard di qualità. Ma va bene cosi, oltre le aspettative. Eravamo in 7 ma la casetta su 2 piani aveva a disposizione 8 posti letto ( su ogni livello 2 stanze , una grande e una piccola entrambe con letti matrimoniali ) più un divano grande in cucina e una terrazza. La cucina era ampia e completa di tutto. Zona tranquilla, e ottima posizione, con zone da visitare raggiungibili a piedi

• Juan Luis (1/5): Pésima experiencia, no caigan en esta trampa. - Realmente muy mala experiencia, la comunicacion con el lugar es pesimo y no permite solicionar prioblemas que pueden ser menores y que se hscen muy grandes, por ejemplo yo mismo tuve que reparar el calentador de agua porque no respondieron mis mensajes. Además pedí más de 4 veces en días diferentes que arreglaran la.calefaccion y nunca sucedió. Los colchones son muy viejos y no permiten descansar en absoluto, al lugar le hace falta mucho mantenimiento hay puedes rotas, armarios que se están cayendo.

• Ragnhildur (1/5): Disgusting appartment and hosts who pray on it being hard to get refunds from Booking. - Nothing, this place is disgusting and a scam. Just look at the photos. Never book this. This appartment is a scam, do not under any circumstances book with them! The appartment had a missing panel in the window so it aired into the appartment, the carpet in the stairs was loose and dangerous, the appartment smelled, the beds were horrible, the whole place was increadibly dirty and the bathroom had mold. The host sent someone to fix the panel in the window, that person glued and drilled a piece of wood to the window, creating pressure in the glass resulting in the glass exploding 15 minutes later. What did the Host do? Accuse a family of 8 on a holiday of BREAKING the window, instead of admitting to the bad fix. Completely unacceptable and it is clear that their business model is to trick people into booking and then assume that they leave because the place is disgusting and then count on people not getting a refund because a host has to "admit" to bad conditions for Booking.com to refund. Just look at the pictures.
• irmantas (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very big and spacious, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing the whole time. The balcony was a great bonus — a perfect place to sit, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind. Everything about the place felt pleasant and welcoming. Overall, it was truly a lovely place to stay and I would definitely recommend it.
• Rannveig (1/5): Horrible - Well. It looks good on the site, in reality it was not good! So in one word horrible. We had to stand out in the rain for an hour and half as there was no key. When we finally got inside it was clear that the apartment adverised as Luxury 4 bedroom apartment was in deed not luxury. Carpets filty, walls dirty, mold on the bathtub, and bedbugs in at least one bed. After seeing the property I calld the Agent Hamsa, he was so kind on the phone and promised that we would get a full refund, asked me to send a video of the apartment and a video of us putting the key back in the lockbox and I did, since then no word from him, no answer and i messaged him a fee times. So now we are out the money we paid for it. So beware, don’t expect much as they are dishonest.

It was advertised as a luxury apartment with guest services and a li - The location was convenient, and the apartment size worked for a larger group. Communication with the host was polite. The property did not match the listing description. It was advertised as a luxury apartment with guest services and a lift, however there was no lift and a significant number of stairs, which was difficult with children and a mobility-impaired guest. The apartment was run down, the heating was not working on a very cold night, the property was draughty, and there was visible mould in the bathrooms. Despite advising of a late checkout, we returned from a short trip to the shops to find the apartment locked and cleaning already underway, effectively ending our stay early. Due to the lack of heating and overall condition, one family travelling with us had to move to alternative accommodation at their own expense.

