- Kavitha (8/5): Short Family Staycation - Well-furnished with all the necessary equipment such as microwave, fridge, cutlery and crockery, washer-dryer, etc. Location near all the major malls. Service by management was excellent, they received feedback and responded quickly with items requested for such as extra toilet rolls and floor mats. I enjoyed the stay with a feeling of home with high security and safety. No broom or vacuum cleaner to clean up when necessary. The room was dusty and not well-cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Could be better maintained: for e.g. we saw peeled a patch on the wall, wall socket panels and aircon holders were hanging off the wall/not secured onto wall and hair dryer was spoilt and burst into sparks while using. The wall sockets were all short circuited in the master bedroom due to the hair dryer incident. The toilet flushes need to be replaced/maintained. The apartment can do with better maintenance.

- Natsumi (9/5): ジョホールバルで利便性の良いマンション！ - 美しい高層マンション生活を堪能できました。スタッフの方が親切でした！衛生的で快適でした。水着やウェア&シューズがあれば、施設内のプールやスポーツジムも利用できます。 洗濯洗剤やキッチンにハンドソープが置いてなかったので買い足す必要がありました。けれど、連泊するうえで必要な物は、マンション向かいの簡易スーパーマーケットで買い足せます。立地が地図で見るより駅から遠いので、毎回Grab移動でした。

- Hoo (8/5): Pleasant stay with a reasonable price. - Spacious & Clean. The smell of drainage. Common and one of the room toilet’s pipe was leaking.

- Vanessa (6/5): Manage Expectations - Quite clean. Great location, responsive staff Provided washing machine but does not provide detergent. If that’s the case then don’t provide washing machine. Also, the ceiling fans were not working and we were not informed prior. Staff even instructed me to change batteries of the remote control when they do not provide spare batts in the accommodation! But to be fair they sent someone down to deliver a standing fan. However I had to collect it myself at the lobby; staff mentioned they have no access to the accommodation other than the common area which is the lobby. 👎🏼

- Ronan (10/5): I am coming back - The property was spacious enough to feel cozy. Good internet connectivity. Cleanliness was top-notched with comfy beds. Lively neighbourhood as well with lots of late night snack options. There is also a 24hrs convenient store right infront the property as well. Location is perfect as it is relatively in the heart of johor bahru. This is not the property's fault but perhaps the construction noises could be a bit disruptive

- Jean (8/5): Could be excellent if not for a noisy nightclub downstairs - The apartment is just a 5 minute drive from CIQ and another 5 minutes from KSL City so it’s very convenient. There are lots of nearby food options. The apartment itself was clean, with everything set out for our stay including cutlery, bathroom towels and toilet paper. Checking in was also straightforward. Unit 39-02 which we stayed in is in block A. Directly below the block is a nightclub which blasted pounding music until 6am for the two nights we were there. This is the only negative of the apartment.
- Phu (5/5): Good location. A bit inconvenient with the key card. - Good location with many restaurants and a 24-hr mart nearby. The apartment was new and clean. Electric appliances were functional. We were given only 1 key card which was required to pass through the main gate and to use the lifts. It turned out to be a significant inconvenience for our group as everyone needed to stick together all the time when getting in and out of the building to avoid being locked out. We tried to request for another key but didn't succeed. On our last day, the water was suddenly cut off for a few hours by the building management without any advance notice. It was not the host's fault but it is a risk that you should be prepared for.

- Lee (9/5): Clean, pleasant, comfortable stay! - The location is close to JB. Key collection is pretty simple as the instruction given is clear and easy to understand. The unit is clean and we are satisfied with our stay. Washer dryer is provided which is really useful for us. There are 2 types of pillows provided in the bedrooms (soft type and memory foam type) which is extra point for us. It would be better if there is water filter provided in the kitchen. The window blinds in the room with bunk bed is not good enough for sunlight blocking.
