Robert (10/5): Exceptional stay with kind staff, we’d start again in a heartbeat. - Great quiet location, lots of space, well stocked, and very new. It’s located on the second floor, be prepared for stairs. The laundry is shared with one other apartment, not a big concern.
Kelly (10/5): Clean, spacious apt in quieter San Croce! - Roomy top floor apartment-great for a family. Location is away from the busy areas but still has plenty of restaurants and easy walk to other neighborhoods if you like walking and seeing all of the canals, and architecture. Not a problem for us, but it’s on the 3rd floor so you need to be able to carry your bags upstairs. Also, If you go before air conditioning is permitted (May 1) and it gets hot, and you need to open windows —the mosquitoes are bad in Venice so bring a smalll fan/repellent.
Willy (10/5): Nice and quiet central location. - It's a perfect location, not too far away from the interesting parts of Venice. All is there, clean, working, new, complete. It's run by a company, not by a private host, and they're quite professional. Also very good of them to provide a book with info and tips about Venice (200+ pages). Bathroom was clean and new, but a bit cramped. Being an old house, there's not much to be done about this.
Pierre (10/5): Exceptional - Very cosy and spacious apartment. Located close to the Grand Canal and plenty of shops, restaurants, touristic sites. But not too close, so very calm and relaxing. Please add some heating in the bathroom. That would help for winter stays.

Yitzchak (10/5): Lovely place and neighborhood. Host very accommodating. Fully equipped to meet all our needs - Host met us earlier than Check-in time so we could drop off our luggage . Directly across from the Natural history museum which was beautiful and fascinating. Also close to shops, cafes and supermarket
Moazzama (10/5): I really love the place - it’s a very nice beautiful property with loaded of all the facilities needed I am really Impressed from kitchen to home things kitchen has every things which we need and the crockery to utensils are very good quality plus room and toilet also neat and clean with everything organized and extra towels and bed sheets were there and the guy Matteo was very kind he guided us and provide with extra sheets and towel I really like the apartment it’s very neat and clean with the excellent kitchen utensils and they have kept it also very nice and clean thank you Matteo for making our check in and check out very smooth and easy he is a very nice gentleman and guide us as much as he can thank you we really had a pleasant stay at ur place nothing
