• Marion (5/5): Die Wohnung wäre toll in Lage und Austattung, wenn die Eigentümetin mehr auf Kritik eingehen und endlich sich des Sanier - Mit U-Bahn und Bus direkt vor der Tür ist man in 20 Min. in der City. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants gibt es in großer Vielfalt im direkten Umfeld. Die Wohnung liegt über 2 Etagen im 14 Stock eines modernen Hochhauses. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. ABER - BITTE NICHT VOM ERSTEN EINDRUCK UND DEN POSITIVEN BEWERTUNGEN TÄUSCHEN LASSEN! Die Wohnung hat gravierende Mängel die man einfach so hinnehmen muss, weil die Eigentümerin uneinsichtig, ignorant und offenbar nur am eigenen Profit interessiert ist. Jegliche Kritik oder der Wunsch nach Veränderung wird ignoriert und indirekt als Undankbarkeit wahrgenommen. ALLE MÄNGEL DIE BEREITS IN VIELEN REZENSIONEN ANGEFÜHRT WERDEN BESTEHEN NOCH! • Smart Home System funktioniert nicht richtig, keine Bedienungsanleitung • Wasserschäden an den Decken mit gelegentlicher Tropfenbildung • Toilettenbürsten nicht benutzbar • Waschbecken in den Bäder zu klein oder mit Schränken überbaut . Schimmelbildung an den Dichtungen der Duschwände • keine Steckdose für einen Föhn in den Bädern, nur für E-Rasierer • Gäste WC war eine Baustelle bei Ankunft, ohne vorab Info • Möbel und Einrichtung sind abgewohnt und gehören ersetzt Der Lack ist ab und das lässt sich auch nicht wegdiskutieren, indem man den Gästen vorwirft undankbar zu sein und der Einzige zu sein der Mängel feststellt.

• Dorthe (9/5): - Lejligheden lå på 14 etage og havde en fantastisk udsigt. Værten svarede hurtigt når vi havde spørgsmål. Super gode senge. Tæt på metroen og busser. 2 supermarkeder lige neden for højhuset, en bager og en lækker italiensk restaurant, Crudough, (10 Navigator Square). Dejligt med 3 toiletter og airco. Vi brugte hverken ovnene eller kogepladerne, så jeg ved ikke om de virkede. Resten af køkkenet var stort med masser af bestek, kopper, tallerkener og så videre. Tak for maden i køleskabet. Vi skulle lige finde ud af hvordan man tændte lamperne, men da vi først fandt ud af det, var det let. Det ene badeværelse var ikke så let at bruge på grund af det store skab over vasken og døren ind til bruseren kunne ikke åbnes helt da døren stødte imod bruseren.

• Felipe Patricio (9/5): Muy buena estadía en general - La ubicación es excelente. A través del metro y autobuses conecta con toda la ciudad. Supermercados y diferentes servicios muy cerca del departamento. Tiene una vista impresionante e infraestructura de excelente calidad. La anfitriona Agnieszka siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a aclarar dudas. Visité en invierno y la calefacción funcionó perfectamente. Los sofacamas. Ambos sofacamas son muy incómodos para dormir. No son duros simplemente, es la madera de la estructura de los sofás que causa dolores e incomodidad al dormir. El resto del departamento es perfecto.

• Alvin (9/5): A great stay - The host was very gracious and her response time was very fast. She made sure she had some food for us when we arrived. The location of the property was very good. Close to the Archway tube station and accesible to Oxford Street by 1 bus. Grocery shopping was easy because it was nearby MnS Food, Sainsbury, Aldi & Iceland -

• Michał (9/5): Komfortowe miejsce wypadowe - Wielka przestrzeń na dwóch poziomach, z widokiem z 14. Piętra. Budynek nowoczesny, 50 metrów od wejścia do metra ( northern line) z szybkim dojazdem do atrakcji. Fajnie wyposażona kuchnia - szczególnie miłe było pozostawienie podstawowych produktów w lodówce, chleba i zapasu kawy. Bardzo kontaktowa właścicielka. Rozkładane łóżka były bardzo niewygodne (ekstremalnie twarde), a ich użycie wymagało odkręcania nóżek. Faktycznie do użytku i wygodne są tylko dwa podwójne łóżka w sypialniach.

