• Mairead (6/5): If you just want to put your head down id suggest it. - The location suited me. It was a nice size room but pretty basic but it matched the price really. They supplied floor mats as the towels. And they were stained.

• George (1/5): Awful - This isn’t a hotel. It’s a house with a shared kitchen and PIN codes on the door. It smells like cannabis and there were drug addicts coming in and out of the building. Not somewhere I would ever stay let alone take my kids. Turned around and left as soon as I entered the door.

Arredamento da rivedere, un letto danneggiato e la maglia della porta che non era fissata benissimo. Sarebbe stata gradita più attenzione per la fornitura di asciugamani e la carta igienica (era presente solo un rotolo).

• Adéla (8/5): Ubytování je v dobré lokalitě poblíž metra i stadionu Arsenalu, mrzí mě, že z ubytování nejprve nekomunikovali, bála jse - Místo je v super lokalitě poblíž stadionu Arsenalu. Psala jsem zprávu na ubytování týden před pobytem, jestli se můžeme ubytovat dříve než ve 14 hodin. Nepřišla mi žádná zpráva. V den příletu jsem na ubytování psala znovu, volala jsem, než odvezly, bála jsem se, že se nemáme kam ubytovat, ve 14 hodin jsme byli před ubytováním a nic, volala jsem, psala, ve 14.20 hodin mi konečně poslali z ubytování info s kódem, pak už bylo vše parádní, moc by mi pomohlo, kdyby mi dopředu někdo odpověděl a reagoval na zprávy.

• romain (2/5): PLUS JAMAIS - Cela fait bientôt 20 min que je réfléchis à ce que j'ai apprécié dans l'établissement et j'en conclus que les seuls bon points présent dans l'appartement étaient la présence d'eau chaude (normal) et la non-présence de bêtes/insectes (strict minimum) Alors, par où commencer ? Tout d'abord en se rendant à l'adresse de l'appartement on s'est vite rendu compte qu'on s'est fait entuber car la durée du trajet entre la gare de Finsbury et l'appart n'est pas de 7 min comme indiqué sur booking mais de, en tout cas, 15 bonne minutes. Nous arrivons donc (enfin) devant l'appart et nous constatons que malgré plusieurs messages/appel le propriétaire ne m'a toujours pas envoyer d'information sur l'appart ni de code. Après plusieurs tentatives d'appels nous arrivons finalement à le contacter et à obtenir notre dû. Nous arrivons donc dans une chambre avec plusieurs points assez dérangeant. Tout d'abord nous constatons une énorme trace de fer a repasser sur la moquette ainsi que des vieilles chaussettes puantes dans la poubelle et pour couronner le tout les linges sont sales (de grosse trace brune sont présentes). MAIS j'allais oublier le point le plus important, lorsque qu'on veut sortir de l'appart Impossible de fermer la porte. Nous contactons donc à nouveau le propriétaire (visiblement à nouveau très occupé) qui me demande d'envoyer une preuve vidéo ce que j'effectue rapidement. Après 30 min il me dit qu'il va demander à son "handyman" de venir régler le problème. Finalement 30 min plus tard aucune trace de ce fameux "handyman" mais après plusieurs nouveaux messages envoyés le propriétaire nous donne les codes d'un autre appart disponible dans la résidence. On se dit "ouf enfin fini les problèmes" mais malheureusement ce n'était que le début des problèmes. lorsque nous avons passé le palier de notre nouvelle chambre nous avons constaté de nombreux éléments IMMONDES. Le lit dans lequel je dormais était collé à un mur. Et, ce Fameux mur était couvert de trace de transpiration de main mais pas que... il présentait également des traces de derches ainsi qu'une trace de bourse (à coté de ma tête).

Was used women's sanitary products in small bin in bathroom when we had arrived. Shower head had a lot of limescale on it Dirty marks all over walls. No area to get new toilet roll and only 1 roll in bathroom when arrived, so had to buy some. Kitchen was clean, but no bin liners in the bins for 3 out of 5 days stayed. No clean towels in kitchen to help dry pots once washed. Missing cutlery and had to be lucky to get a glass to use when the property was full. Fridges were dirty.

• Sylwia (10/5): nice, clean and warm room and apartment - The location is good, close to supermarkets, restaurants and Finsbury Park tube station. The room was cozy and warm. The shared kitchen is big with a dining table and two big fridge-freezers, so plenty of room for everyone to store the food. It was also very convenient to be able to use the washing machine and microwave. Overall, we had a very nice stay, check-in was easy with clear message sent to Whatsapp. Both the room and the front door had the same entry code which was easy to remember. everything was good

• Jordyn (4/5): Noisy and uncomfortable with rude owners. - Sounded like there was a sports gymnasium above the bedroom with constant banging, thudding and loud noise consistently all night. Ironically, in the short 30 seconds that we actually left our room to checkout, we were then told off by the owner for being too loud walking our suitcases down one flight of stairs.