• Bec (6/5): Adequate but far far away from luxury - Good location. Clean and the host is responsive and tries to help Not sure where to start. If you advertise ‘luxury’ perhaps you should provide ‘luxury ??‘ the beds were all very uncomfortable - springs could be felt and pillows practically non existent. Carpet worn , upstairs window wont shut , shower no pressure and difficult to operate. Not enough seating for the 5 people let alone 9. You can’t have a dinner around the table together if more than 4. Heating is good once you work out how to operate it. There should be a manual in the apartment to explain everything, including the wifi password rather than having to get it from the tiny writing on the bottom of router. Three basic chairs up on roof ( three for an apartment that sleeps 9?) with a tiny glimpse of the shard tip. It was a nice view at night though

• Teresa (1/5): Absolutely terrible, and now no response or refund. Unacceptable! - The location This property was not as listed. Nothing ‘luxury’ about the accommodation at all. Unsafe, (broken window, broken decking, ripped carpets) Unclean, (mold, terrible bedding and unclean towels) No amenities, (crockery/ glassware) We actually left the property after 2 nights instead of the 3 booked as we simply couldn’t stay another night. Complete scam and health hazard of a listing. I am reporting all of the above and more to housing standards to hopefully protect future families. The host has not refunded any of the £1700 paid for the trip and booking.com has given a £200 credit gift of goodwill but is yet to acknowledge the complaint recently submitted or take further action. Extremely disappointing for my first ever complaint after using the provider regularly around the world for many years.

• Sandi (6/5): Not as advertised.g by HV by - Spacious accommodation. Clean. It was advertised as wheelchair friendly. We knew there were steps into flat but living space was not wheelchair friendly as odd step here and there. No walk in shower as advertised so our disabled friend unable to shower for the 5 days we were there. There was a rotted hole on the outside terrace....the width of a plank and over a foot long. Not enough furniture for 5 of us though says it can sleep more. Definitely not luxurious but still clean and pleasant. Carpet runners on internal steps not nailed down properly so unsafe. I wrote to owner to give feedback so he could rectify but no response so no choice but to give honest review. I have stayed in and reviewed numerous accommodation and always been positive. It has potential but needs a bit of work done on it.

• Benjamin (5/5): Nicely located, needs some TLC to become an ideal stay. - The property was well located in relation to the Elephant & Castle tube station and overground, making travelling around London easy. It has a lot of space and for us as a group of four, we had more than enough room. The property was not in a great condition. A lot of paint marks/scuffs and general wear and tear that needs to be seen to ideally. Additionally, on arrival we had a lot of trouble gaining access as the lock-box code was changed and we were not informed of the new number.

Very spacious and clean and all my friends who came to visit me were very happy and impressed with this property. Host Hamza was very responsive and communicative also he provided spare contact details for the person in case he couldn’t respond and so we were covered in any situation. Very happy and highly recommend it. There’s nothing to say what I didn’t like, I liked staying in this property

• Anke (3/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage war gut, man war schnell in der Stadt , busstation und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ein TV mit Netflix usw. Küche an sich gut.toaster Mikrowelle vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine! Zu wenig Stühle in der Küche. Zu wenig Geschirr. Auf der Terrasse konnte man nicht sitzen, 3 Stühle verrosteter Tisch , Boden kaputt und gefährlich draufzugehen. Bäder waren oberflächlich sauber, kein Spiegel keine Haken , in dem anderen Bad verrosteter alter Spiegelschrank, kaputte Schränke, die Möbel innen teils fleckig verdreckt. Flecken auf dem Teppich , Betten sehr schmal und unbequem.wir haben Hamza während des Aufenthalts mitgeteilt, dass das apt. Nicht mit dem Angebot übereinstimmt und wir eine Rückzahlung erbeten. Hat ihn nicht interessiert. Außerdem haben wir ihn am Vorabend um einen Late checkout gebeten, er hat uns trotz 3 maliger Erinnerung nicht zurückgeschrieben obwohl er die WhatsApp Nachricht erhalten hatte. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das nächste Mal werden wir nach Camden gehen , das ist mit dem Bus in 20 Min erreichbar , bessere Gegend, dreimal günstiger und schöner .

En del saker som var slitna och AC:n var trasig. Trasigt handtag i ett av sovrummen. Dåligt tryck i vattnet i duschen på bottenvåningen.