The light switches were confusing and the window latches were challenging to figure out. Not many sit down restaurants nearby although one excellent breakfast place in the same block.

• Nicky (10/5): Great apartment in a great location for visiting London - Great location , fabulous views , spacious and well equipped . The apartment is perfect for two couples travelling together and is very central for train and bus links. Our host was extremely helpful and charming. We will certainly return and can recommend .

• maria elena (9/5): Appartamento comodo e con vista stupenda - Appartamento al 14° piano di un palazzo tutto vetri.. Vista mozzafiato. Stupenda. È suddiviso su due livelli. Un open space con cucina ben attrezzata divani e tv grande. È presente un bagno con lavandino e wc. Con due rampe di scale si accede al piano di sotto dove si trovano due camere da letto con bagno. Uno con doccia e l altro con vasca. I letti matrimoniali sono grandi e comodi. L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente. Lo staff disponibile ma non abbiamo avuto nessuna necessità. Abbiamo trovato anche delle buonissime marmellate per la colazione. La stazione della metropolitana accanto al palazzo e la fermata del bus di fronte. Tanti supermercati a due passi da casa, utilissimi per l'organizzazione della vacanza. Vicino c è tutto ciò che può servire. Siamo stati davvero bene. Un lavandino di un bagno della camera da letto inutilizzabile perché c è il mobile sopra. L'aria condizionata non funzionava bene ma era sufficiente aprire le finestre per rinfrescare subito.

• Sripal (9/5): Very good value for money and great location - Location: 1 minute to archway tube station , several super markets and Restuarants right below the building, bus stop, bus 390 takes to you central London, beautiful apt on 14 floor. Two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Host responsive No place in 1 bathroom to put toiletry. Aircon didn’t work well in rooms. Fan and open windows were good substitute

Pierwszy poziom na wejściu to pokój dzienny z miejscem do spania dla 2, 3 osób, aneks kuchenny z pełnym wyposażeniem oraz WC z umywalką. Poziom niżej to dwie sypialnie każda z łazienką. Spokojnie łącznie dla 5 osób /2+3/. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Bardzo dobry i pomocny kontakt z właścicielką. Stacja metra zaraz przy apartamentowcu. Dogodny dojazd ok 20 minut do centrum Londynu z jedną przesiadką w metrze. Spokojnie obiekt do polecenia. Gdybym miał dokonywać rezerwacji ponownie na pewno zrobiłbym to w tym samym miejscu.
• Corinne (9/5): Perfekt und wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. - Die Wohnung ist genial gelegen (1min bis zur Tube). Zudem ist die Aussicht und die Ausstattung top. Wir sind zu fünft angereist und haben unseren Londenaufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen. Das Bettsofa könnte bequemer sein. Zur Übernachtung für ein Kind geht es aber.
• Joyce (10/5): Fantastic location, very easy access to the underground - Excellent location, really close to the underground, lots of great little local spots for groceries, any essentials you need. A few good restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Owner was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Bathroom sink was very tiny. Took awhile to figure out the light switches but that was most likely user error :)

Area was great, food, pubs things to see, eating spots plentiful from supermarket, turkish(?) cafe across the road - wish we'd discovered it on our first day- to restsurants.Highgate pub and cemetery highlights. Spacious, spectacular suburban views, added to the London vibe. Equipped kitchen if eating in. Bathrooms for each bedroom. Living room and dining space very comfortable Communication speedy and excellent with proprietor.Checkin was easy and accommodated our needs. Thank you. Noise/hum/whirr from utility room, annoying but necessary for heating. Bathrooms could use some hooks for towels and shelf for toiletries. Very minor factors that did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay Definitely recommend 👌

