• DIANA (8/5): - Квартира находится на окраине туристического района Navigli, рядом со станцией метро, дорога в центр занимает меньше 30 минут. Опрятная, чистая, хоть и не большая, но укомплектована всеми необходимыми вещами для комфортного проживания. Хорошее постельное белье, удобная кровать, для путешественников-это важно) Компания, которая управляет этим объектом размещения, следит за качеством и чистотой апартаментов, поддерживает их на надлежащем уровне! Благодарим. Шум от дороги, так как ведутся ремонтные работы, но это не проблема квартиры.

Con una passeggiata di circa 30 minuti si arriva ai navigli, un'ora di camminata per arrivare al Duomo Durante il soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi. Apprezzo il fatto che ci sia stato consentito l’ingresso già dalle 10 del mattino, con la garanzia che la casa fosse pronta. Tuttavia, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato due sacchi di biancheria sporca degli ospiti precedenti e mancavano completamente carta igienica e scottex. Ho contattato subito l’host, sperando si trattasse di un inconveniente isolato, ma purtroppo le problematiche sono proseguite. Scaldabagno: la prima sera ha permesso solo una doccia calda. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema, ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Ho verificato personalmente lo scaldabagno, che sembrava spento o impostato su una temperatura molto bassa. L’host ha risposto solo la mattina successiva e, dopo una mia ulteriore domanda riguardo al possibile timer della doccia, ho ottenuto una risposta solo alle 19:30, nonostante avessi scritto alle 9:30. Wi-Fi: non ha mai funzionato. Su indicazione dell’host ho provato a riavviare il modem, ma senza alcun risultato. L’host ha assicurato che non c’erano problemi con il gestore, eppure nessun dispositivo (cellulari, iPad o computer) riusciva a collegarsi. Dotazioni di base: mancavano alimenti e accessori essenziali come olio, sale, zucchero e perfino uno scolapasta. Macchina del caffè: era presente solo una macchinetta a cialde con quattro capsule, insufficienti per cinque giorni di soggiorno, e senza una caffettiera alternativa. Per bere un caffè eravamo dunque costretti a comprare le cialde. Letto matrimoniale: composto da due letti singoli non fissati tra loro. Ad ogni movimento si apriva uno spazio scomodo tra i due materassi. Rifiuti: la struttura chiede di differenziare i rifiuti, ma fornisce una sola busta. Stoviglie e lavastoviglie: viene richiesto di lavare e riporre le stoviglie, ma noi le abbiamo trovate sporche. Inoltre la lavastoviglie si avviava, ma andava in allarme dopo pochi minuti, probabilmente per un problema all’impianto idrico.

• Rosemary (8/5): Apartamento um pouco longe das atrações principais, mas possui facilidade de locomoção - Apesar de não ser muito próximo ao centro (Duomo), possui um ponto de onibus em frente ao apto. Há também 2 mercadinhos ao lado do apto que são bem completos Ás louças da cozinha não estavam bem limpas. Tivemos que lava-las antes do uso, bem como a pia. O chuveiro deve possuir uma espécie de “timer”, pois após alguns minutos de banho a água ficava fria. As obras na estação de trem (bem a frente), que ocorrem durante a madrugada, atrapalham um pouco devido ao barulho

• Hanna (8/5): Very good - modesty of the apartment, big and comfortable bed, secure neighbourhood there was an incident with a cockroach, it came out behind the strip between the door and the shower. it wasn’t the fault of the owner because the whole apartment was very clean

It's in a pleasant area, next to a bus stop, local shops and cafes, so it's easy to get to the city centre. Contact people are very responsive and helpful. It's almost on the ground floor. There's a construction site nearby.
• Danah (4/5): We will never come back here again - Very secure. Advertised with air conditioning that wasn’t working. The host told us the day before we arrived that a plumber was going to come on the day of our arrival. Then we are told on the day that the plumber could not fix the air conditioner. We were never given a chance to find other accommodation. The host refused compensation. Being a very small apartment fans were not enough to stay cool. The host was not very helpful when I asked for sheets for the sofa bed.

• Moomal (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was clean and had everything needed from a small kitchen to basic appliances and a washing machine. When we checked in the air-conditioning was not working. I was a little upset that it should have been checked before handing over the keys. However, the host tried to help us by promising to provide a fan the next day. My husband was able to rescue the situation by troubleshooting the air conditioner from the manual. Alas, we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

• Ashley (7/5): Good value for money - The property was clean and although location seemed far at first it wasn’t really, extremely accessible by public transport. The shower head needs replaced as it sprayed water everywhere but other than that it was good. The agent what’s app me on day of stay with all information I needed, was great service from them. It was clean, secure and had everything around it including shops, transport stops and wee cafe.

• Дарья (10/5): Все супер! - It’s very cozy place, I liked everything - a colorful shop around the corner from the apartments, a lot of household appliances (which were not indicated on the website, but I highly recommend entering the entire range of additional products), it is also very clean and the bathroom has personal hygiene products, we are very were satisfied that you have a smart TV, had no problems with check-in, everything was conveniently and easily explained. definitely recommend, thank you for a pleasant vacation!

Would highly recommend. Check in experience was not great - had to go through very detailed check in for all guests.
