Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Patrizia ist wirklich eine einmalig tolle Gastgeberin. die sich immer sehr um uns gekümmert hat. Ein besonderes Highlight war der vorgefüllte Kühlschrank und die liebevoll ausgewählten Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir werden jederzeit wieder gerne hier buchen und können es jedem empfehlen! Nichts, es war alles perfekt.

Есть и детские игрушки, и много места для вещей, и абсолютно все необходимые приборы и посуда хорошего качества, и техника вся для жизни, а не просто для галочки. Очень приятные хозяева, которые живут рядом. Холодильник, полный еды. И очень удобное расположение с кучей качественных ресторанов поблизости, детской площадкой в 5ти минутах ходьбы. Хороший, приличный район города. До метро минут 10 идти с ребенком и всего 4 остановки до Дуомо. С учетом того, что парковка стоит всего 1,2 евро в час здесь (с 8 до 19), то крайне удобное месторасположение. Я бы даже сказал идеально для семьи с ребенком. Это не минус, а наверное наша особенность - на основной кровати мягкие матрасы - мы любим более жесткие
• Andrew (10/5): A great base for a city break - The apartment was spacious (for two) and very well equipped. A real home from home. Patrizia and Massimo were extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very quiet and we both slept soundly. The fridge and bar were very well stocked and we didn't need to go to a shop. We ate at the restaurant next door and drank in several nearby bars and had a jolly time of it. Getting into town was a ten minute walk to the Metro and a ten minute journey to Duomo (the main square). It cost just €2.20 per person each way. I am pleased to be able to recommend this apartment and the area for a great city break. I don't like heights and it is on the 4th floor.

Le logement est parfaitement propre, bien situé a juste 500m de métro lodi TIBB qui est a 04 arrêts du Duomo et conforme à la description. Tout était bien organisé et très confortable pour notre famille. Mme Patrizia est une hôte très gentille, accueillante et disponible. Elle a été attentive à nos besoins et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir et recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation. Merci encore pour tout ! Очень добрая, приветливая, встретила нас при входе в квартиру, отдала нам ключи, рассказала подробности и всегда была на связи. Квартира очень удобная, в квартире было всё, что нужно для проживания и даже больше!!!! В квартире было так хорошо, что не хотелось даже уезжать! Кровати очень удобные. На кухне и в ванной есть даже больше, чем нужно. Достаточно было всего! Патриция даже написала, что если нужно сменить полотенца, она готова принести свежие.

Elle a également accepté de garder nos valises car notre vol de retour était très tard. L'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bien et nous avions de quoi nous restaurer lors de notre arrivée (frigo rempli). Beaucoup de petites attentions. L'emplacement est très bien situé (ligne de métro direct au Duomo en 15mns). Je recommande à 100%

The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable — even better than the photos! Check-in was smooth and well-organized, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and kind. She even prepared some groceries for us, including breakfast items and coffee, which was such a lovely surprise and made us feel at home right away. Her warm and caring nature truly made a difference. We were genuinely happy with everything about our stay. If we come back to Milan — and we hope we do — we will definitely stay here again. We arrived in Milan early in the morning, and she kindly helped us find a parking spot and offered to store our luggage at her apartment. By the time we returned in the afternoon, she had already moved everything into our room. Her attention to detail is exceptional. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the tasteful decor made us feel right at home. Parking was free and conveniently located on the sidewalk near the apartment. If you have trouble finding a spot, Patrizia is more than willing to assist. The location is also great—just a 10-minute walk to the metro, which takes you to the Duomo in only five stops. Plus, it’s outside the restricted traffic zone, making travel by car hassle-free. Breakfast was another highlight, with the fridge stocked full of delicious options. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

They have helped us with everything and more. There was plenty of food provided for breakfast. Apartment has everything you need. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 toddler) and couldn't ask for more. So many amenities and all little details thought through. There's even a wine fridge if you want to stay in and enjoy evening at home.

• Petrus (10/5): Amazing stay with awesome hosts9 - We stayed in a couple of different spots during our 2 week holiday in Italy and this unit was by far the best equipped. On top of that Patrizia and Massimo went the extra mile to make us comfortable, provide us with great drinks and food during the stay as well as advsing us on activities. They then topped all of this by allowing us a (extremely) late check out on our last day with no extra charge. The apartment itself is beautiful and has any amenity you could want or need. Nothing really. Would have been great if it was slightly closer to a Metro station.

The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, in a great location with the metro station a 5-minute walk away. Mostly everything above expectations. One room is a little colder, but that's not a problem, on the contrary, it's an advantage, because the temperature can be adjusted separately with two separate air conditioners available.

The place was prepared for our arrival, including a travel cot. Patricia and Massimo were amazing hosts. Despite a delayed flight, they were very accommodating and stayed up to give us access to the property. When we were checking out it was pouring down with rain so they gave us a late check out. When the rain didn't stop, they went even further and Massimo kindly dropped us off by car at Milan Central station and gave us an umbrella to keep, all completelv free of charge! Genuinelv amazing and kind individuals.

She also provided for a private parking, which was also very convenient. The flat is cozy and has everything you need as at home. • Stefanos (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Milano with super nice hosts! - we enjoy our stay a lot! the apartment was very clean, had everything you need and even more. location was excellent with good restaurants, cafes and bars next door. The metro was only couple of meters away, the car was safe in the parking lot so it was easy to reach the city center. Patricia and Massimo are both friendly and very nice people. They made our stay an excellent experience! Mille Grazie! nothing! And I mean nothing!