• Andrea (8/5): Der Besuch in London war hervorragend. Das Appartement ist völlig überteuert. - Gefallen hat uns die Lage und die gute Anbindung an Busse und Metro. Ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke war sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung wirkt ein bisschen leblos. Kaum Deko. Keine Bilder an den kahlen weißen Wänden. Wir waren 7 Personen, es gab aber nur 3 Gabeln. Zu wenig Kaffeebecher, kein Geschirrtuch. Der Boden in der Küche übersät mit Fettflecken. Die Matratzen in den Betten müssten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Nach Abnahme des Bettbezuges sah man ein schmutziges Oberbett. Die Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern wackeln. Man muss aufpassen, dass die nicht auseinander fallen. Die Bretter auf der Terrasse sind gebrochen. Kann im Dunkeln sehr gefährlich werden. Ein Brandlos im Sofa.
• Maria (9/5): Good value accommodation close to tube station for a family of 8 - The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Elephant and Castle tube station, bus stops, small shops/ grocery stores, and restaurants. The flat is clean and has enough bed for 8 people. Having 2 sets of bathrooms are really beneficial for our big family. Management is very responsive during our stay and helpful in providing assistance during our stay. Clarification is needed that each bedroom has a tower fan, not AC. Only the living room has a portable AC. Downstair bathroom has a low water pressure. Carpet is a bit tired.

• Meisam (5/5): Not a satisfying experience. - The location was good. A bit close to supermarket and metro station. 20 minutes walk to London Eye and tourist attractions. The property was not clean enough, especially the stairs carpet. I noticed mold in the bathroom. - Refrigerator was out of order - Hair dryer was out of order - Second hand coffee table and chairs were used in the balcony which were not appropriate for a so-called Luxury property! - The rooms were not equipped with real air conditioning. The devices present functioned more like fans and were insufficient to cool the space effectively. - windows glass were not clean. The disappointing part of our stay was that after we contacted the property manager to address the issue, we were promised that a technician would come the same day and that cleaning would be taken care of. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up during our entire stay.

• Carmel (8/5): Our stay was great it is close to the train station and easy to get to places, supermarket a block away an - Great deck and beds were comfortable and everything was clean Host is currently learning and upgrading the apartment, so there are a few things that would help a list of how to work the shower taps and hot plates as they need the frypan or pot to be on the hot plate to work. Extra towels for big groups, and cover for extra doona. Needs a plug for sink and tea towels. Top upstairs bedroom window has a gap which causes a draft.

Apartment was clean Had all the basic amenities Steep and narrow steps House is on the first and second floor, nothing on the ground floor, carrying luggage to the upper levels through the steep and narrow steps is difficult. There was no hot water on the first day, it was fixed the next day only. Bedroom doors on the upper floor does not have door locks.

On the whole well equipped Missing door handle on inside main bedroom, no oven gloves or tea towel, shelves in oven did not fit. Otherwise well equipped. Back bedroom on lower floor too cold and front bedroom on that floor too hot. Noisy area at weekend in evenings
• Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay this weekend - the apartment was sparkling clean and very spacious. Brilliant for our group of 9. The host, Hamir, was so communicative and attentive throughout the weekend - so thank you Hamir for that. The apartment itself is in a quiet neighbour which we loved, it was only 8 minutes walk to the train station which takes you everywhere in London. Would definitely come back here again.

All of that was provided to us.. House itself is a beautiful semi-detached building in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood just 3 minutes walking from the liveliness of London.. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and a beautiful terrace were just an perfect addition.. Thank you so much for everything, I can promise that I'll be back!! 😄

• Egemen (10/5): Best Place for Families - It was a great stay for us. We are three families with children. Home was warm and clean. Flat is very close to center. It is very easy to commute almost everywhere in London. Kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and also dinner with the kiddos. It was very easy to communicate with the staff and They let us late check out without fee. It might better to provide information sheet about the home in advanced such as heater, wifi etc.
