• Paweł (6/5): mogło być cudownie, ale vikey popsuł wszystko - Podobało się, że zabytkowymi tramwajami mogliśmy dojechać do naszego Domu:) Dworzec Kolejowy, stacja metra blisko:) Na pyszną kawę możesz iść w kapciach bo kafejka jest 5 metrów na prawo gdy wychodzisz z bramy. Po świeże bułki na drugą stronę ulicy albo do Conad'a to tylko 800 metrów gdy wolisz włoskie klimaty. i mimo tak ładnego miejsca nie udało Nam się ugotować słynnego włoskiego makaronu bo nie było takiego specjalnego garnka. Ostrzeżenia o ciasnej łazience są prawdziwe, osoby z nadwagą mogą mieć duże problemy w korzystaniu z niej. Bardzo dobry sprzęt odtwarzający dźwięk, ale niestety nie można grać bo sąsiedzi wszytko słyszą i to przeszkadza im, ale i my ich usłyszymy:) Jeżeli chcecie wybrać to miejsce bo jest tu balkon to odradzamy. Pół balkonu zajmuje klimatyzator a drugie pół wiadro z mopem oraz puszki po farbie. Aplikacja vikey niestety ostatniego dnia przestała działać.

La ubicación cerca de la estación permite muy buena conectividad al transporte público. Solo un aspecto que no fue tan agradable es el baño, pequeño en comparación al resto de los espacios y la ducha incómoda.

• Ilango (10/5): We loved the stay, location, and Milan. - The location is ideal for tourists. Public transport was easy to access and no complaints. We did not know how to operate the stove. The HACCA team cleared it over a video call. More space between the toilet and stand-in bath would be better.
• Kirill (9/5): Superb - Location very convenient (all transport in 5 minute walk, shops are nearby). Check-in/out super good. Hosts were polite and helpful. Bed was nice (soft). Property had all necessary appliances for 5 day stay. Building has elevator. Wi-Fi was good. Neighbors were not intrusive and polite. Hot water was prepared in boiler in advance by host. As we were staying during particularly cold period - it was a little cold when we arrived and it took some time for room to heat up. So if traveling in winter - better to check-in a couple of hours before planned sleep time.

• Kabsu (9/5): Good memories from Milan - Both the subway station and the central station were close to walking, and everything I wanted was placed in the accommodation. I used it in the winter and it worked great for both heating and hot water. This is a place that gave me good memories in Milan. I recommend it. There was no inconvenience other than the fact that the toilet and shower were so close together that it was difficult to use the toilet with my legs.The bathroom area is small and it is not easy to improve, but I think it is worth using even considering the advantages.

• Rick (9/5): As always, Milan is a wonderful place to spend a few days to combine business with pleasure! - The location was excellent, allowing easy access to Milan Metro and Milano Centrale railway station. Plenty of modest eating places nearby. The flat was very clean, and the kitchen well equipped: washing machine/drying racks/ironing board came in very handy. Special note: Many thanks and praise to Carmen for how she responded to our predicament when the Italian Railway staff went on strike on the day of our check out. Very attentive, helpful and flexible. Thank you. The bathroom and shower area are quite tiny, with little room to manouvre. Also, it's unfortunate that the apartment lacks a separate "living room". Neither are show stoppers. Also there were a number of occasions when the lift/elevator did not function...lucky the apartment is only on the second floor!
• Steve (10/5): Very nice apartment in Milan. - Very clean place and convenient, are is quite and apartment location was perfect for us. Communication was also very good. Nothing to complain about. Will suggest this place to anyone visiting Milan. Everything was good, place was clean and everything was in place.
• Lily (7/5): Overall experience is slightly below expectation, make sure to enquire about renovation - Our host, Carmen, is responsive and helpful. Convenient location, very close to Metro stations and Milan Central train station. Clean apartment with basic essentials. Note: no microwave, body soap/wash/hair conditioner There is a major renovation outside (no courtyard view) which contributed to inconvenience like heavy dust, workers working (who can be seen through upper window). On the first morning, we had to lower ourselves to get through corridor as wooden panels were extending to the corridor outside of apartment. As shared with host and via Booking.com, this renovation should have been mentioned. Carmen said it will be done end of month. I would suggest you confirm before booking. Washroom is small, for most people, you would not be able to sit on toilet squarely, hence the toilet seat is not attached properly. The balcony is not usable. With the renovation, there is no courtyard view.