This apartment was not at all and no help in any way ! - The only thing that was good about this apartment was the location, the view and that there were some food in the fridge by arrival for a first breakfast, but that was about it ! We would rather have NO food in the fridge but a functioning apartment for the huge amount of money we paid ! When we arrived at the apartment (Saturday) we had no lights in our bathroom with no window, only cuboardlights. When telling the woman renting the appartment (whom we never saw) that the lights not work she said there were supposed to be fixed but that she will see to call an engineer to fix it on Monday. So we trusted her and waited till monday. Monday came and nobody came to fix it nor did she tell us that no one was coming either. So we asked again and got the response she will report it and wait, I mean we had NO lights in the bathroom but payed our rent !! In the meantime we found out that we only had one pot to cook with (and no lids whatsoever) that worked on the induction. When telling her she replied we have to make due what is in the apartment and there is a hotplate to use in the cuboard, I mean paying roughly 2350 Pounds one can expect a functioning kitchen with pots with lids and pots that work on the induction oven. We further asked kindly for a teapot and got no response at all. Half the stairs lights not working in steps. There were no toiletpaper holders so we had to put the rolls on the floor or elsewhere, old, dirty and broken Toiletbrushes. My husband needed to use one and when tried he had the handle in his hand and rest on the floor. The bathroom from the children did not even have a towelrack nor something to put their stuff on but the floor, but what was worse was the fact that the room the children had could not be heated and the water to take a shower got only lukewarm. When we reported this we were told there was a control panel that controlled each room for heating, warm water etc. Problem was that this control panel was broken and did not work. When we then reported this we got no more answer the rest of our stay, children kept cold room and luke water. We did take photos of all and a video of the panel not working. Not one word of sorry or any help whatsoever !! Truly look for somewhere else for that kind of money !!!

• Gozdzik78 (10/5): absolutely perfect place to stay for 7 persons. - good location, just 3mins from tube station archway, shops and groceries around, very good connection to tourists part of the city by 390 bus. nice view, it's 14 floor.
• Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional well-maintained property providing a five-star treatment to guests. - The property was really well-maintained and the host paid extra attention to all the little details to make it a super comfortable and extremely memorable stay. I would love to stay here again whenever we visit next. The second bedroom’s washroom sink was difficult to use as the overhead cabinet was placed way too low and one had to bend awkwardly to use it.

• Vs (9/5): Superb - Mind blowing view, perfect location exactly next to the metro station, with many food options around, extremely helpfull for families. The apartment itself was luxurious and modern, fully equipped with anything you could desire and with amazing amenities. There is a 24h reception and the owner is very helpfull and easy to contact. It is honestly perfect for 2 couples and one more adult guest that could easily sleep on the main sofa. The secondary bed sofas were not comfortable.
• Aj (9/5): Amazing appartment! - The accommodation was great. The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. It has two spacious bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There is another sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The hostess was easily accessible and very friendly. She provided fresh flowers and all kinds of things for breakfast. The apartment was very clean and the beds were already made upon arrival. The location was also perfect, right next to Archway tube station and all kinds of shops. The view from the apartment is also beautiful! In short; we enjoyed this place in London and would recommend it to everyone! If we have to mention something: Upon arrival it was not clear to us where we could park. Ultimately, after some searching, it turned out that we could park in the parking garage belonging to the Premier Inn hotel. Entering did not go smoothly because the bell was not answered. The parking procedure could therefore be improved somewhat. In addition, the sofa bed was not comfortable, but we knew that in advance so it was not a problem.

• Rosie (9/5): A great stay in a lovely apartment. Thank you. - The apartment was spacious, light, airy, modern and well equipped, with great views. Our friendly host was really quick to respond and very accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and extra bedding for our guests. We also really appreciated the little extras left for us like fresh flowers, tea and coffee and breakfast things. The apartment was well situated - just a couple of minutes from the tube station and local food shops. The staff in the apartment block were also friendly and helpful. We struggled to work the lights and heating as there were no instructions. It would also have been helpful to have instructions on what to do in the event of a fire clearly visible in the apartment.

• Lilo (10/5): The flat is the same as you see in the website, it is clean, beautiful, highly recommended - Flat is located just a few steps from the tube station, and a few stops to central london! We loved that all the space was super clean. Agnieszka let us tasty food to make breakfast, cookies and chocolates, we loved it!!! The Sofa Bed is not as comfty as the beds, It feels a bit, the inner structure of the sofa when you sleep.

It was a delightful stay in London I would say. Thank you so much for the arrangement. I really appreciate it! ☺️ There was no trash bin in the rooms and we had to throw the rubbish on the first floor which is in the kitchen. However, this is not a big problem where you just have to walk up when you need the trash bin.