• Tomáš (8/5): Would recommend, but be prepared that the host may not communicate until the day of your arrival. - Even though our room was small, we had everything we needed. Especially the comfort and privacy of having our own bathroom was very pleasant. The host is not very good at communicating. I sent them a message a few days before our stay to get some information regarding our arrival and I was ignored until approximately 11:30 AM of the day of our arrival. This caused a bit of an unpleasant situation for me and my friends because our flight arrived in London at approximately 8:30 AM and we were unsure if we had somewhere to sleep that night and we were very tired because of the overnight flight. Now I am not saying this is entirely on the host, the fault was also on my side, because the booking mentions that check-in is available from 2 PM, but somewhere on the page of the accomodation I saw the host's comment that check-in was possible at any time of the day. I wrongly interpreted this as any time on the day of the arrival, which when looking back was kind of stupid of me. Nonetheless the lack of communication mixed with our tiredness was really frustrating in the moment. Luckily the accomodation is a 10-15 walk away from the Emirates Stadium, so we went to take a look at it and had a pleasant brunch at the café opposite the stadium. The only other thing I could complain about was that we were given only one roll of toilet paper and couldn't find any more in the communal kitchen. But this was a minute detail. Other than the communication and toilet paper, the accomodation was very clean and pleasant, approximately a 10 minute walk from the Finsbury Park tube station, which makes travel across London very easy. Would recommend.

Room was freezing, window curtains fixed on windows with threads and the “icing on the cake” was a mouse turning up in the bedroom occasionally. • Becky (1/5): I’d save your money and book a dormitory. It would be better. - nothing. See below!! 1) the toilet flush gets stuck and so it continues to dribble water - you have to lift the top of the toilet up to release the flush again 2) the cleanliness was not to an acceptable standard. There was visible dust on the radiator in the bathroom, the skirting boards were filthy in all areas of the room, the bedside table was dusty as well as the lamp and the extension cable on the bedside table, the glass desk had smear stains on it with dust 3) the sheets had stains on 4) the towels provided were tiny - one of the towels had a massive hole in and a black stain at one end 5) the curtain was hanging off the “net curtain wire” - not even on a curtain pole - which meant the light came through in the morning and we were unable to open the curtains in the morning 6) there were holes in the walls that had been filled and not repainted - this looked awful 7) there was a brown smear on the wall right next to the main bed. Not even sure what that was ! 8) you can hear the toilet system next door being used and we heard this numerous times in the night - as well as hearing most of what next door were doing! 9) there was mould in the bathroom above the sink 10) the last resident had evidently left shampoo and baby wipes which were just left in the room and bathroom 11) the shower smells dirty - there’s mould around the bottom of the shower tray and limescale on the shower system 12) there is a piece of plastic hanging down from the back of the wardrobe 13) the duct taped pipe in the bathroom to stop it leaking 14) the door to the room has a massive gap in the bottom so you can see the light being turned on in the hallway 15) there was what only looked like a raisin in the sofa bed ?! 16) the canvas above the bed was wonky. (This was an easy fix but considering the housekeeping I can see why this was not corrected) All in all, for £80 I think that the room was disgraceful.

The location was not next to Finsbury Park Station as advertised. The kitchenette was shared and 4 floors below us. There was no TV in the room. The shower room was tiny, you had to keep the door open to have a chance of seeing anything as the light was so dim

• Sinisa (9/5): Close to the Emirates Stadium - Good location, easy access, great communication with the landlord We stayed just for 1 night. It's about 15 mins walk to the Emirates Stadium. There are plenty of restaurants and should around. Before our arrival, we got the text from the landlord with the instructions and access code to the property. It's located in a quiet area and the room and the bathroom were clean.... Definitely good value for money -

Unterkunft meldete sich nicht und erst nach einigen Anrufversuchen und einer Textnachricht wurde reagiert. Check In am Telefon lief dann in Ordnung.

• Ikpeghe (1/5): Total Nightmare! - WE DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING AT ALL!!!!! First, we got to London, we couldn't locate the place. We spent a lot of money on Uber trying to find the so- called hotel. At some point, the Uber driver dropped us off. We had to walk the streets of London in the autumn cold with my 9 year old daughter looking for the place. Two hours of frustration, depression and tears as my child hadn't eaten any food. A kind shop owner saw how frustrated we were, he offered to help us look for the hotel with his Google map. He couldn't. I called the number that they used to contact me earlier in the day, which was different from the number on their website, they kept cutting my calls and didn't call back. It was the most terrible experience of my life! We ended up in another hotel at 11 pm so we could sleep after the whole drama! Paid a huge sum because there wasn't anything else we could do! When we got to the new hotel, the hotel staff tried to reach the Modern En Suite number, but they kept cutting off their call as well and told the kind lady to "send him a message". Then he cut off the call. Horror!

Buena atención por parte del dueño (tuvimos un pequeño problema con la puerta y lo solucionó muy rápido). Cocina compartida, fue un problema no por las instalaciones, que estaban bien (lavadora, secadora, horno…), sino por el mal uso de los otros usuarios
