L’appartement est confortable et très agréable! L’équipement de cuisine est trop sommaire. Une literie qui m’est pas adapté trop molle.

• Amanda (4/5): - Location and facilities were beautiful. Thee door code did not work and there was no way to check in. I had to wait for a leaving tenant to enter the building. Batteries in TV remotes were dead. Lights in guest room were not working. Hot tub was out of service. No Laundry detergent pods for guests.

• Anaïs (10/5): Très belles prestations - Le condo était spacieux, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, on était une famille de 5 donc c’était très apprécié. La piscine est magnifique avec le spa et de quoi relaxer au calme. Le stationnement couvert et sécurisé compris dans la réservation était parfait. Les rideaux dans les chambres n’étaient pas assez occultants et le bruit de la rue.

• Claudia (7/5): O apartamento é bom, novo e limpo, mas o anfitrião precisa evoluir muito. Não sabe o que é receber bem o turista. - O apartamento é bem confortável, entretanto é um pouco barulhento (para quem está acostumado a dormir com silêncio absoluto) e as cortinas dos quartos não são black out; ou seja, amanheceu, você acorda. Os colchões necessitam ser trocados, estão moles. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi muito difícil: a ponto de termos de contatar o serviço de atendimento ao cliente do Booking no dia da chegada, para que ele desse retorno. Ele não respondia. Nas tentativas de contatos anteriores, o retorno sempre era demorado e parcial, quando retornava; normalmente com mensagens prontas, disparadas automaticamente. Inclusive me senti ofendida com frases faladas por ele na conversa do dia em que entramos no apartamento, dando a entender que eu estava querendo antecipar o check in por má fé. Realmente solicitei check in antecipado, porque nosso voo chegou a Miami às 4:40 AM e estávamos exaustos. Ele deu duas ou três respostas bastante mal educadas, e realmente me senti ofendida e incomodada. Uma delas foi: “Ninguém mandou vc chegar tão cedo na cidade.” Ele Também foi confuso nas informações fornecidas para entrar no apartamento, passando-as aos poucos, nos sentimos fazendo papel de bobos.

Thank you, it was a definitely winner for us. A 5 star place. The only thing we needed was tongs for cooking and drying clothes for the dishes other than that I can't fault the place.

• Jae (5/5): Passable - Location was good. Adjacent to downtown, Miami beach, Wynwood, Midtown, etc, etc. Countless good cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Only 10 minutes from Miami International Airport. For a family of 4 during the holidays season, price wasn't bad at all compared to nearby hotels and Airbnb's. The manager was mostly responsive when we needed more towels, soup, shampoo and stuff. As the unit was facing busy US-1 road, it was quite noisy especially during night time. Motorbikes kept passing by. Better bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Parking instructions were not consistent. Parking pass to the garage wasn't provided as described. Had to park in the pay parking lot first day($13), which wasn't reimbursed as promised. The manager said the car was registered but I still found the violation ticket of $55 a couple of days later. I just went ahead and parked at pay parking myself. It was described as free parking but it wasn't meant to be. I would have accepted happily $13/day pay parking in the building, which was well below city average. But communication was poorly managed.
